Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Seven

Zita and I had a sleep in this morning.

Because we are having our own vacation. Ha.

So we did not have to go to work at all.

So we had time for a very very long walk right to our little empty lake.

We went all over everywhere so I could smell all of the lots and lots of trees. 

And we looked at the big ugly house. 

We always go down the ugly house street when we want to go home. Ha.

So had a very nice all over walk. Sometimes we were walking fast. Ha. 

Because we are on our little vacation. Ha. 

Then we got home to our beautiful house. 

It is not so big as the very very big ugly house. 

But it is not even a bit ugly. Ha. Good for us.

When we got back inside we had a together breakfast.

When we were finished and looking out the watching windows Niamh came upstairs. 

And she was all awake too.

Craig was awake but he was still in the comfy bed listening to his book. Oh well.

Then Zita went to Mister IKEA’s store to find some brand new blinds for our windows. 

And when she came back home she had Mister IKEA’s sticky buns.

Maybe the all burned down sticky bun factory is all fixed. Maybe.

But they do not have as much tasty icing all over the top. Oh my goodness. 

Maybe they are not real sticky buns. Oh dear me. 

And Zita found a special desk for Niamh’s flat computer. 

So she will not have to use Craig’s books underneath it all the time. Ha. 

And when Niamh put it all together I helped her. Right in the living room.

You always have to put Mister IKEA’s things altogether by yourself. 

Craig said it is a test.

To see if you can remember how to read the instructions. Oh my. 

Yesterday Niamh could not find a chair that she liked.

So she lay right on top of our dinning room table. On her tummy. That was silly. 

This afternoon she found the comfy chair and we read some brand new stories for her university.

And sometimes I had a nap too. 

Because I am on vacation. 

Then Niamh went for a nice walk with Miss Anna. 

So I went into the kitchen for my late afternoon nap. 

Zita was downstairs in the basement all afternoon. Making it all neat and tidy.

Because Mister Mat is going to come here and put a brand new bathtub in our nearly finished bathroom. Ha.

Zita says that someday it will be all finished. Someday. 

When Zita was back home I woke up right away.

So I could help her make our together dinner. That is a good job for me.

The very noisy trucks are still downtown. That is not all right. They should all go home. 

Craig wrote a letter to the mayor. 

But the mayor will not hear it. He is too busy listening to himself. 

Just like the big noisy snow machines do not care when I give them my very fierce barks. 

That is not all right. 

Tonight we will watch the pastries detective.

Because it was too long for us to watch last night.

Because it was our own bedtime. So we went to bed. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Six

It was sleep in Sunday so everybody had a nice sleep in.

Except for Zita. She only had a little sleep in. 

But when I got all awake I was very hungry so I had my breakfast right away. 

Zita had a brand new meeting this morning. But it was not a rascal ladies meeting.

It was a meeting with Miss Bethany and another lady. Just to talk about interesting things.

When Niamh was all awake Zita drove her to Anna’s parent’s house. 

Because they have a brand new dog at that house. Oh my goodness.

When they were gone Craig and I had the little tasty toasts. With lots of jam.

And when Zita came home she had toasts too. 

So I had lots of toasts today. That is a good day. 

Then after lunchtime it was only a bit cold and Zita and I decided to go on our walk.

Before it got way too cold again.

And when we got home Niamh and Tarryn and brand new Miss Emily were here. 

Miss Emily is helping Mister Holden get elected. With Niamh and Tarryn. 

But they could not go downtown for a nice meeting because of the too loud trucks.

And the sometimes lots of nasty people. Oh my goodness me. 

If there are nasty people downtown they cannot go unless I am with them.

So they will have their own very fierce guarder dog. To chew nasty people all up. It is our rule. 

So they came to our house instead.

And went downstairs to Niamh very big comfy bedroom. 

To have their meeting with coffees and maybe some treats too. Ha. 

Zita was very busy painting the bottoms of the wall in the bedroom. With special shiny paint. 

And the doors too. 

I could not help. Oh dear. Too bad for me. 

A man brought hamburgers for Emmet and Tarryn and Miss Emily. 

But they took them downstairs. So I did not even get a little bit.

But Craig and Zita had chips. And sometimes they fell on the floor. 

They were presents from Mister Saint Newton. 

When it got dark Zita drove Miss Emily and Tarryn home. Because it was cold again.

And when Zita and Niamh got home it was nearly our dinnertime. Ha. That is my favourite time. 

I got turkeys on my dinner tonight. 

Then we watched the detective in the tasty pastries city. 

When it was over it was our bedtime. Ha.

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Five

It was another way too cold for a good morning walk day. 

So we stayed inside and zita talked to her mother and father in way far away Dublin.

It was not even a bit cold in Dublin. 

Then Zita drove Niamh and Tarryn to the lovely store. 

Craig only had a little sleep in before it is his Saturday to have his coffee with his old friends.

But he was a bit late so he did not have his hello everybody coffee. Oh dear me. 

But when Zita came home she made him a coffee and a toast. 

I helped Craig eat his toast.

But I did not eat my breakfast just Our breakfast toast.

Then Zita talked to Auntie Eileen in way far away Celbridge. 

Auntie Eileen does not have any snow at all. Oh well.

After Craig was finished talking to his friends he made me a brand a new lunch and breakfast. Ha.

And I got pretend floppy cheese right on top. That was good.

Then it was time for Zita and I to go for our after lunchtime walk. 

Because then it was not so cold because it was a very full of sunshine afternoon. 

So we had a very nice walk. But I still had to wear my boots.

Because the streets are a bit very messy and I would get nasty salt in my toes. 

That would not be very nice for me. 

We did not go for a long walk.

Because I was a bit too sore. 

So when we got home Craig gave my my do not be sore medicine. On top of some peanut butter. Ha.

Zita did not go shopping downtown today. 

Because there are way too many very loud trucks and silly people downtown. 

Because they do not want to get the do not get sick and die shots. Oh goodness me.

That is not such a very good idea. Maybe they will just all get sick. Too bad for them.

And they want the government to just listen to only them.

Because they are very loud. Oh well. Too bad for them. 

When we were outside I could hear them. And they were all the way downtown. 

That is way too loud. And silly. Too bad for them. 

Niamh is not going to have dinner with us tonight.

Because she is going to dinner with a friend. I do not know him. Too bad for him.

Miss Tarryn stayed at our house tonight.

Because of the way too noisy scary trucks too near her apartment. Oh my goodness me. 

But big trucks cannot come on my street.

Because it is still full up with too much snow. Ha. That is good. 

We got pictures from Tara. 

From near her little apartment in the way way way far away country. 

She does not have any snow there at all. 

And yesterday she went to some everything outside stores. 

And she bought delicious brand new vegetables for her dinner. 

And she saw a very nice man carrying his very furry dog. 

Maybe the dog was a bit too sore too. 

She did not see any smelly camels today either. Oh well. 

I only had to mind Craig and Zita for dinner tonight. So we had a nice early dinnertime. 

Then I had my own very tasty dinner before we watched our detective programs. 

And had treats too. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Four

Not even one of us had a sleep in today. Oh my goodness me.

But it was still too cold to go outside for a good morning walk.

So Zita and I went to work right after we had our together breakfast.

Last night Zita and Niamh were talking to Tara. On Niamh’s computer.

And Tara is in way way way far away. And she is going to school in a country that has smelly camels. 

To learn a brand new language. 

Maybe then she can talk to the camels. Oh my goodness me. 

Any they even have a king in that way far far far away country. Oh my goodness me. 

And Zita and Niamh talked to her for a long time. 

Tara told them that she can nearly talk that language but not so very well. 

That is why she is going to where everybody just speaks that language. That is a good idea. 

Craig and I had baby croissants for our breakfast. But the first one was not so very tasty.

So we made two more and put raspberries jam all over them. 

Then they were very delicious. Ha. Good for us. 

At lunchtime it was only a bit too cold so Zita and I went for a little all dressed up walk.

I had to wear all my boots. 

Zita always puts my toasty warm boots on for me. 

Even when I do not want them. Too bad for me.

I cannot put on my boots all by myself. Oh well.

Niamh and Tarryn and the go fast car went to their nice university this morning.

To help Mister Holden be elected.

They went to make beautiful pictures of Mister Holden. 

Then everybody will know that he is Niamh’s friend and they will vote for him. 

Mister Holden is from far way. Right where everybody has cows. And very big hats. Oh my goodness me.

But he did not bring any cows here. That is good. 

When I got home from our very lovely long walk it was my lunchtime.

But before I had time to eat my lunch Craig put a used piece of Mister Tony’s pizza in the oven. 

So I had to wait to eat my lunch so I could help Craig eat the pizza. Ha. That is a good job.

Then after a while I had my lunch with pumpkins. Ha. 

And when I was all finished it was time for my afternoon nap. 

The go fast car brought Niamh and Tarryn home for a together dinner. 

We had pastas and very tasty meatballs. 

I got one on top of own dinner. Ha.

We did not watch the detectives tonight.

Because everybody talked until it was our bedtime. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Three

Zita and I were nearly late for work today.

Because we had a little sleep in. Ha. Good for us.

We did not have time for a nice walk this morning. That was a good idea.

Because it was even more too cold this morning. 

Craig had a little sleep in today.

So I did not eat my breakfast until he was all awake and we had our toasts.

Then I could eat my breakfast.

Sometimes I like to have ours toasts before my breakfast. It is known.

But I had to wait for his next coffees before we could have our another toast. Too bad for me.

Then I helped Zita in our office until Mister Paul came to bring back the go fast car.

He had to borrow it to get some important things. 

And then he had some coffee with Craig. 

Niamh was very busy today reading her stories for her university. 

And after Mister Paul went back home she had her very interesting class. The one all about young ladies. 

Right on her computer. 

But very soon she will be going right to her nice university with all her at university friends. Ha. That is a good idea. 

The take the snow away machines are on the other streets today. 

But I can see them on my street too. 

But they did not take all our snow away. 

Maybe tomorrow. 

Then it was time for my afternoon relax with my friend Craig. 

It is important to have a nice relax when you are very busy. It is known. 

When I went back in our office I found out that my friend Zita forgot to have her own delicious lunch. Oh dear.

Yesterday I forgot to have my lunch too. 

Then I was all confused about my dinnertimes. That was not so nice. 

I will remind Zita when it is our dinnertime. 

So she will not just forget. That is a good job for me.

But I did not have to remind her even a little bit. 

Because Mister Tony made us our very own delicious pizzas. That was a good idea.

It was not so very cold this afternoon. 

So Zita and I went on our before dinnertime walk. 

And we did not freeze at all. That was good. 

Mister Tony’s friend brought us the pizza. In his car. That was nice.

Then Craig and Zita and I watched the detective program in a way far away city. 

Where they only eat delicious pastries all the time. Ha. That is a good city.  

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Two

It was our do not go to work day.

So we only got up a very little bit early.

And then everybody else was awake too.

Because today is Niamh’s day to work at the lovely store. 

So Tarryn came to our house in her mother’s car to find Niamh. And go to their work.

And Craig was all awake too. 

Because Nurse Jesse came to give him brand new feet bandages. Ha.

Zita went outside to move lots of snow even in the way too cold.

And when she cleaned the side yard I went out and helped her. 

But we did not stay outside very long because we got all frozen.

So we had to come inside to get all toasty warm again. Oh my goodness. 

Last night Niamh had a very important meeting.

Because she is helping her friend Mister Holden to win an election at her nice university. Oh my goodness me. 

So they have to meetings so they will know how to win. Ha. That is a good idea. 

After Zita and I were all warm again we went outside to move even more snow.

We put the too much snow in the big sliding box. 

To take the snow far away from our house. 

After lunchtime Zita went for a walk with Kathy. 

But she stayed outside too long. And the way too cold bit her face. Oh my goodness me. That is not so nice.

So when she came in she had a nice hot shower. Until she was all warm inside again.

I got very cold when I was helping the shovelling. 

But Zita said I could not stay outside and she made me go inside. That was a good idea.

This afternoon Craig took every book out of the go round and round bookcase. And put them on the sofa. 

And then Zita put the bookcase on the other side of the comfy sofa.

And then Craig put all the books back in that bookcase. 

And they were the very same books. I do not know why. 

I thought it was a very silly idea.

Maybe it was for exercise. Maybe. 

So I did not help. I had a nice nap instead. 

But I slept right through my own lunchtime. Oh my goodness me.

So I was so hungry I had to have my dinner early. But I got turkeys on top. Ha.

Niamh had her dinner with Tarryn and Anna at their apartment.

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita for dinner tonight.

And they had their dinner early too.

Because Niamh was not here. 

Last night we watched the program about the farm animal Doctors. There were cows in it again. Ha. 

That is because they do not have any nice Musk Oxes in England. Or even Buffalos. Too bad for them.

I think it is because England is not so very big.

And our Buffaloes and Musk Oxes are very big and furry. Just like me. 

So there is not enough room for our very big and fierce animals way over there. Oh well. 

Too bad for them. 

Maybe we will watch a new program tonight. 

Maybe we will have even more delicious cheese cake. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy One

Zita and I got up today. But not way too early. Ha.

And Zita made sure that Niamh was all awake too.

Because she has her favourite all about music and movies class today. 

But is a very early in the morning class. Oh well.

I had a little beside Craig nap this morning. Then it was our time to go to work. 

So I went into out own office to help Zita.

But when Craig was up I had to help him with his round toast breakfast. Ha.

Then I went back to help Zita. 

But when Craig had his another coffee he made real toasts too. 

So I had to go and help him with those toasts too.

But one toast was a bit too toasty so I got a very big piece. Ha. 

So I had a three breakfasts morning. Ha. That was a good idea. 

And then I had my nearly lunchtime breakfast. Craig put some very tasty turkeys on top. Ha.

Then it was time for our lunchtime walk around. 

It was still too cold so Zita and I had to get all dressed up in our warmest clothes. 

Before we went outside. 

We had a very nice quiet walk. 

But there is still way too much snow.

So you have to go where everybody else goes. Oh well. 

And after we got home it was time for me to help my friend Niamh read her very interesting book. 

For her university.

And when we were finished we had tasty snacks together. 

Just like at her nice university. But here in our house. Ha.

Last night for our after dinner dessert we had the very best cheese cake in the world. 

And it was the one that Niamh made all by herself. 

Craig had two pieces. But he could not finish it.

Because he was all full up to the top. Ha.

So I got a little bit too. 

Because I was Niamh’s helper. 

Being everybody’s best kitchen helper is my favourite job.

We had a very lovely together dinner tonight. We had turkeys sandwiches. 

I even got a little bit before my second dinner. Ha.

But I had to remind Zita when it was time for us to play the rope game. Ha. 

Then Craig and Zita and I watched the lady detective with the very old car.

Right until it was time to go to bed. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy

It was a Monday go back to work day for us.

So we did not have a sleep in at all. 

And it was way too cold for a nice walk. Again. 

It was way too cold all day too. 

So Zita and I had our together breakfast before we went to our office.

But then the very scary chop up all the snow machines came on my other street. 

And they put it right in lots and lots of very big noisy trucks.

It is good that Miss Bethany’s car ran away. Oh my goodness me.

I always fierce bark those noisy machines away from my house. 

I think maybe they would try to take my own house away because there is lots of snow on top.

So I bark at them. Very loudly. And then they leave my house alone. Ha. Good for me.

Niamh was all awake too. 

And she made us a very delicious cheese cake. Right in our kitchen.

I did not help today because I was too busy minding Zita.

 

In case those very nasty noisy machines came back. Ha. That is a good job for me. 

At lunchtime Zita and I went for our afternoon walk in the too cold. 

I had to wear my new without any holes boots. Oh well.

And my warm as could be red coat. Ha. 

Niamh says I am very stylish because of my very red coat. That is true. Ha. Good for me.

And now all the snow is all gone on my other street. Ha. 

So I can see everything when we walk on that street. We went to see our empty lake. 

And there were people sliding all over it. Even in the very cold. Too bad for them. 

When we came back we saw Craig. 

He was looking out my watching window for me. Ha. 

After Zita and I were finished with our rascal ladies work I saw my friend Emmet.

On Zita’s computer. Right on the dining room table. But he was still in way far away Ireland.

So we talked to him for a long time. And everybody laughed a lot. 

And Niamh told stories about silly people in her very interesting class. And everybody laughed at that too.

Then it was time for Emmet to go to fast asleep. 

Because of the wrong clocks in Ireland. Too bad for them. 

But it was only our dinnertime. So I helped Zita make our delicious tortellinis. 

I was a big help.

Then we did not watch a detective program. 

Maybe we will watch the program all about some animal doctors.

In way far away England. Ha. That is an interesting program. 

There are some cows in the program. Those cows are very big. 

And a bit fierce too. Oh my goodness. 

I do not think we have fierce cows here. 

Just fierce Mooses and the very fierce Musk Oxes. That is enough for us. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Nine

It was sleep in Sunday. But only Craig had a nice sleep in.

Everybody else was busy.

Niamh had to get all dressed up in lovely clothes this morning.

Because she was going to lunch with lots of her girlfriends. 

At their friends not so close house.

So Zita and I walked with her to a bit near Tarryn’s apartment. 

Because that is where she found the car to take all of them to the house.

It was a beautiful full of sunshine day. And it was only very cold. Not way too cold.

And when we got home Craig was all dressed so Craig and Zita and I had our croissants. Ha. 

But then we looked out the window and there was someone trying to find their all covered up in snow car.

And it was Miss Bethany. 

And it was her own car underneath all the snow. Oh dear me.

But the they are going to take the snow away signs were all over that street. 

So Zita got one of our big move the snow shovels and went out to help her.

So the take your car away trucks did not catch Miss Bethany’s car. Oh my goodness me. 

And when they were finished her car just jumped right over the too much snow. 

It was a very happy car. Nobody wants to be all covered up in snow. Me either.

Yesterday cousin Robert and cousin Orlaith took Zita’s parents to a lovely restaurant. In a hotel. 

For a delicious lunch. Right in downtown Dublin. And they had tea too. That was nice.

But when Zita called them this morning they were busy again. Oh my goodness.

Her parents are very busy people. 

Because uncle David and cousin Sarah came for a nice visit.

This afternoon Zita got the brand new paint and started to paint the big wall in our bedroom.

It is the wall right beside my comfy duvet. Oh goodness me. 

I could not help.

Because I am not such a very neat painter. Oh well. 

So I stayed in the kitchen and had my afternoon nap. 

And sometimes I looked out my watching window. Because it is my best job.

And I saw lots of people with their slippy ice stakes.

Because our empty canal is now all full of ice. 

And now people can go slippy skating until their toes are all frozen up. Ha. Too bad for them. 

When Zita was finished she had lots of paint on her too. That is why I did not be her helper.

Maybe I would be covered in paint too. Oh dear. That would not be so good. 

We had turkeys soup for dinnertime. 

That was good because Niamh was almost an icicle when she got home.

So she went to her very own warm bed right away. To get toasty warm again.

Then we watched the detective program we watched last night.

Before we went to our nice warm beds too. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Eight

When Zita and I got up this morning it was so cold  that I was afraid to go outside.

Because maybe my tail would just freeze like an ice cube and fall off. Oh my goodness me.

And I would not have my own waggly tail anymore. 

Then how would everybody know that I am a very happy dog. Oh dear me.

So I only went out for a very very little time.

Then I came right back inside to have my tasty breakfast.

And then Niamh and Tarryn were all awake too.

Because it was too cold for Tarryn to walk to her little apartment last night.

So I helped them get all awake before the go fast car took them to the lovely store. 

I stayed here to mind the house and Craig too.

But before I was finished watching all the slip sliding cars Craig was all dressed and wide awake. Ha.

Because today was his Saturday coffees with his old friends. 

So we had the very last molasses cookies for our breakfast. Ha.

Then Zita was back home and she brought us brand new fat croissants. 

So I helped Craig eat his while he was talking to his friends. On the flat computer. 

I had lots of breakfasts this morning. Ha. That was a good idea. 

But then Zita remembered it was the spic and span house day. 

So she found the noise make the floor clean machine.

Because sometimes the living room rug is a bit messy.

Because sometimes I am a bit messy when I have my living room rug naps. Oh dear me.

So then I hid. 

So no one would remember that. Oh dear me.

When everything was all beautiful and clean again it was my lunchtime.

But I had to remind Craig. Again. Oh well. 

Zita said that the service in my house is not what it used to be. Oh well. I got pretend cheese anyway. 

Today Zita found a turkey in the other refrigerator. Ha.

A she bought the wrong pumpkins for me. She got the just for very delicious pies pumpkins.

So we had turkeys and pumpkins pie tonight. And green beans.

Because you always have to have green beans if you have turkeys for dinner. It is the rule.

And green beans are my favourite too. 

So we had a pretend thanksgiving dinner tonight. Ha. That was a new idea.

Then we had to go for a walk. Even in the very very cold.

Because we had not gone for our nice walks for too long. Zita said so. Oh well. Too bad for me.

I had to get as warm as could be. 

But we did not freeze into icicles. But we did not stay outside for a long time. Good for us. 

And we found out that my keep my toes warm boots have holes in them. Oh dear.

But I have another box of toasty warm boots in my Poppy drawer.  Good for us.

But I only had to mind Craig and Zita for dinner.

Because Niamh went to Tarryn’s and Anna’s apartment for dinner.

I got turkeys and green beans tonight. Ha. Good for me. 

Then we watched another new detective program. 

Just us. In the den. On the television. Ha. 

I had a nice nap. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Seven

I had a very quiet day today.

Because it was way way too cold to go outside unless I had to.

Craig said my tail would freeze and fall right off. Oh my goodness me.

 And my tail is not so very big and I would miss it. 

So I stayed inside my warm house and helped Niamh read another not so good book.

She told me not to believe all of the very long words.

Because the man thinks only he knows the truth. Oh my goodness me.

I do not think that man should write books. 

My friend Emmet’s stories are alway true. That is why so many people like them. 

Someday he will write wonderful books all about the very interesting long long time ago Irish people. 

And everybody will want to read them. 

Maybe they will have pictures of Mister Cú Chullainn’s very lovely fierce dogs. Maybe. 

But he has to finish his giant story for his very old in Cork university first. Oh well. 

Emmet’s friend Finn wrote a brand new book. 

About a very dangerous butterfly. 

I did not even know butterflies were dangerous. Oh dear me. 

Then I had our together breakfast with Craig. In the den. 

Because Niamh was reading in the living room.

We did not have toasts today. 

We had molasses cookies instead. Ha. That was a very good breakfast. 

Then I went into our rascal ladies office to be Zita’s best helper. That is my best job. 

After lunchtime Tarryn came to visit Niamh.

Because they had a long class with a very funny professor and they laughed all the time.

Then the black car took them away to do some errands. And have a very own made dinner at their friends house. 

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita for dinner tonight. That was easy.

Then it was our detective program time. And we watched a lady detective in England. I had a lovely nap.

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Six

I had a very very busy morning.

When we got up the computer said it was way too cold outside. And it was right. 

So we did not go for a good morning to everybody walk.

We had a long breakfast instead.

Then it was time for our rascal ladies work so we went into our own office.

But then Niamh came into our office to tell me she needed my help. 

Because she had to read a book for her university. 

And it was not even a bit interesting. Oh dear.

So I had to be her helper. 

So we listened to the book on her flat computer. And it was true. It was not interesting.

It is nice to listen to books because you can close you eyes and still know all the words.

But when you listen to books you cannot see if there are any interesting pictures. Oh well.

So we listened to Mister Hobbe’s book for a long time. 

I do not think he was such a happy man. 

I do not think he even had a nice dog. 

Or a nice comfy bed. With lots of pillows. Too bad for him.

And I was so busy helping my friend Niamh I did not have the time to help Craig.

So he got all awake and all dressed by himself. Without my help. 

But he did not mind. Because I was very busy with such an important job. 

We did not even go out for a walk at lunchtime.

Because it was still way too cold. 

Even if I wore my very warm red coat and my keep me warm boots I would be a frozen Miss Poppy. Oh dear.

But Zita had to go to the giant post office for rascal ladies work. Too bad for her. 

But the go fast car got nice and toasty warm. That was good. 

This afternoon I stayed in the living room to be Niamh’s studying assistant. 

But sometimes I had to look out my watching window because even more cars got stuck on my corner.

And stuck in the snow cars are very very noisy. It is known. 

And one car even went backwards down the hill. That is not so very good. 

We had our own very tasty used food for dinner tonight. Used food is alway very tasty.

Sometimes they are my very favourite dinners. Ha. 

And Zita made the molasses cookies so we could have tasty treats when we watch the detectives tonight. Ha. 

We did not go for a before dinnertime walk today.

Because it is even colder than before. Oh my goodness me.

Craig has to find a new detective program for us tonight. Ha. Too bad for him. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Five

It was our Wednesday do not go to work day.

So Zita and I had a little sleep in.

But when we were all awake and she opened up our side door there was even more snow. Oh my goodness me.

I tried not to go out but Zita said I could not be a lazy dog. So I went out. 

Yesterday when we went out there were snow mountains all over. 

And they were bigger than me. Oh my goodness me.

I did not want to do that again today. 

But I did not stay outside so long because it was time for our breakfast.

And then Craig was all awake too. And Niamh.

Because today Nurse Amanda came to put new fat bandages on Craig’s feet.

And Niamh had to go to her lovely store. 

Zita had to move some of the more too much snow.

So Nurse Amanda could come in and the go fast car could get out. My goodness me. 

After Nurse Amanda left and Zita took Niamh to her lovely store Craig and I had two toasts. Ha.

And then we looked out my watching window for a long time.

Because it was very busy on my corner this morning. 

A little truck got all stuck in the snow right there. Ha.

And then some nice people had to push the truck until it was not so stuck. That was nice.

After Craig had his next coffee there was an even bigger truck stuck. In the same place. 

But it gave up and went on the other street. Those were silly trucks.

Then it was time for me to have my before lunchtime nap. Ha.

When Zita got home she brought brand new delicious cheeses. 

I could smell them right away. Ha.

But Zita said that the go fast car was not so happy today. 

Because the roads were too slippy everywhere.

And the freezie rain broke one of it clean its windows machine. 

And Zita had to find a store with a brand new one. 

And lots of cars were stuck all over and a bendy bus too. Oh my goodness me.

So then we just stayed here in our cosy warm house. Together. 

But Zita had to go outside to the good paint store. 

To find the just right paint for our bedroom. Oh my goodness me. 

But when she got home it was not so cold.

So we went on our before dinnertime walk. It was a very little walk today.

We had to be very careful slow walkers.

Because of the too slippy sidewalks. Oh dear. 

Slippy sidewalks are not so nice. 

Sometimes you might just fall down on the sidewalk and brake everything.

Just like my friend Craig did. Oh my goodness me. We would not like that. 

So we were very careful walkers. 

And when we got home I was a soggy dog again. Oh well. 

So I stayed in the kitchen to be Zita’s best kitchen helper. 

We are having Auntie Eileen’s from far away Mexico dinner tonight. 

We made it by ourselves. 

Because Auntie Eileen is not here. She back in her house in way far away Ireland. 

It is very tasty.

Because it has lots of very tasty from cheese all over it. 

Before dinnertime Zita went and found Niamh at the lovely store and brought her home. 

Tonight we watched the lady detective with the very old not so very nice car. 

That is our favourite detective lady.

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Four

When I was all awake this morning it was a very very sunny day outside. 

Our sky was all empty and blue as could be. 

Because all the snow in the sky was gone. 

But it was right here. And it was all over the ground. Oh my goodness me.

But it was now a bit too cold again. That was not so very good. 

Niamh was all awake early today for her class all about music and movies. That will be a good class.

Niamh likes music. And movies. A lot. Ha. 

Craig was all awake early too.

Because a lady came to visit our house this morning. 

To look at Craig so they can make him just for him special socks. Ha.

Then he will not have fat bandages anymore. 

After the lady left Craig and I had a very fat toast. It full up with raspberries jam. Ha. 

Then I went into to our office to be Zita’s best assistant when she had her hello to everybody meeting

After Mister Kirian moved the lots of snow I could go into my side yard again. 

And not just get lost in the too much snow. That was good.

He is going to come back to move even more of our too much snow. That is a good idea. 

Then after the meeting I went into the living room to mind Craig.

And have my morning nap at the same time. Ha. That was a good idea. 

At lunchtime because Craig’s feet had no bandages on them he put them in the wavy water machine. 

So he would have all squeaky clean feet. Ha.

Then it was time for Zita and I to get all our warm as toast clothes on. Even all my boots. 

So we could go for our afternoon walk. Even in the very cold.

Niamh went for her walk around too. At the same time. But not with us. 

Because we are too slow. Too bad for her. 

I was a bit of a soggy dog when we got home. 

But we had a very very long walk.

Because I did not go out the other days because of the too much snow.

So I was very happy to have a lovely long walk. Even in my boots. 

But I was a little bit tired when we got home. 

Because sometimes I forget that I am a lovely old dog now and I want to walk too far away from my house. 

Then I get too tired going home. Oh well. 

That is why I have two very comfy beds for nice naps. Ha. I am a lucky dog. 

When Niamh got home she was only a little bit all frozen up. That was good. 

But then she had more university work to do. So she went downstairs. So I went back to fast asleep.

When The rascal ladies work was all finished Zita went outside.

To take away all the way too much snow at the end of the driveway.

The silly push the snow trucks always put their too much snow in our driveway. That is not so nice.

Because the go fast car cannot go anywhere if there is a giant snow mountain in it’s driveway. It is known. 

Then it was our own dinner time and we had cheese toasties. And I got some. 

Right before my own dinner. 

I got green beans too. 

We watched our friend the old churchman tonight. In the den. 

Before our bedtime. 

. 

Day Three Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Three

Oh my goodness what a day we had today.

When Zita got up there was a little bit of snow all over everywhere. 

But it was only snowy. It was not so very cold outside.

So I had a little sleep in with my friend Craig.

But when I was all awake there was all of a sudden way too much snow everywhere. 

All over my front yard too.

So Zita and Niamh and I looked out all our front windows at the very silly drivers.

Everybody wanted to be at the same place at the same time. Oh dear.

And everybody wanted to be first. So everybody was stuck. Ha.

And some cars did not have even one do not get stuck in the snow tires. 

So some nice people had to push them all the way down my other street. Oh my goodness me. That was silly.

And then Zita went outside to make a path for me. In my own side yard.

But she had to go out the front door.

Because there was a giant mountain of snow right at my back door.  Oh my goodness me. 

Niamh went for a walk up to the busy street. With Mister Alex and Miss Adriana. 

But when they got there it was as empty as could be. Oh my goodness me.

Craig sent my friend Emmet a picture for all all his friends in Ireland. Ha. 

They do not have so much snow in Ireland. Just lots of very windy rain. 

Craig and I had very very tasty croissants for our together breakfast. We had lots of butter on top too. 

Croissants are my very favourite. 

Because I am a from France dog. Ha. Good for me. 

After I had my brunch I went in to help Zita in our own office. 

Then I had to go into the living room to guard my friend Niamh. 

In case the giant push the snow trucks tried to push our house away too. Oh my goodness me.

Niamh was very busy writing new stories for her university classes. And they only just started. My goodness me.

But she had her new very comfy blanket to keep her toasty warm.

But now our cars are just covered all up by the snow. 

And the silver little car is a bit all lost right under a mountain of too much snow. Oh dear.

But Mister Kirian came to take lots and lots of the snow away. 

And he was here for a long time.That was a good idea. 

And I did not even bark at him. 

I only fiercely barked at those noisy push the snow away trucks. Ha. Too bad for them.

We had a very nice together dinner tonight. We had empty the refrigerator dinnertime.

And green beans too. Ha. Green beans are always a good diner. 

Because green beans are my favourite. 

And then we watched a brand new show on the television with Niamh.

And it was not even a detective program.  

So that was an easy night for me.
