Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fourteen

I did not have a very nice sleep last night.

In the middle of the night I just slipped and fell right off our comfy bed. But I was not hurt.

Zita got right up to make sure I was all right.

Because we are best friends. 

But then I went outside to my side yard and had a sick tummy.  

In the middle of the night. Oh dear. Too bad for me.

And this morning I did not want to eat my breakfast.

Zita said that the turkey on top was too old. Oh dear.

She said that is why I had a sick tummy last night. Oh dear. Too bad for me.

She put all the turkey in the garbage. Right away. 

And then I got a brand new lunch. Which tasty cheese on top instead. 

And Craig shared the muffins that Zita made yesterday. 

He put very delicious jam on them too. Ha. Good for us. 

Then I had a long nap. 

You always have long naps when you have a sick tummy. It is our own good rule. 

This afternoon Zita and the black car took Niamh to Miss Anna’s apartment.

Because they have a brand new cooking club. Right on their computers. Ha.

So everybody is going to make very special delicious cookies all together. 

Right on their computers. Together. That is a good idea. 

Now you have to only be on your computers to have an altogether club. 

Because of the do not get all sick and maybe just die rules. 

Maybe she will bring some cookies home maybe.

Or maybe Niamh and Miss Anna and Miss Tarryn will eat them all by themselves. Oh dear.

Maybe they will have sick tummies too. Oh dear me. 

It is still very cold outside. It was too cold to play with my big blue ball. 

My new ball is not a bit red. It is just all blue. 

But it is not so easy to chew as my red ball. That is not so much fun. 

This afternoon Zita was making an own made very very delicious cake. 

And she was talking to way far away in Ireland auntie Eileen at the very same time.

So I stayed on my comfy rug right there in the kitchen to help her. 

It is always good to have a good helper when you are very busy. 

I still have to wear my T-shirt but it is very comfy. And it has a fierce giant wolf on it. Ha. 

That is a good T-shirt.

Craig said I could have it. Forever. Ha. 

Maybe I will get some more. Just like Craig. Ha. 

That is a good idea. 

For my dinnertime I got chicken and cheese treats on top. Ha.

When I was having my dinner Zita went and brought Niamh back home to our toasty warm house. 

That was a good idea. 

Then Zita made our very tasty together dinner. I was a big help.

So I got some green beans just for me.

Green beans are my favourite. Because they are very crunchy. 

We had delicious ham and lots of green beans for our dinner. Good for us.

Then we watched the new detective program. 

Maybe we will go to bed early tonight. 

Maybe I will not fall off our bed tonight. That is a good idea. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Thirteen

I had a nice sleep in with my friend Craig today. 

I did not get up with Zita. I stayed in the big comfy bed so I could keep Craig toasty warm.

Because it is still very cold outside today.

But it was not such a long sleep in.

Because it is Craig’s Saturday have cookies and coffee with his old friends. 

On his old flat computer right in the den. 

He brought in way too many cookies so I had to help him eat them all. Ha. That was an easy job.  

I saw everybody right on the computer. I do not think they had cookies. Too bad for them.

Today is the special everybody should eat lots of croissants day. 

But we did not have one croissant. Not even a very little one. 

Because Craig ate them all a while ago. Oh dear. Too bad for me.

Croissants are my favourite. 

This morning I minded Zita when she talked to her parents in way far away Dublin. 

And I had my breakfast too. Lots of times I get turkey bits right on top. Ha.

I will talk to Mister Saint Newton tonight so he can tell Uncle Bill. 

Uncle Bill will be very happy for me. It is known. 

Maybe it is one of his hiding all the time turkeys. Maybe. 

At lunchtime we went for our good afternoon walk. And we found professor Jill too. Ha.

It is not so cold if you only walk where the sunshine is. 

But if you go around a corner it is way too cold. And just all of a sudden you are nearly just a frozen icicle. 

After we got back from our walk Zita and the go fast car went downtown.

So they could find my friend Niamh. And bring her home.

She did not walk home today.

Because when she got home last night her toes were as cold as could be. Oh dear. That is not very nice.

That is why I have to wear my boots. So I do not have as cold as can be toes. 

Because I do not have so many toes anymore I have to wear my toasty warm boots lots of times. Oh well.

When I was looking out my watching window there were lots and lots of little children sliding down into my empty pond.

Even in the very very cold. That is silly. 

Now they will have cold as can be toes. 

And the lady on the television said that tonight is going to be the very coldest night. Oh dear me.

So Zita told me that we are not going out again today. 

Because we are not so silly. Ha. That is true. 

I only had to mind Craig and Zita for our dinnertime tonight.

They had little pies for dinner. 

Not big apple pies or peaches pies. They had little chicken pies. One each. Ha.

Sometimes I get the crunchy bits. 

Niamh did not have dinner her tonight. She went to Miss Anna’s to watch a movie.

But Zita drove her.

Because of the way too cold. 

We are going to watch more of the far away in London detectives tonight. 

Right in our comfy warm den. Ha. 

Last night when we watched the detectives Craig had lots of ice cream. 

And then I licked the bowl as clean as could be. Ha. That was an easy job. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Twelve

It was so cold this morning I did not even get out of bed when Zita got up.

Zita and I were a bit tired.

Because in the middle of the night the very very noisy take away all the snow machines came here.

And they took away all the snow from the beside us street. 

But they were so loud that Zita and I could not go to sleep. 

I even barked at them very fiercely but they could not hear me. 

So they were not even a bit scared of me. 

And I even had my very best fierce as a wolf T-shirt on too. Too bad for us. 

Then we went back to sleep. But it took us a long time. Oh dear me. 

So I even stayed right in the big comfy warm bed when Zita took Niamh to downtown. Ha.

Only when Craig was all awake did I get all awake too. Ha. Good for us.

Last night Niamh and Miss Tarryn made delicious cookies.

So Craig and I had two of them for our own breakfast. Ha. That was a tasty good idea.

When I went outside I did not even stay to play with my big ball. 

Because it was way too cold. Oh dear. 

When Zita came home Craig made two fluffy coffees. And he had a fluffy coffee too. Ha. 

Then I went into the rascal ladies office to be Zita’s very best helper. 

This afternoon the present man brought Niamh some books for her university.

But it was not nice Mister Mohammad. 

And that man took them to the wrong house. Oh dear me. 

But we saw them in a picture they sent us. 

And it was not even our house. Oh dear. 

So Zita ran across the other street and brought them to our house. Good for us. 

So they did not get lost at all. Niamh was very happy.

Because they were important books for her university. 

Niamh did not even want a nice ride home this afternoon. 

She walked all the way home. 

Even in the very cold. Oh dear me.

So Zita and I went for our walk before it was all dark outside.

But we got dressed up in our very comfy warm clothes. Even our warmest boots too. Ha. 

Because nobody wants to have all frozen just like ice feet. It is known. 

We found Professor Jill and we gave her the very good program about the nice just for animals Doctors. 

So she can watch it with the little dogs. Ha. That was a good idea.

Miss Tarryn came to our house with Niamh this evening. 

I think she is going to have dinner here.

We had the very big all covered in melted delicious cheese chips for our dinner. 

Then Craig and Zita and l will watch the from far away in England detectives.

Maybe I will have a nice nap. Maybe. 

But Niamh and Miss Tarryn had their dinnertime downstairs.

So they could watch a new movie on the old big television. Too bad for them.

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Eleven

We did not have even a very little sleep in today. Not even one person. Oh well.

Craig and I had a full of jam delicious not a donut for our breakfast.

But Craig was up so early today that he had to wait to make Zita’s fluffy coffee. 

Because she already had her own coffee already. Oh well. 

So Craig and I looked out the window at all the people. And the very noisy move the snow machines. 

Sometimes they go right on my own sidewalk. Oh dear. I do not like that at all.

It is very very cold so everybody had all their warm as can be clothes on. Even all the nice dogs too. 

When Craig made Zita’s fluffy coffee he made us a toast too. Ha. That was a good idea. 

Then I had a nap beside Craig.

Mister Tom came to our house before lunchtime. 

He gave us some brand new programs for our after dinner television time. 

Then it was time for me to take Zita on our lunchtime walk.

But we had to get all dressed up. Just like everybody else. 

Because of the way too much cold. I even had to wear my boots too. Oh well. 

The men put their signs in the too much snow. 

That means the very scary giant snow gobbling up machines will be coming on my street.

And their giant noisy trucks too. Oh dear me. I do not like that at all. 

After lunchtime Zita and Niamh had important meetings. On their computers. 

And I had to be a very quiet dog. 

So I went to fast asleep. 

It is not so hard to be very quiet when you are all asleep. 

Miss Tarryn came to visit us. And she brought us an own made cake. Ha.

And then Kathy came to visit me. And see our brand new living room. 

I brought her my very favourite Kong. Ha. 

Because she is my friend. 

And she brought us a giant just for pastas cheese. And some new tortellinis too. That was a good visit.

But then she had to go back the beautiful cottage.

Because of the do not get sick rules. Oh well. 

So I went back to sleep. 

I was so fast asleep that Zita was all finished her rascal ladies work when I woke up. Oh dear me. 

It was nearly dark outside but we went for our before dinner walk anyway.

Because we are very brave when we are together. Ha.

We had a together dinner tonight and with Miss Tarryn too. 

We had tasty chicken. 

And everybody rolled it all up with cheese and lots of cooked vegetables. That is a good dinner.

Then we watched our detective program before we went to fast asleep. In our comfy bed. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Ten

I had a grumbly tummy last night. In the middle of the night. Oh dear.

And Zita had to get me some tasty food. But then she could not go back to fast asleep. Oh dear me.

And when we looked out our window there was nobody there at all.

But there was even more snow. Oh dear. 

So after Zita woke up she had to move the snow off the go fast car before she could take Niamh to her work. Oh dear.

So I kept Craig company on the comfy bed until Zita came home.

We had out together toasts today. Then Zita went to the grocery store.

Before it was all full of people.

I stayed here to mind Craig. 

And we saw a very big truck full of bits of trees get all stuck right on my corner. 

Because of all the too much snow. 

When Zita came home she went right outside and was very busy moving all our way too much snow.

I had to stay inside and mind Craig. So he would not get in trouble. Too bad for me.

For our together lunchtime Craig and I had a donut. But it did not even have a hole in the middle. 

Because it was all full up with raspberry jam instead. Ha. That was a good donut. 

And when I went outside to find my big ball I could not find it. 

And I got all covered in snow and then I had to stay in the kitchen. 

Because I was all soggy. Oh dear. Too bad for me. 

Zita puts all our too much snow into the big sliding box and takes it to our corner. So it is not in my side yard. 

And when Zita was all finished moving the too much snow away I found my big ball. 

It did not get all lost. That was good. 

It was a very sunshiny day today. And the lots of snow makes everything very very bright. 

It is better when it is all bright outside. Even with the too much snow.. 

Zita moved the black go fast car car so she could take all the snow off the silver little car. Ha. 

That was a good idea.

Craig was very happy that the silver little car was not covered up to the top with too much snow anymore.  Me too. 

After having a nice rest with me Zita and the go fast car went to downtown to find my friend Niamh.

And Niamh came home she made a very special delicious special dinner for us tonight.

Because she has been reading the how to be a famous cook from France book. 

It is full up with very delicious dinnertimes. That is a good book. 

We had a cauliflower all hidden under a very tasty full of delicious cheese sauce. Ha. 

I got some too. 

Then we watched only a little bit of the detective program before Craig had a squeaky clean shower. 

So he would not be too smelly. Ha.   

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Nine

Only Craig had a sleep in today. And it was only a very little sleep in. Oh well.

A nice man came to look at the take the water away pipes. 

Because they put white ones right on the other side of my house. By mistake. 

Because they promised to put the nice red ones on. Like our old ones. Oh dear.

So they are going to come back and put the right ones on. Ha. That is good.

Craig and I had our toasts before I went to my own office to help Zita. 

I was a big help until lunchtime then Zita and I went for our lovely walk all around our neighbourhood. 

It was not so very cold today. 

But we got all dressed up as warm as toasts anyway. 

So I had to have my green rubber boots on. Oh well.

But when I got home I had a very tasty lunch. Then I had my lunchtime nap. 

So I had a very nice quiet afternoon. Ha. Good for me. 

But my friend Niamh was very busy today with her university courses all day. 

She did not have a nice quiet day like me. Too bad for her.

Before our dinner Zita and the go fast went to get her brand new see everything all the time glasses. Ha. 

Then she went to the downtown rascal ladies office to do some important rascal ladies things. 

I stayed here and looked out my watching window at everybody sliding into the empty pond. 

That is an easy job. 

We Zita came back home we had a breakfast for our dinnertime.

With lots of very tasty bacon. From our friends the farmers. 

And real pancakes. Not the pretend from France pancakes. That was a good idea.

So we had a delicious together dinner. 

Sometimes I get pancake bits too. Pancakes are my favourite too. 

After dinnertime Niamh’s head was too full up with words from her brand new story.

So she went downstairs to shoot everybody dead. On her just for games computer. Ha. 

You cannot have too many words in your head and shoot everybody dead. It is known. 

We have to find a new detective program for tonight.

Because we watched every one of the funny lady detective’s program. Oh well.

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Eight

I did not have a big sleep in today.

Because Zita got up very very early to do some rascal ladies work. 

I got up too. But it was only on the computer work. 

I am not such a big help on the computer. Oh well.

So I went back to bed right beside Craig while he listened to his very long book. Ha.

And because I was fast asleep I missed my own breakfast. Oh dear. Too bad for me. 

When Craig was all wide awake we had a long cheesie bun for our nearly lunchtime.

Then Zita came in to the living room. 

Because the other computer just forgot all her important work. Oh dear me. Too bad for her. 

And she had to start it all again. Right from the beginning all over again. Oh dear me.

So she went for an all over the neighbourhood run. 

So she would not be too unhappy. Oh dear me. 

Today is a famous Scotsman’s day. He wrote lots and lots of very famous poems. 

Even one all about his very best friend Mister Luath the dog. 

He was so very sad when Mister Luath went all the way to Heaven he wrote a beautiful poem about him. 

So everybody would remember his friend forever. That is a good idea for a poem.

They even have a very beautiful big statue of Mister Luath and his best friend Mister Burns too. Ha.

But we did not have to have any Scotsman’s food for our dinnertime. 

Or listen to too loud bagpipe music. Ha. That is a good idea.

Because Craig is only a pretend sometimes Scotsman. That is good.

Only our Colonel Dugal and his own nephews are real Scotsmen. 

But they were too busy reading Mister Burns’s poems to each other. 

And drinking the very old Scotsman’s whiskey.

Dugal gave it to Zita for her Merry Christmas time present. 

It is his favourite. Zita’s too. 

So Zita shares it with Colonel Dugal. Because he is very old and famous. 

I had a nice quiet day all day.

Because I was very busy yesterday moving everything everywhere. 

So I was a bit tired all day. 

Niamh was very busy. Writing a brand new story for her nice university. 

Then she had a squeaky clean shower so she would not be all smelly. That is a good idea. 

Sometimes I am a just a little bit smelly. 

So then I have a clean as can be bath. 

Then I smell just like a beautiful flower. Ha. Good for me. 

We are having a cooked all day long dinner tonight. 

Those dinners make the kitchen smell delicious for the whole day. Ha. That is a good idea. 

So I only had my nice naps in the kitchen today. On my comfy rug. Ha. That is a good rug. 

Then Zita woke me all up so we could get all dressed and go find Professor Jill. 

It was still too cold to play with my big red ball. Oh well. 

After our early together dinner Zita drove Niamh to Miss Anna’s apartment.

Then we watched the funny lady detective. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Seven

We did not have a big sleep in today. We only had a little sleep in.

Then everybody was all awake. Except for Miss Tarryn. 

She slept in the basement last night. 

Because it was way too cold to walk back to her apartment.

This morning Niamh was reading her new book all about delicious cooking. 

She was looking for a very very tasty treat to make for us. 

And I was looking out the watching window. 

So I could make sure everything was just as right as can be. 

It was still very cold outside. 

Yesterday I tried to play with my new big ball. 

But it was all frozen up and it would not even bounce one time. Oh dear. Too bad for me. 

So I just stayed in the house and had a lovely nap right where the sunshine came into my house.

Then Zita had to go to the grocery store. 

So we will not starve to death. That is a good idea.

After lunchtime Zita and Niamh and I and Miss Tarryn looked at some books.

And then they moved everything in the living room all around. 

Even all the furniture. And my comfy rug too. Oh dear me. 

And they moved it all again. To other different places. 

And they found even more furniture in the basement. 

And chairs too. Oh dear. 

Then everything was all just different. 

Even Colonel Dugal got a new place to live. 

And so did his very old friend Mister Rhome Clay the very fierce Dragon. 

Now he can look out my watching window too. Ha. 

Some day we are even going to change all the colours in our living room too. 

Maybe even the comfy chairs too. Oh my goodness. 

So it will be even more beautiful. That is a good idea.

It is nice to live where everything is as beautiful as can be. 

Then when everything stayed still Zita and I went for our before dinner walk. 

Because it was very cold outside we had to get all dressed up.

So we would not turn into just two icicles. Ha.

Tonight we had a together dinner with Miss Tarryn too.

We had fat round pastas. With lots of tasty bacon right on top. 

Then Craig and Zita and I went into the den. 

So we could watch some more of the funny lady detective. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Six

We could not have any nice sleep ins today.

Because it is our busy all day Saturday. Oh well.

Niamh was up very early this morning. 

So she could go to her class on the television. And start writing another story for her university.

Then Craig went to have his coffee on the computer with his old friends. 

And Zita and the go fast car took Niamh to her work.

It is very cold outside today. When I came in I had icicles on my face. Oh dear me. 

That is not so very pretty. Oh well. 

And today is our make the house spic and span day. Oh well.

When you make the house all clean as can be you have to use the noisy machine. 

It just eats up all the dirt on the floors and then we throw it in the garbage. But it is too noisy.

So I went into the bed room so it would not catch me. 

And then I had a nap. Ha. Good for me.

The noisy machine cannot catch you when you are fast asleep. It is a rule. 

When Zita was all finished we went for our together in the afternoon walk. 

But we had to get dressed up in our warmest clothes before we went outside. 

Because it is very cold outside. But it is a full of sunshine day. 

When it is way too cold it is always very sunny. I do not know why. Oh well.

When I got home I put on my T-shirt back on. 

I get a new clean T-shirt every day. Just like Craig. Ha. Good for me.

Today I wore my very scary wolf T-shirt. Ha. That is a good T-shirt.

I have to wear a T-shirt until my fur grows all back again. So I will not get too cold. 

If you get way too cold things will just fall off. Even maybe your nose. Oh dear me. 

When I looked out my watching window I saw lots of children sliding all over.

Right into the empty pond. Even in the way way cold. That is silly. 

Maybe all their noses will fall right off. Too bad for them. 

We had an very early dinner tonight. 

We had cooked outside delicious hamburgers. With cheese on top. 

Then Zita and Niamh found Miss Tarryn’s at her apartment. So she could come to our house.

Then Niamh and Miss Tarryn could watch a movie on the big television in the basement. 

And maybe eat treats together. 

Craig and Zita and I are going to watch the funny lady detective tonight. 

That is a good program. It is not even a bit scary. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Five

I had a grumbly tummy this morning.

So Zita gave me some very delicious chicken and then we had our good morning toasts.

When Niamh was all awake Zita and the go fast car took her to her beautiful clothes store.

And I went in to the big bedroom so I could keep Craig company. 

But I went to fast asleep right beside him. For a long time.

So we had a together big sleep in today. Ha. 

When Craig got all awake I went to our rascal ladies office so I could be Zita’s best helper.

But then after Craig make Zita’s favourite fluffy coffee he made two toasts. 

But two toasts was too much for Craig so I had to help him. Ha.

Then it was time for Zita’s run all around the neighbourhood so I had a lovely lunch. 

Then I went outside to play with my big ball. 

But then I was all covered in snow so I had to wait in the kitchen until I was all dry as could be. 

And Zita was there too.

Because she had to make her own lovely lunch. 

So then we went to our office so I could be a big help. 

I got some tasty treats too. That was a good lunchtime. 

But then Zita was very busy with the noisy print everything machine. 

So I had another nice nap on the big comfy bed. Good for me. 

But I was all awake for our together dinner.

But Niamh had to go right back downstairs to finish her important university story. 

So we went to the den so we could watch our detective program. And I could have a nice nap. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Four

I had my very own nice sleep in today. 

Even after everybody was all dressed. Ha. Good for me.

When Craig made his toasty muffins I came in to help him. 

And we looked out my watching window and there was even more too much snow. 

All over everywhere again. Oh dear. Too bad for us. 

Even the go fast car was all covered up. Oh dear.

So I went into our rascal ladies office and had a nice nap right beside Zita. Ha.

That was a good morning for me. 

At lunchtime Zita went outside to shovel away lots of the too much snow. 

I had to wait inside. I am not such a big help moving lots of snow. 

Sometimes I even get a bit in the way. Oh dear me.

But when Zita was finished I took her for a lovely lunchtime all around walk.

We put on our very warm clothes before we went outside. 

Because it was a very cold day today.

But we went outside anyway. 

Because when you are working a lot your head gets all full up. Right to the top. 

So you need to go on nice walks.

That is when you can forget everything you do not need to know anymore. Ha.  That is a good idea. 

Whenever I wake up I just shake my head. So everything I know goes into the right places. 

Sometimes when you are way fast asleep what you know gets just a little bit lost. 

So then you just stretch your back and shake you head and everything is all back in the right places. 

I do not think people can do this. Too bad for them. 

Craig’s mother should shake her head lots and lots of time. 

Because she forgets nearly everything. She always thinks that I am a boy dog. 

But I am always a beautiful lady dog. Oh dear me. Too bad for her.

I had a very quiet afternoon today.

Because Niamh had a remember everything exam for one of her brand new classes. 

So I had to be very quiet. 

That is not so very easy when the noisy push away the snow machines are on my sidewalk. Oh dear me. 

We will have a delicious used food dinner tonight. But only Craig and Zita will be here.

Because Niamh went to Miss Anna’s apartment to be a big help. That was nice. 

Miss Anna can still only just hop everywhere. 

Because of her broken up foot. Oh dear. 

Last night we had peas. With our for the shepherds pie. Zita always gives me some peas.

Because peas are my favourite. Ha. 

Maybe we will the the silly lady detective tonight. 

Maybe we will have some delicious peaches dessert. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Three

Today is our Wednesday do not go to work day. 

But Zita and I only had a very little sleep in.

Because she had to talk to people on her telephone.

And she took Niamh to the beautiful clothes store. 

Because it is way too cold to walk to way downtown. Oh dear. 

But Craig stayed in the comfy big bed so he could watch the brand new rascals.

On the television. 

So when Zita came home we went to help him watch. Right on the big comfy bed. I had a little nap.

Craig said the new rascal is a much better rascal. 

The old rascal was not even a bit nice. 

And he did not even have a dog. Oh dear me. That is not all right.

The new rascal has two big dogs. Ha.

And one of his dogs is new because it did not have a nice home. 

So the nice rascal man took him to his own house.

So now he has his own family to take care of. 

And he has another dog to be his friend. 

And show him how to be a very good minder dog. Just like me. 

That is just very right. 

When Craig was all dressed we had Scotsman’s scones for our together nearly lunch. 

And then Craig talked on the telephone to someone who was not such a good listener. Oh dear.

So I stayed in the den with him. In case I needed to be his very fierce growling friend. Ha.

So then we had our lunchtime. I got turkey treats on my lunch. 

And after lunchtime Zita and I put on all our warm as could be clothes.

So we could go on our long walk. In the very bright sunshine. And not just get frozen up like icicles. Ha.

And we found Profesor Jill too. 

When we got home it was time for Zita and the go fast car to find my friend Niamh. That was good. 

The go fast car is always toasty warm in the winter time. 

When Zita and Niamh came home it was time for Niamh’s university work. Oh dear me. 

She is always very busy. She should have more nice naps. Just like me.

We had very tasty shepherds pie for our dinner. 

But it is not really a pie. It is just lots of tasty meat with potatoes right on top. 

Shepherds are way too busy finding all their silly sheep. 

So they do not have the time to make a delicious pie full of peaches or apples. Oh well. Too bad for them.

Zita even made us a tasty peach dessert with oatmeal right on the top. 

Maybe we will put ice cream on top.

Maybe when we will watch the funny lady detective tonight.

Not even one person had a sleep in today. Except me.

I had my own sleep right on the big comfy bed.

 Until Zita made some toasts. Then I was wide awake.

After our toasts I helped Zita with our rascal ladies work right in our own office.

Then I helped Craig eat some good morning cookies. Ha.

A nice lady brought a book right to our front door for Niamh.

It was a book that shows you how to cook just like you were in far away France. Ha.

All the nice Bouvier dogs were from France too. But only a long time ago. 

Maybe Niamh will make lots and lots of very tasty from France food. 

Maybe we will have lovely giant croissants all the time. Maybe. 

At lunchtime Zita and I got all dressed up in all our keep you toasty warm clothes.

So we could go for our walk. And not be all frozen up like icicles. 

It is very cold outside today. But we went for a very long all over walk anyway.

Because we had our warmest clothes on. Ha. Good for us. 

But I did not help Craig eat his lunch today.

Because I was just as fast asleep as could be. Ha.

Going for long walks in the so much cold makes everybody a bit too tired. 

Zita talked to her mother and her father on the telephone this afternoon. 

So she could tell them that her elbow did not fall right off. And is not even so fat. Ha.

We had sausages and green beans for our together dinner. I got some green been. 

Even before dinnertime. Ha. Green beans are my favourite.

Then we went into the den so we could watch a brand new lady detective. I had a very nice nap. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and One

Only Craig had a nice sleep in today.

Everybody else was way too busy. Me too.

Zita and I only worked for a little while this morning.

Because she had to go and get brand new see everything better glasses. Ha. 

When Craig was all wide awake he made a too much coffee and we had Scotsman’s cookies for our breakfast.

And Niamh was very busy going to her brand new class on the television. 

We did not play catch the ball today.

Because our side yard is too slippy. 

This morning Zita even fell right down on her elbow. 

And now she has to put a big bag of ice on it. 

So it will not turn into a fat elbow. Oh dear me. 

After lunchtime Zita went downstairs to make our basement all neat and tidy. 

And find all the things we just forgot we had.

So we can give them to people who need them. That is good. 

I stayed upstairs so I could mind Craig and have a very nice nap. 

It is a beautiful full of sunshine day. And there are not even any little clouds anywhere.

But it is too cold for very long walks. Oh well. 

At lunchtime Miss Tarryn came to do some of her homework with Niamh. 

And have some tasty cake too.

We are having delicious chicken for our dinner tonight. I saw Zita put it right into the oven. Ha.

Sometimes I get chicken treats when we have chicken for dinnertime. If I am a very polite dog when I ask. 

Now nearly all the time I get turkeys right on top of my own tasty food.

Maybe it is the turkeys Uncle Bill was always getting up way too early in the morning to catch. Maybe.

Niamh went to get her another drive the car pretend license. She cannot get a real one.

Because of the do not get sick rules. 

We went to bed early last night.

Because Craig had his squeaky clean shower. 

And when you are as clean as can be you should get right into your comfy bed. 

So you will not just get all dirty again. That is a good rule. 

And so everybody went to fast asleep. Me too.

Day Three Thousand and One Hundred

Zita and I had a very nice good morning walk today.  

It is sleep in Sunday but Zita and I we only had a little sleep in.

It was not so cold today. 

But there was not any beautiful sunshine. Oh well. Too bad for us.

When we got back home Craig was still in his comfy bed. All covered up with his duvet.

So I minded him until he was fast awake. 

I did not have to mind Zita. 

Because she was talking to her mother and father. In way far away. 

When she was finished taking Craig and Niamh were all fast awake.

So we had a together toasts breakfast. Right in the living room. Ha,

When we were all finished Niamh went downstairs to do more studying for her new university class.

And Zita started to make a delicious brand new cake. 

But it is a full of lots and lots of chocolate cake. Oh dear. 

Too bad for me.

But before we put it in the oven we saw Craig’s mother right on Zita’s telephone. 

And everybody talked to her and waved their hands. She is still in her little apartment.

But nobody can visit her. 

Because of the do not get sick rules. Oh dear. 

Then I had a very nice nap right beside my watching window. 

Niamh got a brand new telephone. And she gave Zita her not so very old telephone. That was nice. 

And this one is not just all covered in cracks like her old one. 

So everybody has new telephones. Except for Craig. He does not need a brand new telephone.

Because nobody ever phones Craig. Except for very silly people. Oh well. 

Zita went on her run all around at the our not even far away giant farm. 

She did not see any of the cows who live there. Maybe they are on vacation. Maybe. 

When she got back home she talked to her sister in way far away Ireland. I just had a little nap.

Then the black car took Niamh to Miss Anna’s apartment. So she could be a big help.

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita for our dinner.

Maybe we will watch the lady detective tonight. Maybe we will have popcorns.

Niamh made popcorn last night. 

But the loud popping was a little scary. I did not like that so much.

And then things were all on fire. Even the fat kitchen gloves. And they had to go outside. 

Because they were way too smelly. Ha. 

Sometimes Zita and Niamh say I am too smelly. That is not such a nice thing to say. 

Craig never says that. Ha. I am his very best friend. He told me so. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Nine

When I woke up this morning I looked out my watching window and everything was covered up with snow. 

Nearly to the top.

So Zita and the black car took Niamh to downtown for her work. 

Craig did not have a sleep in because it was his Saturday old friends coffee time.

So when Craig was talking to his very old friends I minded Zita in the living room. 

She talked to her brother in way far away Spain. 

So I looked out my favourite watching window. 

So I could see what everybody was doing. That is an interesting job.

Zita’s brother does not have his very nice house in Ireland anymore. I do not know why. Oh well. Too bad for him. 

When Zita was finished talking to him it was time to move lots and lots of snow. 

If you do not move the snow all away all the time when you open your door you will not be able to get out. 

And you will have to stay in your house. And not go for long walks with your nice dog. Oh dear me.

So you have move lots of snow before you cannot move any. Oh dear. 

But I could not be a big help. I am not such a very good helper in the snow. Oh well.

So I had to mind Craig instead. We watched Zita moving all the snow and I barked at the dogs outside. 

So they would not come and chase Zita. 

But I got in trouble for being a too much barking dog. Oh well. 

When Zita was finished she went downtown to find Niamh and bring her home. 

And when they got home Niamh went outside so she could play in the too much snow. Oh dear me.

But Niamh and Cara and Lee and Mister Alex made a giant snow castle. 

With a window. And a door. 

It is even taller than Niamh. My goodness. That is very tall. 

We did not go out for our before dinnertime walk tonight.

Because the snow is so high that I might get an all frozen up tummy. That would not be so very nice. 

So I just stayed in the living room so I could mind my friend Zita. That is a good job.

We will have a together dinner tonight. 

Last night we watched a new detective program. With a lady detective. 

And she was never a detective before. She was just a person. 

Now she is a lady detective. With a fast car that does not have a roof. Oh dear. 

That is a good program. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Eight

Nobody had time for lovely sleep ins today. 

Because it was a busy day for everybody today.

When the go fast car took Niamh to her work I minded Craig. And kept him all safe and warm. 

But he was all dressed and awake when Zita got back.

But Zita and I went to our own office right away. 

Because Zita had a very important meeting on her computer.

So Craig made her favourite fluffy coffee before our meeting started. 

When Craig made his own coffee I helped him eat his toasts. 

And then we looked out my watching window. So we could know what is going on. 

Mister Ollie was here again. He was just resting in our little pile of snow. 

And having a nap. 

So then I went back into our office and helped Zita with her very long important meeting. 

At lunchtime Zita and I went for a nice around the block walk. 

I was not way too tired today. 

So I could go for a walk. But not for long walks. 

My Doctor Waller said I can only take little short walks. 

Until my operation is all better again. Oh well.

But after lunchtime I played with new big ball. I was not tired all the time today. 

The man on the television told us that we are going to have lots and lots of snow tonight. Oh dear.

If you have way too much snow you cannot even find your own car. Or sometimes even your house. Or your friends. Oh dear. 

That is why I just stay in my side yard. 

Because my house is right there so I can not just loose it. That is good. 

When our work was all finished Zita went out to do some shopping.

And when she came back home she had lots and lots of tasty food and Niamh too. That was good.

Sometimes when Zita and go fast car go away I think that maybe she will forget how to come home. Oh dear me. 

And I get a little bit too anxious. So I have to stay right at my watching window and wait for her. 

So I am very very happy when she comes home. 

Niamh went downstairs right away.

Because she had a brand new just on the television class right from her nice university. 

When her class was all over we had our together delicious dinner. That is my favourite kind of dinner.

Maybe we will watch a brand new program on the television tonight. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Seven

We did not get up so early today.

Because I could not go to fast asleep so much last night.

Because I was a bit too sore. And I was very hungry.

Because you cannot have lots and lots to eat when you come home from a hospital. 

Or maybe you will just have a too sick tummy. 

But I was very very hungry. And my tummy was very loud too. 

So in the middle of the night Zita got me a late a night dinner and chicken treats too. 

And then she had a nice nap on the living room sofa. And I had a nap right beside her. 

And sometimes we looked out the window. But it was not so interesting.

Because everybody was still fast asleep. Except Zita and me. 

Then we just went fast asleep. Good for us.

When Craig was all awake he made Zita her fluffy coffees and he gave me some of my do not be too sore medicine.

Then Zita went to our own office but I did not help so much today.

Because I was very tired. You are always too tired after an operation. 

So you can have nice long naps and nobody minds. 

We always gave Emmet lots and lots of comfy pillows when he came home from the hospital. And I minded him.

But he cannot mind me when he is in his way far away in Cork university. Oh dear. Too bad for me.

But Zita and Niamh are my very best nurses. And Craig always gets me very tasty treats. 

Sometimes with chicken.

And sometimes with Mister Saint Albert’s delicious very old cheese. Ha. That is a tasty treat.

At lunchtime Zita pushed away some of the snow again. Right in the street. 

And moved it all away so the melting snow would not just make a giant puddle on my corner. 

When Zita was all finished her rascal ladies work she drove Niamh to Miss Anna’s apartment. 

Because Miss Ann broke her own foot. And now she can only just hop all over. 

Like a bunny rabbit. But not so quick. Or dear. Too bad for her.

So Niamh went over to be a big help.

So I only have to mind Craig and Zita for dinner tonight.

Then I think we will watch a new program. But not for so long.

Because Zita and I did not get so much sleep last night. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Six

Everybody got up early this morning.

Because after our good morning walk the back go fast car took me to my little hospital.

So my friend Doctor Waller can fix the sore on my back. 

But Zita could not bring me inside. She had to stay in our go fast car.

Because of the new rules. Oh dear me. I did not like that at all. 

So I had to go in with one of Doctor Waller’s helpers. 

Not one of my own family. That was not all right. Oh dear me.

And when I am in the hospital I have to stay in a very little space. Not my own comfy bed. 

I only like to be in my own house. I only like to sleep on my comfy beds. Oh dear me. 

Then I went to fast asleep and when I was all awake I was still in my little hospital. Oh dear.

But the nasty sore was all fixed up. 

So Zita and the black go fast car came right away and brought me back to my own house. Ha. That was a good idea. 

The nice people at my little hospital say that I am a very loud barking dog. Ha. That was nice. 

But when I got back home there were men here. 

They were fixing where all the melting snow goes down to our vegetable garden. Oh dear.

And they were very noisy. Oh dear. 

And then they fixed my own watching window. 

But I did not bark at them at all.

Because I was way too tired. 

So I just went to fast asleep right in the living room. 

My Doctor Waller said I had to wear a soft T-shirt to cover up my stitches. 

So they do not get even a little bit dirty. Oh dear me. 

When I was fast asleep Zita went downtown to find my friend Niamh. And bring her back home.

We did not go for a before dinnertime walk today.

Because Doctor Waller told Zita that I have to take it easy for a little while. 

Because I was very fast asleep at my little hospital.

We had a nice together dinner tonight. 

But I was asleep nearly all of dinnertime. Too bad for me.

Maybe I will watch the animal Doctors on the television tonight.

Or maybe I will just go fast asleep. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Five

We nearly had a nice sleep in this morning.

But Zita had get up to go to our office for a good morning meeting. Oh well.

And Craig only had a very little sleep in. But I minded him until he was all dressed.

And when he made Zita her fluffy coffees I went into our office so I could be Zita’s best helper ever.

I have a new T-shirt on today. It has a very fierce wolf on the front. Ha. 

It is one of Craig’s T-shirts. He lent it to me. 

When Zita went for her lunchtime run all around Craig and I had a peanut butter and honey sandwich. 

Then we looked out my watching window. It is not so cold today. So the snow is melting. Ha.

Ollie the dog was fast asleep in the snow on my front law. 

Ollie is a from up North dog and he likes having his naps right on the snow. 

I do not know why he likes that. Oh well.

But another dog ran right on to my lawn and was loud barking at Ollie. Right on my lawn. That was not so nice.

So I fierce barked him away. That was a silly dog. 

Because Ollie is a very big dog. Bigger than I am. Ha. 

But he is not as very fierce as I am. 

When Zita came back home we went back to our rascal ladies work. 

After lunchtime Zita had to go and get somethings for the rascal ladies. 

Because that store is going to be all locked up.

Because of new do not get sick and die rules. 

We had to have new rule because too many people are too sick.

And some people are not such very good listeners. Oh dear. 

Then the police have to come and take all their money away. Or maybe put them in jail. Ha. Oh well. Too bad for them. 

Niamh was very busy this afternoon.

Because her nice university has started again. But only on all the student’s computers.

So she is going to a brand new course. Right on the big television in her very comfy bedroom. 

Maybe I could go too. On the even bigger television in the den. Ha. 

Then I would know everything about everything. Just like Emmet and Niamh. Ha. That is a good idea. 

Zita and I went for our before dinner walk in the very dark outside.

Because we are very brave and I am a very fierce minder dog. 

Especially when I have my fierce as can be wolf T-shirt on. Ha.

We are going to have a nice together dinner tonight. Maybe we will have some chicken. Maybe.

Last night we watched a brand new program. All about doctors just like my doctor Waller. 

Except that they are in far way England. A long time ago.

And they are in the country with lots and lots of very big horses and all over everywhere sheep. Oh dear.

But they have a very nice dog too. That is a good program. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Four

Everybody got up early this morning. 

Because it is go to work Monday.

But Craig did not get up early. He had a very long sleep in.

Because he is all retired. Ha. 

Niamh had to get up early too.

Because she had to walk up to the busy street and see her nice dentist. Oh dear.

When Craig was still asleep Zita had to go to the downtown rascal ladies office.

Because something broke and all their computers could not talk to each other. Oh.

So I kept Craig all toasty warm until she was back home. 

And when he was all awake we had two Scotsman’s scones for our lunchtime. 

With the special delicious jam from Scotland too. Ha. Good for us.

But Zita had to go back downtown to her downtown office.

Because she had to wait for a man to fix the computers. Oh dear. 

I did not go downtown to the rascal ladies office to keep her company. 

Because I had to stay here to mind Craig and my friend Niamh. And the house too. Ha. Good for me.

And I had a very nice nap too. I had a very quiet nice day today.

The present man came to my house two times this afternoon. Ha.

Niamh got a brand new very big phone. And our cheese party friends sent Craig and Zita new special jackets. 

Just like the ones Niamh and Emmet got for Christmas time. 

Now everyone in my house has the same jacket. Ha. That was a good idea. 

So now everybody will know that they are altogether my own family.

Then I went into the den so I could mind Craig while he was reading his book. 

Good for me.

My nice Doctor Waller called us this afternoon. Craig talked to him.

Because I cannot hold the phone so well. 

So I am going to see him on our do not go to work Wednesday. In the morning. Ha. That is a good idea. 

When Zita came home she went to our own office right away. I stayed on my comfy rug in the kitchen. 

I did not want to go back to work. So I just finished my before dinner nap. Ha. Good for me.

I was still nearly still all fast asleep when it was time for our before dinnertime walk. 

So I had to get all fast awake. Oh well. 

You cannot be fast asleep on your walks. 

You might just fall off the sidewalk and maybe hurt your bottom. Or hit your head on a telephone post. Oh dear me.

Hitting your head on a telephone post hurts you head. Oh well. 

But we found Professor Jill anyway. That was good. 

Niamh had to go to a store to get a do not break your telephone case. For her brand new telephone. 

When we got home Zita went downtown and found Niamh so she could have our together dinner tonight.

But then Zita had to go into our office for a meeting. An after dinnertime meeting. 

On the computer. Oh dear. 

We will have to find a brand new program for after dinnertime watching. 

Because we stayed up way past our bedtime to watch all the other program. 

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Three

Everybody had a little sleep in today. 

And I kept Craig comfy warm until he was all dressed. That is an easy job.

We did not go for a good morning walk this morning.

Because of our sleep ins. And it is another windy cold day. Oh dear me.

After Craig made his coffees he went into the den to read his book.

I stayed in the living room when Zita and Niamh talked to Zita’s mother and father in far away Dublin. 

Then Zita’s mother told her she should make us some very delicious Scotsman’s scones. Ha. That was a good idea.

Craig told me that scones are very very good for you. 

He says broccolis are not so good for people. I do not know why. Oh well.

Maybe because you cannot put lots of tasty jam on broccolis. Maybe.

So at our together lunchtime we had the just made scones. 

And we put fluffy as can be cream on top. And jams too. Ha. 

Then Niamh and Cara and Lee and Mister Alex took their toboggans to go sliding on a very long hill. 

You can go very fast on very long hills. But you can hurt your bottoms when you go too fast. Oh dear me.

After my lunch we went on our walk. But I did not want to go.

Because I did not want to wear my boots or my new red jacket.

But then Zita was going to go with professor Jill and the little dog even without me. Oh dear. 

But minding Zita is my own important job. It is known.

Professor Jill’s dog is way too small to be a fierce minder dog. Oh dear me.

So I went to mind Zita. And I wore my boots and jacket too. Oh well. Too bad for me. 

Last night Mister Festis and Mister Furrgus were watching the other television. 

And they saw all the very silly people breaking doors and windows. Right in a very beautiful building.  Oh dear.

They were very upset. They thought that even their giant Scotsmen’s swords might not scare away those silly people. 

So they talked to their uncle Colonel Dugal. Oh dear. 

Colonel Dugal is very very fierce. He has lots of medals that say so. 

So they all went downstairs to the scary basement. 

Where Colonel Dugal keeps all his very big wooden boxes. 

And when they came upstairs Mister Festis and Mister Furrgus had very big guns. 

But they did not bring up my friend Emmet’s giant canon. Oh well. 

Only just some fast shooting guns. 

They were the Colonel’s from when he worked for our nice Queen. In the far far away desert. Oh dear. 

So now they are not even a bit worried. Ha.

Me either. 

This afternoon Zita talked to her sister Auntie Eileen on her own phone. 

So Zita could know everything that is happening in way far away Ireland. 

And she went downstairs to hit nails with a big hammer. Not just the little hammer. Oh dear. 

I stayed upstairs to watch out my window. 

Then someone came to my door but Zita did not know him. So I fierce barked him away. Ha. Good for me. 

When Niamh came home Zita and Niamh and I made own made pizza. 

Own made pizzas are my favourite. 

Because sometimes I get the crunchy bits. Ha.

Tonight we will watch the program with all the very beautiful clothes. And all the ladies who want to get married.

Craig and Zita got married a long time ago. Even before Emmet and Niamh were here. Or me. 

It was only them. In a whole house. So it was nearly just all empty. That was not so very interesting. 

So that is why Emmet and Niamh and I came to live in the house. So it would not be so empty. 

But I only came here when they lived in this house. It is a better house because it does not have an upstairs. 

The go fast chair can not go upstairs. It can go downstairs. But not on purpose. Ha.

Day Three Thousand and Ninety Two

Zita and I had a lovely little sleep in today. 

And Craig got up when we did.

Because it is his Saturday old friends breakfast coffees on the computer day. 

And when he was talking to all his friends Zita and I made the house all spic and span. Good for us.

They talked for a very long time. And when he was finished it was my lunchtime. 

And I got chicken with my lunch. That was a good idea.

Then Zita and I went for our afternoon all around walk. We took doctor Susan with us.

But when we got back home I got the very clean kitchen floor a bit all dirty again. Oh dear. 

Then Craig and Zita took all the beautiful decorations off our Merry Christmas tree and put them away. 

Then Zita took our fat tree outside and then our living room was nearly empty. 

But it was a bit full of little bits of Christmas tree so Zita had to get the noisy floor cleaning machine.

So the floor would be all neat and tidy again. 

So I watched our old tree from my watching window but I was a bit sad. 

I really like it when the Merry Merry Christmas trees are in my house. Oh well.

Then Zita and the black car went downtown to bring Niamh back home. 

We had a breakfast dinner tonight. With very tasty bacon.

Then we watched a new program all about long time ago ladies trying to get married to someone very nice. 

I had a very nice minding nap with Craig and Zita.
