Day Three Thousand and Twenty One

We had a little sleep in today. 

Craig had a bigger sleep in.

Because it was too cold for his old friends breakfast picnic in our park today. Too bad for them.

After our breakfast Zita had a talk to our Auntie Eileen. For a long time. They always talk for a long time.

Because they are sisters. 

When Craig was all awake he made lots of coffees for everybody. 

I just had a nap.

Last night I got in trouble. 

Because I chewed off my brand new bandages. And everybody was upset with me. Oh dear.

But my foot was very itchy. Too bad for me. 

Now somebody has to watch me. So I will not make another big mistake. Oh dear me. 

And today was make the house squeaky clean day. 

So I had to stay with Craig. In the kitchen when Zita was all busy. 

So he could mind me. Oh dear. 

Tonight is the night all the little children come to my house. 

To scare us and get free tasty treats. 

But they cannot come this time.

Because of the do not get very sick and die rules. Oh dear. Too bad for everybody.

But little Miss Emma came to our house for a special just for her bag of treats. That was good. 

She was a very beautiful princess. Ha. 

Princesses are always beautiful. It is the rule.

Niamh did not go to her beautiful clothes store until this afternoon today.

Because it is her stay until late and lock the store all up night. 

Then she has to go to Miss Sasha’s house to watch their favourite movie. 

And eat the delicious beautiful cake she made last night. 

Right outside in the cold. 

 Today was our make the house all squeaky clean so Craig and I had to hide all the time. 

So when Zita found the very noisy clean the rugs machine I had a nice long nap outside. In my side yard.

That machine cannot go outside. Ha. Too bad for it. 

We had an early dinnertime tonight.

Because it was only Craig and Zita here. We did not wait for Niamh to come home.

Because she is going to Miss Sash’s house after her work to have her extra dinner there.

We had the covered in cheese toasty chips from Mexico. Ha. 

That is a tasty dinner.

And I think tonight we will watch the detective who always wears a hat.

Maybe we will have ice cream too. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand and Twenty

We got up so early this morning it was still all dark outside.

And when Zita looked out our watching window she saw a giant skunk. 

And it was walking right across my own patio and down our steps. Oh dear me.

I did not see it because I was nearly still fast asleep. Oh well. 

Then Zita drove Niamh to her early in the morning work. And I minded Craig. 

But Craig did not have a nice sleep in today. Oh well.

So we had out together breakfast early today. 

We had brand new very delicious strawberries jam. From far away France. 

So we found some chewy from France bread for our tasty toasts. Ha. Good for us.

Then I went back to our office so I could be Zita’s best assistant. That is my own very important job.

Craig had a squishy peanut butter and jam sandwich for his lunchtime.

But I could not help him today. 

Because I was too busy doing my important job. Oh well. Too bad for me.

When Niamh came home she and Miss Tarryn went to the grocery store. To get things.

Because tonight they are making delicious cakes. 

And you always need special things for Niamh’s cakes. I do not know why. 

When they were all gone Zita put a brand new bandage on my foot. With lots of sugar on top too. Ha.

My nice Doctor Waller game me brand new black bandages. To match my own fur. 

So that I would be just very stylish too. Just like Niamh and all the ladies from the beautiful clothes store. Ha. 

Then I had a very nice nap in the den so I could mind Craig. 

Craig is not so stylish. He just likes comfy Scotsmen’s shirts. And blue pants. Too bad for him. 

My friend Emmet is still writing his giant very interesting story. 

Emmet is very stylish. Because Niamh gets him all his special important meetings clothes. Ha.

But today he had to read lots and lots and lots of other books so he could write his very interesting story. 

And sometimes the other books are not all the time so very interesting. 

And sometimes very very long too. Oh dear. Too bad for him. 

We had lots of our used food for our together dinner.

Because the kitchen was all filled up with Niamh and Miss Tarryn making a cake.

But it was a not for us cake. It was only for her lemon friends cake. For a party. 

And I am not invited. That is not so nice. 

Because I am the very best party dog in the world. Craig told me so. Oh well.

Day Three Thousand and Nineteen

Zita and I got up very early this morning. 

Because she had to go downtown to the old rascal ladies office. 

And Craig was wide awake too. 

But when Zita came home he went back under the comfy duvet so he could listen to his book.

When Zita was having her important good morning to everybody meeting Craig and I had our own breakfast.

We had tasty toasts and jam. And the toast was brand new own made bread.

Zita’s friend Miss Chris made it for us. It was a present. That was a good present.

Tasty presents are the best presents. 

Then Zita had to go back downtown again. To the old rascal ladies office. Oh dear.

And when she came home it was time to go to see my nice Doctor Waller. Oh dear me.

But I did not have to stay there this time. That was good. 

It was just for a nice visit and to get some brand new medicine.

And now Zita has to put real sugar on my own sore foot. 

When she puts on the new bandages. That is silly.

Craig said I has already the sweetest dog in the world. Ha. Good for me.

When I was at my little hospital Miss Sash came to my house to find Niamh. In her new Jeep. Ha.

So they could go to their downtown work together. That was nice.

When I got back home I was a bit tired.

I always get tired when I have to go to my hospital. Oh well.

Yesterday Zita put lots of pieces of our old trees right on top of the squirrel fence. 

So now they will not be able to even find our brand new flowers. Ha. Good for us. 

I saw a brand new picture. From way far away Ireland. 

Our cousin Lucy had a nice walk with Mister Sully.

And they found a beautiful rainbow. Right in the sky. In her own very little bridge city. Ha. 

Sometimes we have rainbows. Right in my own pond park. Ha.

But not so often as Ireland.

Because it does not rain all the time here. Oh well. 

We cannot have a nice together dinner tonight.

Because Niamh has to work at her beautiful clothes store until late tonight. Too bad for her.

And when she got back home she was very tired so we all went to our comfy beds early. 

Ha. That was a good idea. 

Because I was very tired too. 

Day Three Thousand and Eighteen

We had a very little sleep in today.

Because it is our do not go to work Wednesday.

But when I was all fast awake as could be I looked out my watching window and there was snow.

Right there. On the ground. And on our cars too. Oh dear me.

So Zita had to take all the snow off the black go fast car so they could take Niamh to her work.

When they were back home we had together toasts. With very delicious blueberries jam. Ha.

At lunchtime Craig and Zita went for an adventure walk. Up to the busy street. 

So Craig could get shot 

So he does not get the nasty flu. Zita and Niamh got shot already. I do not need a shot.

Because dogs do not get the nasty flu. That is good. 

My friend Lee came to my house to keep me company when they were gone. That was a good idea.

And when Craig and Zita came back home Lee stayed for a long time for a nice talk. Ha. That was nice.

Today Emmet’s very old university in Cork got a very very old giant book. 

It was stolen. From a castle. A long long time ago. Oh dear. That is not all right.

But now the people had to give it back. 

But the old castle is just all gone. 

So Emmet’s university got it instead. And they get to keep it. Right in their very own old library. Ha. 

So everybody can look at it. 

But they cannot read it.

Because only Emmet and all his friends can read that kind of very old writing. Oh well. 

But Emmet is very happy. Very old books are Emmet’s favourite books. 

After lunchtime Zita talked to our cousin Lucy. In far away Celbridge. 

Her school is all closed up. Because of the do not get sick rules. 

So she talked to Zita for a long time. In the kitchen. 

And I got some tasty green beans. 

Because we made the very delicious for shepherds pie for our together dinner. 

Then I had a nice nap. 

When I  woke up Zita was outside putting new flowers into the ground in our front garden. 

And she put a very strong keep the squirrels away fence right on top of them. 

So the awful squirrels cannot just eat them all up. Ha. 

Then the go fast car took Zita downtown and when they came back they had my friend Niamh. Ha.

So Zita dug more holes for even more new flowers. 

That is a good idea. 

Then Professor Jill came to watch Zita dig holes. I could not help. 

Because I cannot get my sore foot all dirty. Too bad for them. 

My nice Doctor Waller called my house this afternoon. On the telephone. 

Because he wants to have a look at my foot tomorrow. That is nice. 

We had a very nice and tasty together dinner tonight. That is good.

Maybe then we will watch the detective program too. Ha.

Day Three Thousand and Seventeen

We did not have even a little sleep in today.

Because I was up very early this morning guarding my family.

There was a strange animal outside my house. I heard it. 

Maybe it was a giant raccoon or a lion. Oh dear.

So I jumped right off the bed and ran into my living room to scare it all away.

But it was all gone. Ha. 

Then Zita was all awake too. 

So we had our breakfasts early today.

And because we were all very wide awake we made our delicious apple dessert. 

With lots of very crunchy oatmeal on top. Ha.

Then when it was just cooking Zita took Niamh downtown to her early in the morning work.

And I minded Craig on the comfy bed.

But Craig did not have a sleep in today either. Oh well.

When Zita came home we went to our rascal ladies office right away. 

Because we always have lots of work to do. Oh well.

And Craig made lots of our too much coffees. Ha.

When the delicious dessert was all cooked we had some for our together breakfast. Ha. 

That was a tasty breakfast. It is known. 

Then I went back to our work in our rascal ladies office. That is my favourite job. 

Because I had my breakfast so early this morning I had to have an early lunchtime.

So I would not just starve to death. Oh dear me. I would not like that. 

Then it was time to get all our garbage ready for the nice garbage men and their giant noisy truck.

I was a big help. 

Getting the garbage all ready is my most favourite job. Ha. Good for us.

Then Zita and I went back to our important work. Ha. 

When we were all finished our work Craig and Zita changed my sore foot bandages. Ha.

I was very brave again. I did not move at all. Ha. 

So I go lots of pieces of chicken. Just for me.

Then Zita went for her before dinner walk with Professor Jill. I could not go again.

And they found was a smelly skunk. But they were not all smelly. That is good. 

You cannot sleep inside if you are all skunk smelly. It is the rule.

I had to stay here and mind Craig and fast asleep Niamh. Oh well.

When Zita was home I helped her make our breakfast dinner. 

We had the pretend from France pancakes. 

And lots of very tasty from our friends the farmers’ bacon. 

And lots more of our maple tree syrup. Ha, that was a tasty dinnertime. 

I think we will watch some more of the detective who always wears a hat. 

But not inside. Only outside.

Day Three Thousand and Sixteen

It was our go to work again Monday this morning. Oh well.

We did not have a nice walk today.

Because it was a nasty cold windy rain day. 

And sometimes I even saw some snow falling down. Oh dear me.

So Zita and I stayed in our office and Craig made fluffy coffee for Zita.

I helped him eat his breakfast cookies. Ha. Good for me.

Then I went back to work in our office.

So I could be Zita’s very best helper assistant. Ha. That is my favourite job.

We did not look out the watching window so much today. 

Because it is just nasty all the time weather outside. 

Nobody wants to watch just nasty windy rain. Too bad for us. 

So we had a nice very quiet day this morning. That was a good idea.

Because I am still a bit all the time tired. Oh well.

Niamh made hotdogs for her lunch. And Craig had some too.

But I did not even have one.

Because I was fast asleep in our office. Oh dear me. 

My new sore foot medicine makes me go to fast asleep too soon.

And then I miss some of my tasty treats. That is not so nice. Too bad for me. 

Zita and professor Jill went on their before dinnertime long walk.

But I could not go.

Because Doctor Waller said I had to have a very restful time. 

Until my foot is all better again. And I do not have to wear a sock. 

So I can only go on very very short walks. 

Only just to my other side yard. To see our beautiful vegetables. That is not so far. 

When Zita came home she was cold and a bit soggy. I was not even a little bit cold. Or soggy. Ha.

Then we had a nice altogether dinner. That is my favourite kind of dinner. 

Day Three Thousand and Fifteen

Zita and I got up before we had our Sunday sleep in.

Because it was time for my sore foot medicine. Oh well. 

Craig had a sleep in because he had to watch the little fast cars. 

But it was not so interesting today. Too bad for him.

So Zita and I went into the living room so I could watch everybody from my own watching window.

And Zita could talk to her parents in far away Dublin. 

She was on our sofa with her cosy blanket wrapped all around her. Ha.

Then Craig was all awake and dressed so he made coffee for Zita. 

And we had a very little cookie. Then he had his own another coffee.

I was going to have a nice nap but then Niamh was all awake too. 

So I minded her too. That is my favourite job.

Because we are best friends. 

After lunchtime Zita went for a long walk with Sue and Miss Chris. 

On the roads in our giant right inside the city farm. Maybe they saw the lots of cows.

Or maybe even the extra big horses. Maybe. Ha.

Niamh and Miss Tarryn went for a long see everything bicycle ride. 

So I had a nice nap while Craig just looked at the football game. 

When Niamh and Miss Tarryn came back to our house they were nearly just frozen like icicles. 

Because it was a too cold sunshiney day today. Too cold for long bicycle rides. Oh dear me. 

I could not play with my big red ball today.

Because it is just full of very big holes. Oh dear.

So I just stayed in our toasty warm house. 

Niamh and Miss Tarryn are went to Miss Sash’s apartment for their own dinner.

Because it is their watch their movie and eat treats night. Ha.

So I will only have to mind craig and Zita at dinnertime tonight. Ha.

That is an easy job. 

Day Three Thousand and Fourteen

We had a nice long sleep last night. 

Getting all better makes you very tired. Ha.

We did not have a big sleep in today.

Because I had to have my special cut off toes medicine. Right at breakfast time. 

And Craig had to go to his old friends breakfast picnic. Even in the not even very warm day.  Oh dear.

Then Zita cleaned the side yard until it was spic and span. And it took a very long time. 

Because of all the lots of falling down leafs. 

So I helped her. And I played with my big red ball too. 

But now it has a big hole. And it is not even so very round. Oh dear.

Big red balls do not last so very long anymore. Oh dear. Too bad for me.

Maybe Mister Saint Santa can find me a brand new one. 

For a Merry Christmas time secret present. Maybe.

Then auntie Eileen called Zita on her own telephone. 

So they could talk all about Ireland. For a long time.

I had a nice nap.

The go fast car took Niamh downtown this afternoon. Right to her beautiful clothes store. 

But she has to work until very late tonight. And then lock the store all up. 

Because of her new job. Oh dear.

Zita had to go to a store to find the present for the brand new baby in Ireland. 

I stayed here so I could mind Craig. And have a little nap too. Ha. Good for me.

When Zita was back home she and Craig put brand new bandages on my foot. 

So it would better all better fast.

I was so very brave I got pieces of Irish chicken. Just for me. Ha.

When my foot is all better again I will not have to wear the sock. Ha. That will be a good day. 

Yesterday Emmet talked to all his friends at the Harvard university. Right on his own computer.

And he could see them all. 

Just like they were with him in his way far away apartment in Cork. Ha. 

And his professor from Mister Saint Francis’s university university was there too. That was nice.

Zita and Professor Jill went for a little before dinner walk.

But I could not go. I cannot go for nice long walks until my foot is as good as new. Too bad for them.

So I minded Craig right in the living room. 

But was only Craig and Zita and me for our dinner tonight. 

Because Niamh was still at her work and Emmet was fast asleep in way far away. Oh well.

We had our own tasty used lasagna. I had a very little piece. Ha. That was a tasty dinner. 

I think we will watch more of the old detective tonight. 

Day Three Thousand and Thirteen

When I woke up this morning I was not in my own house.

I was still in Doctor Weller’s hospital. Oh dear. I do not like hospitals even a bit. 

But then just like that the go fast car came to bring me back home to my own house. That was good.

When I was in the hospital they put the awful plastic thing right around my whole head. Oh dear.

But Zita took it off when I was all back home. Good for us.

Then I just lay down in the living room and held on to my friend Zita. Ha. 

That was a good idea.

But when I was at the hospital they cut off my little toe. Oh dear me.

And they took all the furr off the bottom of my leg. 

And from my tummy too. I do not know why. Oh dear.

And they put a keep my foot dry bag on my leg. 

It is not a nice sock like Zita makes for me. It is only a plastic bag. Oh well.

But then Craig and Zita and I had our together toasts. Just like all the time. Ha.

I really like everything to be the all the same all the time. 

And we looked out my watching window for a little while. 

Then I had a nice nap. In the kitchen. On my own very comfy rug. 

When they cut your toe off you are very tired. For a bit of a long time. Oh dear.

Even my friend Emmet knew that I had to have my own toe cut off. 

Craig told him so he would not be too worried about me.

Now maybe Emmet will write a brand new story all about cutting off toes in way way long time ago Ireland. 

Then he could go on the computer again and everybody in the world could hear his brand new story. 

Cutting off toes is not so dangerous as cutting off heads. It is known.

When I was just all fast asleep Zita went to the grocery store to get some special things for out tonight’s dinner.

Because we are going to have own made lasagna. With too much cheese. Ha.

When she came home we went to work in our office. So I could be Zita’s best helper assistant.

Because there is so much rascal ladies work we have to go to work even if you are a bit too tired. Oh dear.

But I have my own very comfy rug in our office. Just in case I might go to fast asleep. That is good. 

When I was all asleep in the hospital my friend Emmet was playing his dragons game. With his friends from here.

Even when he is way over there in way far away Ireland. Ha.

I saw the picture on Craig’s flat computer. 

Now everyone in Emmet’s apartment has to stay inside.

Because of the new rules for Ireland. 

So Zita told them to have a nice man bring their groceries right to them. 

And Zita will pay the man. 

So nobody will have to go outside and get too sick. Ha. That is a good idea. 

When my friend Niamh came home she was very glad to see me. I was very happy to see her too.

I got lots of very long hugs. It was a very waggley tail time. Ha. Good for us. 

It is alway good to have your family home with you if you are not feeling so well. It is true. 

Then Niamh went practice driving in the go fast car with Miss Tarryn.

So I had a nice nap beside Craig on the comfy living room rug. 

Then Zita and I went for a very short walk. Just a bit down the street. And we saw Miss Bruna. Ha.

I had my own comfy sock on. The nice one that Zita made just for me. 

Because the plastic sock was too hot for my foot. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand and Twelve

We did not have even a little sleep in. 

Because we have so much rascal ladies work to do. Oh dear.

But first we went on a very nice very long walk this morning. That was good.

But I could not have a tasty together breakfast with Craig today.

Because you cannot have any tasty food at all before you go to the hospital for an operation. 

Even if you are very hungry. Oh dear me. 

And I forgot that today was the go to the hospital day for me. Oh dear me. 

So Zita and I went for another just around here walk before lunchtime.

Then Zita and Niamh put brand new bandages on my sore foot. 

And a brand new sock too.

Because you cannot go to see your nice doctor with very dirty feet. It is the rule. 

Then my friend the black go fast car took Zita and me to my little hospital. Oh dear me.

So there is only a very little story today. 

Because I was at the hospital not in my own house.

So I could not tell Craig such a long story today. 

Too bad for us. 

I do not like going to to the hospital. 

Because sometimes you have to sleep there. In a big box. 

And not be with your own family. Oh dear. 

I only like to sleep on the big comfy bed so I can keep Craig and Zita toasty warm. 

Because it is my job to keep my family all safe as can be. Oh dear. Oh dear.

I cannot keep everybody safe when I am not right there. Oh dear me.

I will talk to Mister Saint Newton. 

He will keep my family all safe until I come back home. It is known. 

An Aside.

Dear reader, Doctor Waller has phoned to say Poppy got through the surgery without a problem and he feels all will be well, though she has lost another toe, but on her other foot this time. 

So as Miss Poppy would say. “Oh well. Too bad for me.”

Day Three Thousand and Eleven

It is our Wednesday do not go to work day. 

But we only had a very little sleep in. 

Miss Sash’s very black Jeep took Niamh to her new job this morning. Miss Sash too. Ha. 

So Zita and I had a nice little walk by ourselves. 

It was not a nice sunny day today. It was just a nasty rain all the time day.

But Zita and I got home before the all the time rain found our house. Ha. Silly rain.

But then Zita went outside to put some more little stones all over. 

And then the rain caught her. 

So she got Craig’s keep you dry hat.

But she was still all soggy when she came in. 

And she had to get all dry new clothes. Oh dear me. 

Craig and I had a toasty croissant for our breakfast. And a cookie too.

Because it is not such a nice day outside. Ha.

Cookies always make you feel better when things are not so very nice. It is known. 

When Zita was all dry again she went downtown. To the beautiful clothes store. Ha.

Because she wanted to see a brand new keep you toasty warm coat. 

Her own for the way too cold coat is older than even me. Oh dear. 

So she went to try on a brand new coat. To see if she liked it. 

Miss Sash was there and Miss Anna and Niamh too. 

And they helped find the just right for Zita coat. Ha. That is funny. 

When she got home auntie Eileen called her. On her own phone.

To talk all about the new do not get sick rules in way far away Ireland. Oh dear me.

Maybe my friend Emmet should come back home so I can guard him. 

So he can not get even a bit sick. That is a good idea. 

I am the very best guarder dog. Craig told me. So it is true. Ha. 

This afternoon Craig talked to two nice ladies from a far away university. Right on his flat computer.

They wanted to talk to him all about go fast chairs. 

Because sometimes go fast chairs do not work so very well. 

And we have three go fast chairs. Ha. 

Now the ladies want to make go fast chairs better for everybody. Ha. That is a good idea. 

And Craig knows all about go fast chairs.

But Zita had to help. Because nobody could hear Craig. Oh dear. 

But Zita knew how. That was good for Craig. 

Tonight we will have a very tasty dinner. 

I knew that because I could smell it cooking. In a very very big pot. 

I was having a nice nap in the living room.

Because my sore foot medicine makes me a bit sleepy. Oh well.

I am going to visit my nice Doctor Waller tomorrow. 

So he can fix my foot with an operation. Oh dear me.

I am his favourite patient. He told me so. That is good. 

There is still way too much water in Emmet’s way far away city. 

The water is even on top of the sidewalks. 

But not Emmet’s sidewalks. Just the ones all around his very old university. Oh dear.

Day Three Thousand and Ten

We did not have a sleep in today.

Because today Niamh started her new job at the beautiful clothes store. Oh dear.

New jobs are alway scary. Sometimes when I have a new job I get a bit scared too.

So I sometimes dig holes in the side yard so I will not remember to be scared. 

Then I get in trouble. Oh well.

The black car took her right to downtown. So she would not be late. Ha.

You should not be late when you have a new job. It is a rule.

On the way back from downtown the black car took Zita to the grocery store.

Because in the very early in the morning there is nearly nobody there.

So when Craig was all awake there were brand new croissants in the kitchen.

So we had one for our good morning together breakfast. Just Craig and I.

Because Zita was very very busy finding numbers for the rascal ladies office. Oh well.

But my friend Emmet was very lucky. 

This morning there was a giant flood in way far away Cork city. 

And there was water all over everywhere. 

Even over the streets. 

But not on Emmet’s street. 

Because it is up the hill from the too much water river. Ha. That is good. 

He told Craig that he is just going to stay in his apartment. 

And watch his own professor tell everybody about a very interesting old old story. 

With all of Emmet’s from all over friends. 

Now Emmet will not have to get soggy feet. Ha. That is a good idea. 

After lunchtime Craig and I played catch the ball. But only for a bit.

It is a beautiful full of sunshine day today. 

When Zita was all finished the rascal ladies work we went for a nice before dinner walk.

But I had to get a new clean sock.

Because my old one was very dirty from playing catch the ball. Oh well.

Niamh’s new job was not even a bit scary. That is good.

We are going to have a very tasty together dinner tonight. Maybe with cheese. Or cookies. Maybe.

Day Three Thousand and Nine

Craig and I had a very nice sleep in this morning. 

But Zita and Niamh got up early. Too bad for them.

When we got up Craig made Zita her fluffy coffee and got me my own breakfast. Ha.

Then we had a toast with band new honey. 

From a nearly just around here farmer. Ha. That was tasty honey. Ha. Good for us.

I could only help Zita a little bit this morning.

Because of big my sleep in. Oh well.

Niamh made lunch today. For Craig too. They had soup with toasts. I got some toasts. Ha.

Then she had to go downstairs to study.

Because she had a remember everything exam this afternoon. Oh dear.

Emmet was all finished telling everybody his very interesting yesterday. 

So he played his dragons game with all his university friends. Ha. 

At lunchtime Zita went to the stone store to get even more big flat stones. 

So I stayed here to mind Craig and Niamh.

When I was minding Craig we saw an old very beautiful boat. Right on my corner.

It was a very fast made all just of of wood boat. And it was as shiny as could be. Ha.

But it was not in the empty pond. It was on a very big truck. Ha.

Wooden boats cannot stay in the water in the winter.

Because they will get get big holes and sink. Right to the bottom. Oh dear. 

So they go on vacation.

Maybe they go were my friends the ducks go. Maybe.

Zita was very busy this afternoon. 

Sometimes she was in our office and sometimes she had to use the big computer. 

So I just stayed in the living room.

Then she went for a walk. I did not go. 

Because we did not want to get my sore foot sock all soggy. 

So I minded Craig. That is an easy job.

When Niamh is all finished her remember everything exam we will have our together dinner. Ha.

Day Three Thousand and Eight

Zita and I got up very very early this morning.

So we could see my friend Emmet tell everybody in the whole world his very interesting story.

It was so early because they still have the wrong clocks in way far away Ireland. I do not know why.

But people from all over even asked Emmet questions. And he knew all the answers. That was good.

Right on his computer. 

And we could see him. All the time. Ha. That was nice.

When Emmet was all finished Zita put on new bandages on my sore foot and a new very clean sock. Ha.

Then she went to the busy street to get tasty food from our nice farmers.

I stayed and minded Craig. 

But he did not have a nice sleep in either. We got up right after Zita left. Oh well. 

And after he had his first too much coffees we played catch the ball. In my side yard. Ha.

When Zita came home from the busy street framers she brought us a giant croissant. 

So we had it for our lunchtime treat. It was a very tasty croissant. 

Then Zita got even more big heavy flat stones for our patio. 

And she had to move lots of other stones so everything would be a neat and tidy fit. Oh dear.

It took a long time to do that. 

But when I was trying to be the best minder dog ever I was a bit of a too much barking dog. 

So I had to watch the football game with Craig. Too bad for me.

So I went to fast asleep. Ha. 

Then Niamh was all finished making her bedroom all neat and tidy so she made us a delicious cake. 

It was her famous very delicious cake. That is our favourite cake. It is known.

But I did not help her.

Because I was very busy minding Zita from my watching window. 

This time I did not bark so much. Ha. 

We had a lovely together dinner tonight. 

Day Three Thousand and Seven

Today was a beautiful day for being outside. 

So we did not have a sleep in at all.

Zita and I went for a right way lovely walk. 

After I got a new sock on my sore foot. Ha.

And we found Mister Charles. Right around the corner. 

He and his helpers were fixing the stones on another house. Oh dear. 

And when we came home Craig was all awake.

And he was already to go to his old friends coffee picnic.

But Mister Paul did not come to my house today.

Because he had to go to England to fix everything. Oh dear me. 

Miss Sandra came to make sure Craig remembered where the picnic was going to be.

So they went to the empty pond park to drink their coffees and talk all about everything. 

With Mister Robert and Mister Tom. Ha.

They were there a long time today. Right until my own lunchtime. 

Zita talked to her mother and father today. And her mother knew I had a sore foot.

She even asked how I was feeling and did I have a very kind doctor. Ha. That was very nice. 

But then Zita had to make the house all spic and span again. 

With the very noisy clean the floors machine. Oh dear. 

So I went outside and played with my big red ball.

Then Craig was back home again so we played catch the ball for a little while.

And I had my lunch with cheesy treats on top. Ha. 

Miss Sash came to our house this morning. In her black new Jeep. And she drove Niamh downtown.

So they could have their coffees together before Niamh went to her work. That was nice.

Last night we watched the detective program until very late. 

So I went to fast asleep right there in the den. 

With my own comfy pillow. Good for me. 

All afternoon Zita moved even more new flat rocks all over. 

And then put lots and lots of little stones underneath them. 

I could not be a very good helper. 

Because I had to keep Craig company. 

So I could not help Zita dig all over holes. Too bad for her. 

So I dug a nice hole in my side yard. 

But I got in trouble so I had to go inside and just mind Craig again. Too bad for me.

When Zita brought Niamh home Miss Tarryn was there too. Ha.

So Miss Tarryn helped make our tasty together dinner. 

Tomorrow very early in the morning my friend Emmet is going to talk to the whole world.

He is going to tell them his why they cut off people’s heads. In long long time ago Ireland. Oh dear.

I think we will watch some of the detectives tonight. 

Maybe I will have another lovely nap. 

Day Three Thousand and Six

We got up early this morning. 

Because it was a start very early in the morning day for Niamh at the beautiful clothes store.

So Zita and the black go fast car took her right to downtown.

I stayed in the bedroom to mind Craig. He was still fast asleep. Ha.

When Zita was home I had a nice nap in the kitchen. 

Then when Craig was fast awake he made the fluffy coffee for Zita and then we had two cookies.

For our breakfast. 

Then he talked to my friend Emmet in way far away. Right on his flat computer. 

Because Emmet needs some more very interesting books. 

All about magic in way way old Ireland.

But Emmet’s books are very hard to find Craig says. Oh dear. 

Because when they find them Emmet and his university friends buy them right away. Oh dear. 

But Craig said that Mister Saint Santa can alway find them. Ha. 

It is his best job. It is known. 

Maybe they will be secret presents for Emmet at Merry Christmas time. Maybe.

Today Emmet is just going to his important meeting right on his computer.

But he has to be all dressed up. With his nice clothes. Because it is an important meeting.

And all his friends from all the other from all over everywhere universities will be there too. Oh dear.

So he is watching his friends and eating cookies and drinking his Irish tea.

Because yesterday he ate all his own made tasty donut treats. Oh well. 

Zita was talking to a rascal lady at lunchtime and she has a lovely Bouvier dog too. 

But it is a bit sick too. Oh dear. Too bad for us. 

I was not Zita’s best helper this morning. Because I was a bit too tired. 

Going to see my doctor always makes me a bit tired. 

So I just had a very nice beside Craig rest in the living room. And looked out my watching window.

But then I went and got Zita. Right in our office. And I told her we should go for a little walk. 

I had to bark at her a lot so she would know it was time to not look at the computer anymore. Ha. 

So we went on a lovely lunchtime walk. Not a very long walk. Just a around the empty pond walk.

It is not even a bit sunny outside today. Oh dear. 

We like sunshiney days more than all full of grey clouds days. Oh well. 

My friend Niamh went for a long ride on her old very fast bicycle. With Miss Tarryn. 

All the way to our very big river. 

I saw her picture. Ha. 

It was a cloudy day there too. Oh well.

I could not go with her. I am too a bit way too big to sit with Niamh on her bicycle. Oh well. Too bad for us.

Miss Tarryn came to borrow the go fast car so she could bring Niamh back home .

Because Zita was way too busy having an important meeting on the telephone to some rascal ladies. Oh dear.

Niamh and Miss Tarryn are going to make their own dinner at Miss Tarryn’s apartment tonight.

So I only have to mind Craig and Zita at dinnertime tonight. Ha.

Then we will watch the detective program. Ha. 

And I will have a nice nap. In the den. So I can mind everybody. 

Day Three Thousand and Five

We did not have a very long sleep in today. Not even Craig.

Because I had to have a squeaky clean foot bath. 

Before I went to my little hospital to see my nice Doctor Waller.

You have to be squeaky clean when to go to see your doctor. It is the rule.

Zita told me that Doctor Waller is going to look at my too sore foot again. That is good.

So right at lunchtime the go fast car took Zita and me to my just for nice polite animals hospital. 

I do not like car rides so much. 

I only like cars when they are just all stopped. And not even a bit noisy. Oh well.

We did not stay even a bit of a long time at my hospital. That is good.

But I have to go back next week. 

Because Doctor Waller is going to give me an operation on my sore foot.

So it will not be sore anymore. 

He gave me the same operation a long time ago. 

But it was on my other foot. I do not know why it is one this one now.  Oh well. Too bad for me.

And I got some more medicine too. 

Niamh is very busy today. 

She has a very long important class on her computer. It is about her new job at her beautiful clothes store. 

And today is the start of Emmet’s important far away meetings.

He is going to tell everybody in way far away Cambridge university about why you cut off people’s heads. 

But not today. Lots of other people have to tell their interesting stories too. Oh well.

Last year he went right to that university to tell everybody his other interesting story. 

All about the long long time ago kings in Ireland.

And to have a delicious dinner with all his friends. In a giant dinning room. 

But now you can only go there on your computer. 

Because of the rules. Oh dear. 

And there are too many too sick people at that university.

So Emmet is just staying in his apartment in way far away Ireland. And not in England. Ha. That is a good idea. 

This afternoon Zita moved our brand new flat rocks. 

And dug holes in the garden. With her very big shovel. 

I could not help.

Because I cannot get my sore foot all dirty. Too bad for us. 

Then Professor Jill came for an outside visit. 

On her not even a bit fast bicycle. Ha. Too bad for her.

We had a package for her. I do not know why.

Maybe it was a secret package. Maybe. 

Then Zita put lots of brand stones right beside Emmet’s window. 

My pond is as empty as can be today. Oh dear. 

The empty pond makes everybody a bit sad. Me too. Too bad for us. 

We had a very nice together dinner. Everybody talked for a long time so I had a nice nap.

Then we watched our detective program.
