Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Two

Zita went to her make you beautiful store today. To get a her hair all cut so it was perfect. 

She could not go to Mister Rogers’s store for a very long time.

Because of the do not get sick rules. Oh my goodness me.

So did not have a little sleep in today.

When she got back home she was not so very furry anymore. Oh well. Too bad for her. 

And Niamh and her old fast bicycle went downtown to her work today.

It was a beautiful full of not even a bit too hot sunshine day today. Ha. Good for us.

And Craig only had a little lie in.

Because today was his see his friends for coffee on the computer. He had toasts too. So I helped him. 

After lunchtime Zita cleaned our side yard with the noisy dangerous blow everything everywhere machine. Oh dear.

Then she got the dangerous cut your toes off machine to make our grass neat and tidy too. 

So I stayed in the house and minded Craig and Emmet. 

Then when Emmet was finished all his writing he went on his good afternoon walk in the beautiful sunshine.

And then Mister Paul came for a nice visit.

Because everybody has been all shot. That was a good idea.

Everybody sat in the very neat and tidy side yard. And had drinks. 

And I minded everybody. By myself.

Then after all the chips were gone Zita and Mister Paul fixed my gate.

Because sometimes it did not open very far. It always does that. 

So they fixed it again. 

Then Zita drove Emmet to Mister Mike’s and Miss Morgan’s house. 

So they could play the dragons game altogether. And not on the computer. 

Because Emmet’s friends have been shot too. Ha. Good for them.

Now they can be visitors.

And they can have tasty snacks together too. 

We had a nice dinner tonight. But it was just Craig and Zita and I.

Because everybody else was having dinner with their friends. In outside restaurants. With beers too. 

We had toasty all squished sandwiches for our dinner. 

Then we went in the den to watch the new detectives. Ha. 

So I had a very nice nap. Right there in the den. With Craig and Zita.

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety One

We had a very busy day today.

We could not have nice little walk this morning.

Because Zita had to drive Niamh to the beautiful clothes store.

Because she was way too tired to drive her fast bicycle. Oh dear. Too bad for her.

Craig had a sleep in. And he did not even listen to his interesting book today. He was just fast asleep.

But Emmet was all fast awake so he could write his story. 

And now he is writing the interesting parts. 

Not just telling what everybody else said a long time ago. That is good.

 When Craig was all awake I helped him with his too big toasts.

Then I went back to our office. 

Because I am Zita’s best assistant. 

She was talking to Kathy all about how to make hospitals be good listeners. Oh my goodness me. That is a hard job.

After lunchtime Craig got into his old very red go fast chair. Zita found it in the basement.

He had to use that chair because a man came to my house to fix his real go fast chair.

So it would not just tip over and crash again.  He moved the big wheels.

The the old chair is not so comfy. 

And it is not even very light. Oh well. It is his just in case chair. 

I could not mind the man when he was fixing the chair. 

Because Craig made a giant peanut butter and honey sandwich for our lunchtime in the kitchen. 

So he needed me to help him eat it. Ha. 

When we were looking out my watching window a policeman on a bicycle stopped a car right on my own corner. 

And the car honked at him. Oh dear. 

But the person in the car was talking to someone on their take it with you telephone and did not know it was a police bicycle. 

So the policeman was not so very happy. 

Maybe the person will go to jail for ever. Or give lots of real money to our city. Ha.

It was a beautiful day today so Emmet went for a very nice long walk. 

In the not way too hot sunshine. 

This afternoon my friends the ducks were in our pond. Sitting on the pretend island. 

So their feet would not be all wet. That was a good idea. I do not like to have nasty wet feet either. 

When we were all finished our rascal ladies work it was time for our before dinner walk. Ha. 

So we went for a lovely little walk. Not a long walk so my sometimes sore leg can get all better again.

Getting legs all better takes a long time. Craig is just like me too. 

We found professor Jill on our walk. So we stopped and talked for a long time. That was nice. 

Niamh and Miss Tarryn came back to our house so they could have a tasty altogether dinner with us.

Because we had very delicious own made hamburgers. 

And cokes too. Right in cans. On the dining room table.  Oh goodness me. 

Then Craig and Zita and I went into our bedroom to watch our detective program.

We went early tonight because of the not comfy at all old go fast chair. 

Tomorrow Craig will use his real go fast chair. Ha. That is a good idea.

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety

We did not go for a good morning walk this morning.

Because it is another rainy day today. Oh dear.

So we had a nice quiet day.

The black car took Niamh to the beautiful clothes store so she would not be just all soggy.

And when Zita came home it was time for our work. So we went into our rascal ladies office.

Emmet was all awake and practicing his meeting with all the professors in way far away Cork. Oh dear.

Yesterday Zita found brand new croissants at the nice grocery store. So I helped Craig eat them. Then I went back to help Zita. 

I keep her feet toasty warm when it is a nasty rainy day. Ha. That is my best easy job. 

Mister Paul borrowed the black car again.

Because the porch at his other house is too broken. So he had to get lots more wood to fix it. Too bad for him.

Last night after dinner Craig and Zita and Emmet remembered all about their lovely vacations. 

One time they even went to a museum full of Knights. And Emmet wore armour. 

And got hit with an axe. But it did not even hurt.

Because of the shiny armour. That was good. 

And they went to a giant house. With giant bathtubs full of from the ocean water. 

Because the house was right beside the giant ocean. 

I did not remember these places.

Because it was before I was their very best friend. 

And everybody was not so very big. Oh well.

Craig and I had a croissant for our in front of the window lunch. 

Then I had a very nice nap.

Because today was a quiet day. Good for us. 

We are going to have have pastas for our dinner. 

But today is dragons Thursday so Emmet has to eat his dinner downstairs. So he can be noisy. 

Zita went downtown to find Niamh so she could have her dinner with us. 

And not just forget to eat again. 

Craig and Zita made a little television program for Kathy’s own mother to see. She is in a little hospital. 

Because she fell down and could not get up. So maybe now the hospital will fix her all up. 

So now she has a program to watch. And it is us. Ha.  That was a very good idea. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Nine

It is our do not go to work Wednesday today. All the day. Ha.

And it was a beautiful day today. 

So we went for a little before breakfast walk. Good for us.

Then we had our breakfast and looked out the watching window at the whole world.

Then Emmet was all awake so he could write even more of his story.

And Niamh was all awake too. 

But then the very noisy make your knives sharp truck was on my street. 

I do not like that truck. It is way too noisy. 

I always try to fierce bark it away but it is so noisy that it cannot hear me. That is not all right. 

But I had to stop barking for a little while.

Because I had to help Craig with his very delicious toasts. 

Then I went back to my watching window to keep that truck away. Ha. Good for me.

Then Zita and the black car took Niamh downtown to her work. 

And after that she went to the grocery store to find some delicious food for us. 

So when she was away I minded everybody by myself and I had a very nice outside nap.

Because it was a beautiful day outside.

It was a beautiful day in far away Ireland too. So Cousin Ciara went to visit Zita’s parents. 

In the little beside the ocean house. I saw the picture. Ha.

Lots of the cousins went there to have a nice visit. And to get tasty treats at the stores.

Maybe even big bags of very delicious made right there chips. Ha. That is a tasty idea. 

This afternoon Craig and Zita and I went into my side yard.

So we could have some before dinner cookies. 

Craig and Zita has some too much coffees too. 

And I minded them and chewed up my big blue ball. 

But then I had a very messy face and Zita had to clean me up. Oh well.

But Zita did not mind.

Because we are best friends. It is known.

Even when I am a bit messy. Ha. Good for us.

Then we went back into our house.

But just when I looked out my own watching window the silly bunny rabbit was right there. On my patio. 

And it was looking at our beautiful new plants. 

Maybe it thought they were dinner. Oh my goodness me. 

So I loud barked it away until I got into a little bit of trouble. Oh well. 

It is a very silly bunny. 

Emmet is making our dinner tonight.

Because it is his turn. 

We are going to have very delicious omelettes.

Because Emmet wants to be the best omelette maker ever.

So when he goes back to way far away Ireland he can make the very best omelettes ever. 

For all his friends who live with him in the not very warm apartment.

It is good that his Nana made him as warm as can be sweaters to keep him toasty. Ha. That was a good idea. 

Niamh cannot have a tasty omelette with us tonight.

Because she has to work until late at the beautiful clothes store.

And then she is going out with her lemon friends. To have a little dinner. Too bad for her.

Maybe we will have ice cream when we watch our detective program. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Eight

It was not such a lovely day outside this morning.

It was just a nearly rain all the time day. 

So Zita and I did not go for a good morning walk.

We had a nice together breakfast.

Then Zita and the go fast car took Niamh downtown to her work.

Because of the lots of rain. 

But Zita had to go back because Niamh forgot her things. Oh dear.

And when Zita got home it was time for us to go to our rascal ladies work.

Craig had an all awake sleep in so he could watch our ladies win even more prizes. Ha.

But I helped him with his lunchtime toasts. It was crunchy toasts all covered in strawberries jam.

But he did not get into the go fast chair today. 

Because his other all broken leg was a little bit too sore. So he had a resting day. 

At lunchtime Mister Paul borrowed the black car. 

So he could get some big pieces of wood. To fix his other house. Oh goodness.

So we had a bit of a quiet day today. 

Emmet had a little bit of a day off. So he did not write his big story.

But he was writing a different important story instead.

Because he has to tell all the professors at his very old university all about writing his very big story. 

I was a very big help. 

Because my friend Emmet read it to me. So he would not make any mistake at all. 

When he has to talk to all the very old professors in way far away Cork. Maybe they cannot hear so well.

Because they are old. Oh dear me.

I did not think that it was a very good day off for my friend Emmet. 

But now I know lots and lots about the very very old Irish stories. Ha. Good for me. 

Not so many dogs know so much about long long time ago Irish heroes as I do. Ha.

Even all about Mister Cú Chulainn’s fierce dogs. Good for me. 

Then I had a nice nap right beside him. On the comfy living room rug. 

And a boy asked Niamh to go out for dinner with him. Tonight. Oh my goodness me. 

To a downtown real restaurant. Where they make from Mexico food. 

Where nice people to bring you your food. And I think even some very tasty desserts too. Oh my goodness me.

I do not think that this is such a good idea.

Because I can not go into those restaurants to guard her. That is not all right. Oh dear me. 

I do not even know this boy. 

He has not come to my house so Craig and Emmet can meet him. And shake his hand. That is not all right. 

So we had our very delicious for shepherds pie tonight. Without Niamh. Oh dear me.

What if that restaurant does not have only very delicious food like our house.  Oh dear me. 

Craig and Zita and emmet and I had our shepherds pie and very very tasty green beans too. Ha.

Then Craig and Zita watched a detective program on Craig’s flat computer.

Right in the comfy bed.

And I had a lovely right beside them nap on my comfy pillow. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Seven

Zita and I had a very nice walk this morning. Before we had to go to our work. In our office.

Because it was go to work Monday. 

Niamh had a sleep in because she does not go to work on Monday. Ha. That is nice.

Craig only had a bit of a sleep in.

My very far away friend Miss Gracie has to go to her hospital. 

For an operation. Oh goodness me.

Because they have to take away a way too sore toe. I had that operation too. 

So Craig sent her a picture of the keep my foot safe sock that Zita made. Just for me. 

So Miss Gracie can have one too. Ha.

Emmet did not have a sleep in. 

He was in the living room having his good morning tea when I went to work. 

He is still writing his very important story for his far very in Ireland university. 

One of our very very fast as could be lady swimmers was so fast that not even one person could catch her. 

So she got the very best medal. Ha. Good for her. 

Craig got up at lunchtime today.

But he did not get me some nice lunch. 

Because I was too fast asleep. On the nice and cool floor in the kitchen. Oh well. 

Emmet went for his lunchtime walk. But he was not gone very long.

Because it is another too sticky hot for nice all over walks. 

Niamh and Miss Tarryn went out to Mister IKEA’s store this afternoon. I do not know why. 

Zita had to talk with another person who wants to be a rascal lady. So we were very quiet this afternoon.

I helped Craig eat his very late lunch. I got a a tasty bit of sausage. Ha.

Then it was time for Zita and I to go for our before dinner walk. 

But we did not go to the little lake today.

Because it was still way too hot. Even at before dinnertime. Oh goodness me. 

We had a breakfast for dinner tonight. With lots of very tasty delicious bacon. 

After dinnertime I got some in my bowel. Ha. 

Bacon is very good for dogs. It is known. 

Maybe we will watch a detective program tonight. But not a long one.

Because we want to go to bed tonight at the right time. Ha. Good for us. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Six

Zita and Niamh told me it was a silly day today. I do not know why.

But Zita and I did not have a nice sleep in.

Maybe because I have a grumbly tummy. Maybe.

So we went for an early in the morning hello to everybody walk.

Then Zita and professor Jill went to visit the nice farmers. Up on the busy street.

There was no scones today. Oh dear.

But Zita found brand new from nearly here peaches. A big box of peaches. Ha.

Now we can have lots of  peaches pie. And even peaches right on top of ice cream. Ha. That is a tasty idea. 

Craig had a sleep in so he could watch our very fast lady swimmers. And they nearly won. 

Only one bunch of ladies were faster. My goodness me. 

I think they were very very happy. Ha. That is good.

Today was Emmet’s day to give his on the computer class to everybody everywhere. 

So I was a very quiet dog. 

And today we got some new used beautiful dishes. 

Because professor Jill had way too many. Zita was going to give them all away.

But Emmet and Niamh liked them too much. So now they are ours. 

And one very big plate looks just like a row all around boat. Ha. That is a silly plate. 

But then Zita and Niamh had to go outside.

And it was another too hot day.

But the nasty weeds snuck up on our band new plants in our other side yard. 

So they got the very big stab the weeds fork. And the big shovel too. Ha. 

So they took away all the nasty weeds. 

I do not know why the silly bunny does not just eat our nasty weeds. That would be a good idea. 

Then our friend Brenda came to visit us. And me too.

That was good. 

Because visitors are my favourite.

But we had not had so many visitors. Not even all the Mahoneys. 

Because of the do not get very sick rules. Too bad for us. 

And then everybody was in the living room so I had mind everybody. Ha. Good for me. 

When Brenda went home it was our dinnertime. Ha. That is always a good time.

We had lots of hotdogs. Cooked outside. And brand new corn. From our very nice farmers. 

But when dinnertime was all over there was lots and lots of very windy rain. 

And scary thunder too. And little bits of ice bouncing all over our garden. 

So I found Niamh to keep her company. Ha. Good for me.

When all the rain was gone we had ice cream. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Five

We did not have a sleep in today.

Because we went for a lovely little walk all around my own block.

The Zita and I had our together cornflakes. In our own different bowls. With milk on top. Ha. 

That is a good breakfast. 

Then I went in and had a little lie down beside Craig. 

He had a little sleep in because he did not have a nice long sleep. Only little bit of sleep. Oh dear me.

Then when he was wide awake and we had a very tasty toasty cinnamon bun.

Then he had his too much coffee with his old friends on the computer.

But Mister Tom was laying down on a comfy chair. With lots of pillows.

Because he fell off his too fast motorcycle and broke some of his ribs. Oh my goodness me. 

He had to go to the nasty food hospital. But they only gave him do not be too sore pills. 

Not a nice pink cast like they gave Craig. Too bad for him. Oh my goodness.

After lunchtime Craig had a nice nap so he could watch all the people try to be their very best. 

Some of them had very fast bicycles. And then there were very very fast swimmers too. My goodness.

So I stayed with him in the big bedroom. And had a very quiet nap. Right on my comfy duvet.

And then he got up and into his go fast chair. 

So he could find my early dinner. Ha. That was a good idea.

Doctor Susan was on my street with Miss Ashley’s very furry dog Mister Olley.

But he is a bit sick and has to take lots of pills.

Because a nasty little bug bit him. And he had to go to the hospital. 

But he did not see Mister Tom.

Maybe it was a different hospital. Maybe. 

It was a sticky hot day today. 

But Zita went outside anyway. 

To make a little stone wall. Like a castle. 

To keep the silly bunny rabbit away from our beautiful plants. 

Now everything will be the right place in our beautiful garden. 

But I did not go out. It was too hot. 

So I minded her from my other window. 

Emmet was very busy today. 

Because it was his day to talk to his friends in way far away Ireland. He always talks for a very long time.

And Niamh was way too busy at the beautiful clothes store. 

Because some people could not come to work. 

So she did not have so many helpers today. That is not so good. 

And soon she is going back to her nice university again. Oh my goodness. 

And Emmet is going back to his far away in Ireland university. Again. Oh dear. 

It was only Craig and Zita and Emmet and me for our together dinner. 

Because Niamh had to stay at her work until late tonight. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Four

Everybody had a very busy day today.

So everybody got up early. Except for Craig.

Because he had to stay in the big comfy bed so he could watch all the people in way way far away Japan.

Everybody in the whole world are going to have races to see who can be the fastest.

And they even have contests for shooting arrows. But only at big round targets. Not people. 

Zita and I went for a little nice walk. But it was only a little walk. Because it was very hot even before breakfast time. My goodness. 

Then Zita and Niamh went downtown to work. 

But Zita came back at lunchtime to help Craig put his pants on. 

Because they still do not bend so much. 

Because of the broken legs. Oh my goodness. 

As soon as Craig was in his go fast chair I ate my breakfast.

Because you cannot have your lunch if you don’t eat your breakfast. It is the rule. 

Then Zita went back downtown and I minded Craig and Emmet.

Miss Tarryn came to our house after lunchtime.

To bring back our other go fast chair. The old one. Not the new very fast one.

She borrowed it for her grandmother but then she went to heaven. 

You cannot take anything with you to heaven. Not even go fast chairs. 

Because you do not need them there. 

But you can have flying motorcycles like Uncle Bill’s. If you want one. 

Then Zita came home again to take Emmet downtown to get his brand new glasses. Ha. That is a good idea.

Sometimes I do not see up close so well as I used to. 

That is because I am Poppy Taylor. 

And all of us Taylors do not always see things so well. And need glasses. Too bad for us. 

But I still see far away as best as could be.

Because I get lots of exercise looking out my watching window. Ha. 

Watching is my favourite best job. 

When everybody was back home we asked Mister Tony to make us some very delicious pizzas.

Because we were so very busy all day that we decided not to have an own made dinner. Ha.

So his friend brought us some pizzas right away. I got pizza bits in my bowl. Ha. 

Then Craig and Emmet talked about castles. And Knights in long time ago Ireland. 

Emmet is even writing about them in his giant story.

And he found something that his own Professor John did not know. Ha. He was very happy.

Because Professor John knows everything about long long time ago Irish stories. 

But not about this. Ha. Good for my friend Emmet. 

Then Niamh went to visit Miss Lily and Emmet went to have a nice relax. 

So Craig and Zita watched the nice detective. But not for a long time.

Because everybody was tired and Craig was a bit too sore. Oh my goodness.

So he got me my tasty dessert and then we went to bed. Ha. 

Good for us.

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Three

Everybody got up early today.

Even Craig. Ha.

Because it is a very busy day today. 

I minded my friend Emmet when he was writing his story. 

And then Zita friend Mister Manuel came to my house. To give her some computers for some new rascal ladies. 

Then it was time for Zita to go to Craig’s mother’s sing happy birthday party.

With auntie Jane and Mister Paul too. Ha.

But you have to sing very loudly because she cannot hear so very well. Oh dear. 

Then Zita came back home but she had to go downtown to the other rascal ladies office right away.

With the computers.  I do not know why. Oh well.

Craig and Emmet and I had some of Mister IKEA’s tasty cinnamon sticky buns. For our lunchtime.

Those are Emmet’s favourite sticky buns, 

You cannot find Mister IKEA’s buns in Emmet’s way far away in Ireland university. 

And his university does not have even one of Mister Horton’s tasty donuts stores. Oh my goodness me. Too bad for them. 

Then auntie Jane came to visit and get a big box of Craig’s mother’s beautiful jewelry. And some just for flowers glasses. 

But her car has a very big trunk.

So she could take everything home with her. To Toronto. Ha. 

After she left I had a very nice nap. On the comfy the living room rug. 

So I could mind Craig at the same time. 

Emmet was very busy writing his story in the den. Where it is very very quiet.  Ha. 

He is playing his dragons game tonight.

Because it is dragons night Thursday. Ha.

We had fish and tasty as could be own made chips. I like chips too. 

Maybe we will watch the nice detective program tonight. Ha. That would be a good idea/ 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Two

Today is our do not go to work Wednesday.

So we did not go to work but we did not have a little sleep in.

Because today Niamh had to open up the beautiful clothes store.

So Zita and the go fast car took her downtown. 

Then Zita remembered that it was the clean the whole house until it was squeaky clean day. Oh dear me. 

And Zita found the scary noisy clean the floor machine.

So I went outside when she was making our house as spic and span as could be. Ha. 

But it was a very nice day today.

Because there was no scary thunder anymore. That was good. 

So I had a very nice outside nap. 

Craig got into the fast chair before our lunchtime so I did not get to help him eat his lunch.

Just his tasty breakfast. 

But when he was all up he found my lunch right away. And he put cornflakes right on top.

Lots of times I have my own bowl of cornflakes for breakfast with Zita or Niamh. That is a good idea.

Then Craig and I looked out my watching window and sometimes I had nice naps. 

I had to be a very quiet dog after lunchtime.

Because Emmet was busy with his in Cork friends. 

Yesterday he was very busy practicing with his very far away friend for their on the computer class. 

Because they are going to tell everybody all about one of the interesting stories that they wrote together.

This is the class where they have to be all dressed up in their important clothes. Oh my goodness me. 

It is good that Niamh gets all of Emmet’s dress up clothes. It is known.

This afternoon Zita went to the nice ladies store to get Craig’s mother a present.

Because tomorrow is her sing happy birthday day. 

Maybe she will remember this time. Maybe. 

She is very very very old and does not remember so very many things. 

She never remembers that I am a lady dog. Oh well. 

When my friend Niamh came back home she was very tired.

Because she was very busy again today. Oh dear. 

She is always too busy at the beautiful clothes store. 

I think she does not have enough helpers. Oh my goodness me. That is not alright. 

At dinnertime Auntie Jane came to our house to have a delicious altogether dinner with us.

We had little fat from nearly here sausages. 

Auntie Jane is going to Craig’s mother’s birthday party tomorrow with Zita. 

Maybe they will have a cake too. 

Niamh saw Auntie Jane at her beautiful clothes store this afternoon. 

And auntie Jane talked to Miss Sash too. Ha. That was a good idea.

After everybody was all finished dinner auntie Jane went back to her nice hotel. 

And then Craig and Zita and I watched the nice detective from England again. That is a good program.

Because it is not scary so I can have nice naps. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty One

We had a very quiet day today.

Everybody was very busy at their work.

Except for Craig.

Because had a nasty headache. So he just went to fast asleep until it was all gone.

And it was not all gone until it was after our lunchtime.

And then it was time for Zita to got to downtown to find Niamh. Before it was way too rainy. 

Because all afternoon it was as dark as could be outside. 

And just like that it was so rainy you could not even see our own pond. Oh dear me. 

And the rain bounced all over everywhere. Just like my bouncy ball. Oh my goodness me. 

That is not all right at all. 

And there was loud thunder too. Oh me goodness. 

So I went right away into our bathroom. Ha.

Because there are no windows in our bathroom.

So the scary thunder cannot find me when I am in there. That is a good bathroom. 

But I was very brave. Zita and Niamh came home and told me so. Ha. Good for me. 

Craig said maybe it was the scary thunder that made his nasty headache. Oh my goodness me. That is not so nice. 

So he stayed in the comfy bed and had a big rest. Until his headache was all gone away. 

And then it was our dinnertime.

So we had a bedroom dinnertime tonight. With all of us. And fat tortellinis too.

Then Niamh went to bed early because the silly weather made her too tired. 

And Emmet had more work to do. Because he is telling one of his stories to everybody. 

Right on the computer. But he has to all neat and tidy to be on everybody’s computer.

Then Craig and Zita watched their new detective program right in bed. On Craig’s flat computer. 

And I went to fast asleep.

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty

Zita and I went back to our work today.

Because it was back to work Monday. Oh well.

I only had time for a little sleep in with Craig before I went into our office to be Zita’s very best minder dog. 

Craig had a little sleep in but Emmet was all awake and writing his story just when I went to work.

So I could not help him with his breakfast.

But I helped Craig with his toasty warm scones. And I had some raspberries too.

Then Zita went to visit Craig’s mother again. At her little apartment.

Because now we have had all our do not get sick shots. That is good.

Niamh did not have to go to work today. So she did all her errands on the telephone. 

It is another sticky way hot day today.

You cannot go outside without a big hat. 

Or maybe your head will be all cooked. Oh dear. That would not be so good. 

And it is even hot in way far away Ireland. Ha. That is silly.

So Zita’s mother and father went to the little town right beside the ocean. 

Where all the fishermen live. 

Where it is not so hot.

For their little vacation. 

They always stay in the same house. 

So they will not get all lost and fall into the ocean by mistake. 

That would not be so good. 

Because dangerous sharks might try to catch them. Oh dear. 

That is why they stay in that house. Far away from the sharks. 

But not so far away from delicious restaurants. Ha.

Craig and Zita and Emmet and Niamh visited that town lots of time. 

But it was before I came to our house to be their very best minder dog.  So I could not go. Too bad for them.

Niamh and Miss Tarryn went for a ride on their bicycles. I do not know where. Oh well.

We have lots of beautiful new plants in our garden now. 

And we have even more holes to dig. For even more plants. Ha. 

Maybe next time I can be a helper digger. Maybe. I am a very good digger. 

But sometimes I make very messy holes. And even sometimes in the wrong places. Oh well. 

After Craig got me my tasty lunch I minded Craig and Emmet in the living room. 

Right in front of the hole were all the lovely cool air comes from. I had a bit of a nice nap too. Ha. 

This afternoon a present man brought Craig a present. And it was from Craig. Ha. That is silly.

It was a toy just for him. Ha.

And it was a very big balloon aeroplane  And it has canons. And knights too. 

It is a very fierce balloon. Ha. 

Just before dinnertime Zita and doctor Susan went in Susan’s nearly a truck downtown to the rascal ladies old office. 

To get a desk. I do not know why. 

When Niamh and Miss Tarryn came back to our house they made pizzas for our dinner. All by themselves.

They were lots of cheese pizzas. That was a good idea. Everybody knows that I like pizzas too. Good for me. 

Maybe we will a new detective program tonight. Maybe. 

Last night we had ice cream. 

But the detective program was not so interesting. Oh well. Maybe tonight. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Nine

Today was sleep in Sunday. But we only had a little sleep in.

Because we had to go on our lovely walk before Zita went to visit all the nice farmers. Up on the busy street.

I stayed here to mind everybody else.

They were all fast asleep except for Craig. He had to watch the fast cars go round and round.

But today they crashed and a whole tire went up into the air. Oh my goodness. 

And it was very hot there. Just like here. Oh my goodness. 

When Zita came home she had Scotsman’s scones and a giant box of raspberries. 

Craig gave me some before he got into the go fast chair.

He had a fat scone.

But I did not get any because I was way too busy helping Zita in the side yard. 

Then I had to watch everything right from my watching window.

Because Zita and Niamh were very very busy in our front yard. Making it even more beautiful.

Miss Bruna had extra beautiful plants so she gave some to us. Ha. That was nice.

But then Niamh and Zita had to dig a big hole in the ground for the new plants.

And they had to get the keep nasty weeds away dirt. 

And put it on the ground all around the brand new plants. And water them too. 

We were very very busy.

Craig was not so very busy. He was just writing my for today story.

Emmet went for a walk. But just to our pond park. 

Because it was very hot and sticky outside. 

So he took his cold drink and listened to his telephone. 

But it was so hot outside that Niamh had an outside cold shower. 

From the garden hose. Oh my goodness. 

Then she was not so very hot. 

So she gave Zita one too. That was nice.

And then they were all soggy cool as could be. Ha.

So they dug another very big hole for our new very tall pointy plant. 

They were very busy today. 

But now we have even more lots of very beautiful plants all in our front yard. That is good. 

Then I was very tired from minding everything. 

So when Emmet came back home I had a lovely nap. In our cool house. 

It is always good to have naps after you have been very busy. 

Then you will be all ready for you dinnertime. Ha. 

Zita and Niamh found our very comfy outside bed. That is good.

So Niamh had a nice outside nap. 

So she would be all ready for dinnertime too. Just like me. 

We had very delicious cooked outside on our outside stove steaks for our dinner. And flat potatoes too. 

Stakes are my favourite too. Ha. 

So that was a good idea.

Zita’s mother and father talked to Emmet before dinner. They are going on a little vacation tomorrow. 

To somewhere else in far away Ireland. To have delicious dinners. And maybe a sleep in. Maybe. 

We watched the lady detective last. All of it.

So now we have to find a brand new program.

Mister Tom brought us brand new programs. Maybe we will watch them. Maybe.

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Eight

Zita and I have a sleep in this morning. That was a good idea.

After we had our breakfast Zita and doctor Susan took baby Dylan to the other park. And then to the store for brand new toys.

I got up on the bed too make sure Craig was being very careful with his not so very broken leg. Ha. Good for me.

Then Niamh was all awake and went to a market on her very old fast bicycle. 

Right downtown. 

Before she went to the beautiful clothes store. 

Craig talked to his old friends on the computer. 

Maybe next week they will have their coffees in their own place in our park. Maybe.

Then Craig got right up and got into his go fast chair. Ha. That was a nice idea.

So I got an extra breakfast today. 

Because I always get my food when he gets up. That is a good rule. 

This morning my friend Emmet was busy talking to Ireland on his computer. For a very long time. 

And yesterday the nice man found him another aeroplane that can fly back to Ireland and not get lost. Ha. 

Just like the one that brought him home. 

It is the do not get lost kind of aeroplane. That is the very best kind. It is known. 

He is going back to his little apartment in Cork. To live with his three friends. 

And to maybe finish his giant story. Maybe. 

This afternoon Zita went to the grocery store to get more tasty food. 

And Emmet went for his afternoon walk. He went to Mister Horton’s to get a treat. Ha. That is a long walk. 

But it is not so hot today. 

Tonight it is Emmet’s turn to make our dinner. He is practicing making very delicious omelettes. 

And own made chips too. Ha. 

So now he can make perfect delicious omelettes when he is back in his little apartment. 

And surprise his friends. They are not such good cookers. Ha. 

But I stayed here to mind Craig. And to have a nice after lunch nap.

It is very hot today in way far away Ireland. Oh my goodness. That is not all right. 

Everybody is going to be as red as tomatoes. Oh my goodness. 

Maybe even all our cousins. Oh dear.  Too bad for them. 

When Zita was back home we had lots and lots of food. So we will not starve all away. That is good. 

Niamh will not be here tonight for Emmet’s delicious omelettes. 

Because she is working until late again. Oh well.

Before our dinner Zita went outside and watered all our beautiful plants. And dug up some nasty weeds. With her giant fork. 

Our plants do not like to be too thirsty. Just like me.

But I am not a plant. 

Because I am way too fast to be a plant. Ha. Good for me. 

A lady gave Zita a very nice especially for gardening bag. For free. That was very nice.

The nice doctor who shot Craig and Zita is going to borrow our lovely tent again.

Because tomorrow she is going to shoot even more people so they will not get sick and die. 

Right outside. On her own street. Ha. 

Last night we watched the lady detective. Right in the big bed. On Craig’s flat computer. Ha. 

I did not know we could do that. My goodness me. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Eight

Zita and I got up very early this morning. 

So we could have a good morning walk before it was too hot again.

But Niamh and her very fast bicycle went to downtown anyway. Oh well.  

Then Zita started her work early. So I got right up on the big comfy bed. Even without my steps.

And I had a very nice long nap. Right on top of my friend Craig. He did not mind. 

Because he was nearly just fast asleep. 

But then I had to go and be Zita’s very best assistant. 

So I went into our own nice office.

Then Craig got into the go fast chair. 

Before our lunchtime.

Because he had to go to have more inside of his legs pictures made. 

At the nasty food hospital. Oh my goodness me.

But the ambulance people did not have to come to our house today. 

Only a nice man with his nearly a truck. It had a giant trunk. 

And the go fast chair went right inside. And with Craig in it too. 

And I did not like that at all. So I was a too much barking dog. 

My family should just stay here. With me. So I can mind them. 

But Craig’s nice Doctor said he did not have to have the not very comfy cast on his leg anymore. 

He just has to be careful. 

I will help him be very careful. That is a good job for me. 

And when Craig and Zita came home. He had two very little chocolate croissants. 

I had a bit without any chocolate. That was a good idea.

And Zita and I went for a little walk. 

Because I was very excited that Craig came back home. The hospital did not keep him this time. 

So Zita and I went for a little walk to celebrate. Ha. Good for us. 

Soon he will be all right all the time again. That is good. 

I did not like looking out my watching window when he was just in his broken legs bed. It is known.  

When we got home Zita and her go fast car went to get more stop the weeds dirt. For our beautiful garden. 

So I stayed here to mind Emmet and Craig. And to have a nice nap. Right in the very cool kitchen. 

Then my friend Craig went the big comfy bed before dinnertime.

Because going to the nasty food hospital always makes you too tired. And a little bit too sore. Oh dear me.

I am always very tired when I come back from visiting nice Doctor Waller. Just like Craig. 

So tonight we had our cooked outside ownmade  hamburgers in the big bedroom.

Miss Tarryn came to visit us on her bicycle so she had her dinner with us too. Ha.

Hamburgers are very good for dogs. 

But not with pickles on top. Oh dear. Pickles are not so very delicious.

Oh well. 

Day Three Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Seven

Everybody had a very nice sleep last night.

But Niamh had a very early in the morning meeting. Then she went back to fast asleep. 

Zita and I had our good morning breakfast in the living room. In front of the watching window.

It was another too sticky hot day today. Even in the morning. Too bad for us.

Then Zita and I were very busy with rascal ladies work all morning. 

But when Craig was wide awake I helped home with our chewy toasts. 

At lunchtime Zita drove Niamh to her downtown work. 

It was way too hot to drive her very fast old bicycle. My goodness me. 

But Niamh put her bicycle right into the trunk of the go fast car.

So she could ride it all the way back home. When her work is all finished. Oh goodness me.

So I just stayed in our cool house. 

So I could mind my friend Emmet while he was writing his very interesting story. For his far away university. 

Today it Niamh’s favourite day. 

Because it is the eat lots and lots of ice cream day. For everyone. 

Not just for Niamh and Craig. Ha. That is a good day. 

Ice cream is very good for you when it is way too sticky hot outside. It is true. Niamh told me so. 

Craig got into his go fast chair early today. 

So I reminded him that I alway get my dinner when he gets up.

Even if it is an early get up. Ha. Good for me. 

So he got me my tasty dinner before dinnertime. That was a good idea. 

We had lots of tasty tortellinis for our dinner.

But it was only Craig and Zita.

Because it was Emmet’s dragons game night tonight. Oh well.

He had his own tasty tortellinis downstairs in his very big bedroom. 

With his from just here friends all on their own computers. 

Maybe tonight we will watch the lady detective who has her own restaurant. 

Beside the very big scary ocean. Oh well.

I will have a nice sleep on my comfy den pillow. Now I have two pillows. Ha. Good for me.
