Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Two

When Zita and I were all awake this morning there was so much windy rain we did not want to go for a good morning walk.

Because it was not such a good morning outside.

So we stayed in our comfy dry house and had our together breakfast. 

When Zita talked to Auntie Eileen this morning I had a very nice nap. 

Craig only had a little sleep in today. But the silly cold has still caught him. 

So he has the all the time sneezles. Oh dear. Too bad for him. 

But he got up anyway.

Because we had pretend pancakes for our together lunch. 

And we had bacon too. I got a little bit of bacon on my lunch. But I only ate the bacon. Ha. 

This afternoon Zita and the noisy make the floor clean machine cleaned Emmet’s bedroom until it was spic and span.

So Auntie Eileen can have a nice clean room to stay in. When she visits. 

Craig just watched the football games on the television. And sneezed a lot. Oh dear. Too bad for him. 

When Zita finished in Emmet’s room the noisy machine took Zita all over the basement. Now all the floors are spic and span.

Except for Niamh’s room. Because the floor is full all over with her lovely clothes. Oh well. 

Niamh is working again tonight. Until late. 

That is why we are having our especially delicious dinner on a different day. Not tonight. 

For our special dinner will not have any of Uncle Bill’s turkeys. We will have Zita’s delicious as can be ham. 

From our friends at the tasty meats store. Up on our busy street. 

Sometimes they even have Craig’s favourite oatmeal cookies. 

I do not know why. Maybe it is a mystery. Maybe.

Before dinnertime Zita and I went for a nice long all over here walk. 

Because it was not raining at all this afternoon. That was good for us. 

And we met professor Jill too. 

So she came with us. That was nice. 

We had a very nice quiet day. Sometimes they are the very best days.

Craig and Zita had squished cheesie sandwiches for dinner.

Then it was time for Zita and I to play tug the rope. 

After I won it was our watch the detective program time.

Sometimes Craig has very tasty hot chocolate when we watch the detective programs. 

He told me that Zita make the very best hot chocolate. 

Dogs cannot have chocolates. Not even delicious hot chocolate. Oh well. 

But we can have bacons. It is our own rule.
