Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Three

It was our sleep in Sunday today. 

But Zita did not have a nice sleep in. Oh dear.

I had a very long sleep in and I almost forgot my breakfast. Oh my goodness me.

Craig only had a bit of a sleep in.

And when he was all awake it was time for Zita to go to the news little apartment. To fix things.

So she took lots of our tools with her. 

And she is going to meet Miss Terrie there. Then they will make everything all beautiful for Kathy’s mother. 

She is going to be there tomorrow. Oh my goodness me. 

When I was awake Zita gave me some very tasty good morning green beans. 

And when Craig was all awake I got chicken bits on my nearly lunchtime breakfast. Ha. Good for me.

Then I had a nice nap on my comfy rug. And my own comfy pillow. Ha. 

Because it is Sunday and I was all full up. 

Last night Niamh went to a beautiful costume scary party. 

Before she went to the party Zita took her picture.

But Niamh was not so very scary. 

She was a flying all around fairy. With wings.

Maybe people thought she was one of Emmet’s nasty steal everybody away Irish fairies. Oh my goodness me.

But she was just a beautiful nice fairy. 

She would not steal everybody’s favourite cows. Oh dear me. 

Where could she put them? Cows are very big. And smelly too. Oh my goodness me. 

We did not go for our good morning walk.

Because I was still fast asleep in our now even better bedroom. Oh well.

And it was not even a nice day outside. 

Even the present man had a big do not get soggy coat on. 

He brought some too much coffees. For Craig and Zita. 

I do not like that too much coffee. I like ice cream instead. Just like my friend Niamh. 

When Niamh came upstairs she had lots of stories to read for her university.

So I got Craig to help me look out my watching window. But Zita did not come home.

Because Craig said she was still very busy with Miss Terrie.

Making the apartment all neat and tidy. And beautiful too. 

Then Niamh found my beautiful moons and stars scarf so I could have a lovely costume too. 

So I would be all dressed up when all the children come to our house. Good for us.

And then Niamh made our big pumpkin very scary. Ha. That was a good idea. 

After Niamh put the pumpkin outside she told me to look out our window and my goodness me.

Our brand new tree was as red as could be. 

Now our tree is even beautiful when all the leaves are falling off the other trees. Ha. 

When the children started to come to our house we were so busy that Mister Tony sent us a tasty pizza.

Because we were way too busy to make our own tasty dinner. My goodness me.

We had so many children here we almost gave away all the candy. Even our own candy. Oh my.

And I did not even bark at any of the children. 

Even if they had very scary costumes. Good for me. 

Zita told me that I am always the very best hallowe’en dog in the whole world. That is true.  

After our dinner Niamh went to a ladies watch a movie night. 

And Craig and zita and I watched a brand new detective program. 

Maybe it will be scary. Maybe I will have a nice nap. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Two

We did not have such a big sleep in today.

Because we had a very busy day all day today.

It was a very rainy morning today.

So Zita took Niamh to her restaurant job this morning. So she would not be soggy.

Then Zita went to the tasty grocery store. And she found brand new croissants too.

So when it was time for Craig to see all his old friends for coffee he had croissants too.

I said hello to everybody right on Craig’s flat computer. 

Because I had to help Craig with his croissants. Ha. 

Croissants are my favourite too. 

So I told all of Craig’s old friends that too. They were very happy to see me. Ha. 

Then Zita went to the big hardware store to look for something for for our all changed bedroom.

And brand new big numbers for our front door. So the present man can find us better. 

And the man who helped her was from Ireland too. 

He used to live not even very far from Zita’s mother and father’s house. Ha.

And he told her secrets. 

So she could find everything she needed. Ha. That was a good idea. 

And when Zita got home Miss Terrie called her on her telephone. 

Miss Terrie is going to help Zita get the little apartment all beautiful for Kathy’s mother. 

And Miss Terrie is from way far away Ireland too. Ha. We know lots of from Ireland people. 

My friend Emmet is very very busy today. Even on a Saturday.

Because he is at an important meeting with lots and lots of professors from the in Cork university. 

And when things just broke Emmet fixed everything. Ha. Good for Emmet. 

Emmet is an important assistant at the university. 

So the university they gave my friend Emmet an office. 

With a key just for Emmet.  Ha.

And it is not in the very very old part of the university. So it is not so cold all the time. 

And it even has a window. That is a good idea. 

We did not go for our lunchtime walk.

Because it was still just a nasty full of soggy rain day. Too bad for us.

Then Zita went to Mister IKEA’s store. To look for very beautiful things for the little apartment. 

And maybe a new bookcase for our bedroom. 

Because of our too many books.  

When she got back home we went for our before dinnertime walk.

And we were a bit a lot soggy when we got home. Oh well too bad for us. 

We had the shepherds pie for our dinnertime. With green beans too.

Green beans are my favourite. 

After dinnertime Niamh went to a scary party at Lee and Cara’s house tonight.

Tomorrow is the day when all the little children come to my house to get free candies. 

And I do not even bark at them. Some of them even know me. Ha. That is nice. 

I think we will watch more of the funny detectives tonight.

Maybe will hot chocolate for Craig. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty One

It was another go to work day today.

So we got up early so we could go on on good morning walk and still have our together breakfast.

Before it was rascal ladies work time.

I only kept Craig cosy warm for a little bit today.

Because I was very busy being Zita’s very best helper assistant. Ha.

I did not even have toasts with Craig when he was all dressed and awake.

Because I was too busy helping Zita. Too bad for me.

When Niamh was all awake she and Craig put all of Craig and Zita’s animal friends back into the bedroom. 

Because that is where they always  live.

They had to stay in the den for a very long time.

Because everything was way too busy in our bedroom after Craig’s broken legs accident. 

But now they are all back on their very own shelves. All beside their own friends. That is just right.

It is always good to be beside your friends. It is known. 

And Craig moved lots and lots of books all around in the den. 

So they would all be in the right places. 

Because when your books are neat and tidy you can find them again. 

Craig always has lots of books. Even on the floor. 

Craig had a very late lunchtime today.

He had the rolled up eggs from way way far away China. 

So I helped him eat the very crunchy ends. Ha.

Then it was time for me to help Zita with her very important meetings this afternoon. Good for me. 

It was a full of sunshine day today. But it was not so warm outside. 

So I had my afternoon nap in our office so I could mind Zita at the same time.

All afternoon Niamh was very very busy too. Reading even more stories for her university.

But I could not help her today.

Because I was way to busy helping Zita with our rascal ladies work. Oh dear me.

When Zita’s head was just too full she went to Kathy’s mother’s new little apartment.

She she could take more pictures for Kathy.

And to fix everything all up so it will be as beautiful as can be. 

We had spaghettis for our just us dinner tonight.

Then we watched our very funny detective program. It was not even a bit scary. That is a good program. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty

I slept in our all different bedroom last night. And I did not even get a bit lost. Good for me.

And when Zita and I were all awake we went for a very long walk. 

We went to our empty lake and all around the empty as could be flower gardens. Oh well.

But it was a very nice walk anyway.

And after our breakfast Niamh was all awake.

Because she had a meeting with people from her walk all around the university class. 

I got up on the comfy bed so I could mind Craig while he listened to his very new book. 

Zita was very busy this morning.

She went to help Kathy’s family get the little apartment ready for Kathy’s mother. 

So they could put all her very favourite things in the room. 

Kathy is going to bring her here on an aeroplane. But not today. 

Because everything is not ready yet.

That is why Zita is helping. Ha. 

We did not have our toasts until lunchtime today.

Because Craig only made the toasts when he had his next another coffee. Too bad for me.

But then when he had his other coffee we had two fat toasts. 

With peanut butter and honey on top. Ha. 

It was only sometimes a bit sunny today. And it was not even very warm. 

So I did not have my lunchtime nap outside today.

I just had a nice inside my kitchen nap. On my comfy rug. 

After Mister Aidan brought Zita home she and Craig were very busy.

Moving things back into the bigger than before bedroom. Ha. They even found things they thought they lost. 

Even brand new T-shirts for Craig. Ha. 

And when Niamh got home she had another costume. The one with wings too. They are just like mine.

But Niamh cannot fly like a bird either. Oh well. Too bad for us.

When Zita took Niamh to her very busy restaurant I had my own dinner. 

With my favourite happy cows cheese on top. 

Craig and Zita had flat eggs from France for our dinnertime. With toasts too. 

Then Craig had to find a brand new detective program for us to watch. 

That is his very best job. Because it is not so very hard. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Nine

We were all awake early this morning. Craig was even all fast awake before I was. Ha. That was silly.

But Niamh had a sleep in.

Because she worked until late last night. 

But we were up early and Zita moved the whole bedroom all over again.

So Mister Damian could make a new get dressed table so the new go fast chair can fit underneath it.  

When Zita was moving everything everywhere Craig made her fluffy coffee.

And then he made our good morning toasts. That is just right. 

And then Zita had her own too much coffee with us when we looked out our watching window.

The just for a movie trucks were still there this morning.

But nobody came to ask me to be a fierce minder dog for their movie. Maybe next time. 

Then Mister Damian came here with his big truck and lots and lots of wood. 

And lots of his noisy machines. 

But I could not stay to watch him.

Because I had to go to my little hospital this morning.

Because I had a cut on my bottom. Oh my goodness me. 

So Zita and I went in the go fast car.

And Craig stayed here so here could have more too much coffee. 

And so he could mind still fast asleep Niamh. 

When we got to my hospital nice Doctor Waller was busy fixing another dog.

So a very nice lady Doctor gave me some fix me all up medicine. Good for me.

And I did not talk back at all. Not even one time. Ha. 

Because I am a very polite lady dog. And ladies are always polite. It is the rule. 

And when we got back home Niamh was awake too. 

But last night she forgot to put her very delicious late at night dinner in the refrigerator. 

So she could not eat it. Too bad for her.

So she had chips for her breakfast lunchtime. Oh dear me. 

Maybe she will have a sick tummy. Maybe. 

This afternoon I stayed in our office so I could help Zita.

And because Mister Damian was making very loud noises with his very loud machines. 

So I just stayed beside Zita where it was not even a bit too scary. Ha. 

And even before it was time for our before dinner walk Mister Damian was finished. 

So now Craig can get into both go fast chairs right from his new getting all dressed up table. 

And now there is even more room on the floor for my comfy duvet. Ha. That was a good idea. 

Zita and I had a new nice walk. But it was not a very long walk.

Because I am always a bit tired when I come home from my Doctor’s. 

And then we had our own made lasagna for our together dinner. Ha. Lasagna is my favourite. 

But you cannot have nice lasagna treats if your nice Doctor says you are a little bit too chubley. Too bad for me. 

We watched a different detective last night. Not the maybe full of bagpipes music detective program.

I think we will have to watch that tonight. Oh well. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Eight

We had a nice quiet day today.

But our vacation was all over. Oh dear. Too bad for Zita and me. 

But Niamh did not have to go to her nice university today.

Because this is the time when all the students have to read all their interesting stories that they forgot to read. 

So Niamh had a nice sleep in. And so did Craig. Ha.

But I was a bit very busy looking out my watching window.

Because my street was all filled up everywhere with giant trucks. Oh goodness me. That was interesting.

Because they were making a real movie on my street. Maybe even in my empty pond park. Oh dear.

I could not see everything so well.

Because they were all the way down to Kathy’s street. Oh well. 

Maybe they will need a very big brave and fierce dog just like me to save everybody. Right at the end of the movie. Maybe.

Then I would be on the television. Ha. 

If you are on television you get lots of tasty treats. It is the rule. 

We did not go on a good morning walk.

Because it was not even a very nice morning outside. It was a cold all the day windy rain day. 

And Zita and I did not want to be soggy cold. Ha. Good for us. 

At lunchtime Zita went for her rest her brain walk. I did not go.

Because it was still a nasty cold rain outside. 

So I stayed here to watch the movie people. And mind Craig and Niamh.

Niamh made us tasty toasty cheese sandwiches for our lunchtime treats. 

Cheesie toasties are my favourites. Ha. 

After lunchtime Zita was very busy so it was time for me to be her very best helper assistant. That is my best job.

Then I helped Niamh read her brand new interesting story. 

I was right under the dining room table keeping her toasty warm.

Then it was time for Niamh to go to her until late tonight job. 

But because her old bicycle is too old and not even a bit safe anymore Zita and our go fast car took her to the busy street restaurant. 

Then Zita and I went for a little before dinner walk. It was only raining a bit.

So we were only just a bit very soggy when we got home. 

I got to lay on my own comfy towels and mind Zita in the kitchen when she made our dinner.

We had those tasty sausages.  

After our dinner we watched the detective from the nearly Scotland islands tonight.

But I went to fast asleep right away.

In case somebody played their bagpipes. Ha. Too bad for them. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Seven

We got up a bit early this morning. 

Because it was a very busy day today.

So we did not go for a good morning walk. 

Because we were way too busy.

We had to move everything in our bedroom. 

And Zita did it all by herself.

And she used the very sharp saw to make everything fit just perfectly. Ha.

But now everything in my bedroom is changed. 

Maybe I might get all lost when I go to bed. Oh my goodness me.

When Zita was finished we had our together toasts.

But I had to wait a very long time before Craig and Zita were all ready. Too bad for me.

My friend Niamh got on the good do not fall over and crash train. That is the right kind of train.

Not Emmet’s Russian fall over and crash all the time trains. That is the wrong kind of train. 

Niamh sent me a picture of her and Miss Tarryn right on the train. Ha.

Before lunchtime Craig and Zita put a brand new handle on our bathroom door. All by themselves. 

So now there is not a big hole in the door. That is good. 

I could not be a helper. Because there was not enough room.

So I had a nice relax in the kitchen. All by myself.

Then Zita had to but all the bedroom back just like it was.

Because Mister Damian could not be here today. Oh my goodness me.

But now I will not get all lost in our own bedroom. That is good. 

It was so windy outside today that now there are old leafs everywhere. 

But our nice trees are still all green. They must be very stubborn trees. 

That is good. 

Because I am very stubborn too. Craig told me so. Ha. Good for me. 

After Zita moved everything back she went to get me a big bag of brand new food. 

So I would not starve all away. 

And when she got home she had my friend Niamh too. Ha. That was a good trip. 

Tasty food and Niamh too. Ha. 

Zita made us wonderful own made lasagna for our dinner. Lasagna is my favourite.

Because it has lots and lots of  cheese. 

After our dinner Niamh went to her very comfy bed early tonight.

Because she did not sleep so much in Toronto. Oh dear. 

Then Craig and Zita and I watched two detective programs.

And then everybody was very tired so we went to our just the same bedroom. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Six

We had a little sleep in today.

Because it was sleep in Sunday.

And everybody was very tired. Me too. 

When Zita and I were very awake I took her on a very long walk in the beautiful day outside today.

Before we went we took my bandage sock off today. 

And I think my toe is all better again. 

We visited our lovely little lake. But it is all empty too. Oh well. 

It was only a bit too cold this morning. But I am very furry so I did not care. Ha. Good for me.

When Craig was all awake Craig and Zita and I had round toasts for our together nearly lunchtime breakfast.

With tasty blueberries on top. Ha.

Because we ate all the very delicious strawberries jam. Oh well. 

Then Zita cleaned our bedroom so we can move everything all around tomorrow. 

Because Mister Damian is going to build us a brand new get dressed on table. Just for my friend Craig.

This afternoon Auntie Jane and Cousin Christina came to our city visit Craig’s Mother.

And they all went to Niamh’s own restaurant for a tasty lunch. Ha. 

And they seven ate outside. Ha. 

Then they came to my house to visit us. Visit days are my very favourite days. 

So I minded everybody all by myself. That was an easy job.

Cousin Christina went downstairs to visit Niamh’s bedroom. 

And she sent Niamh pictures of her own bedroom. I did not know why. 

Then Zita drove Auntie Jane and Cousin Christina to the aeroport.

 So they could find their back to Toronto aeroplane. And not be late. 

Last night Niamh went to Tara’s giant beautiful costume party. 

She wore a red as could be costume. Oh my goodness me.

And when the party was all over Niamh and Miss Tarryn slept at Tara’s apartment.

Because it was very early in the morning. That was good. 

And my friend Emmet was very happy today. 

Because lots of people went to his own very important meeting. 

And asked lots and lots of interesting questions too.

So he was very happy. It is always nice to be happy. It is known. 

We had hamburgers for out dinner tonight. Hamburgers are my favourite too. 

Mister Tom brought us some brand new detective programs. 

Even the new one where everybody lives on the little island beside Scotland. 

We cannot understand them so much. Oh well. 

Maybe we will watch it tonight.

Or maybe another one. If we are not way too sleepy. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five

We had to get up very very early this morning. All of us. Even Craig and me. Oh my goodness me.

So the go fast car could take Zita and Auntie Eileen to the aeroport and not be late. 

There was not even a bit of sunshine outside when I was all awake. 

When Zita and Auntie Eileen were all gone it was not just all dark anymore.

So I watched the car go down my other street. Until it was all away. That is not my favourite job. 

So when only Craig and I were here we had our breakfast. I got chicken on mine. 

Craig only had some toasts. He did not have even a bit of chicken. 

I do not know why. Oh well. Too bad for him.

Since I was all awake way too early this morning I had a very nice quiet morning.

Because I was fast asleep on my comfy kitchen rug. Ha. 

At lunchtime Craig’s hockey team was on the television. Even in the afternoon.

So a man brought us a milkshake and some pretend chips from Mister McDonald’s store.

Because you have to have something tasty to eat when you watch a hockey game. 

Then maybe your team will win. Maybe. 

I had to have some chips too. 

Because there were too many for Craig to eat all by himself. 

So I was his best lunchtime helper. Good for me. 

And there was a kick the ball game up on our busy street. 

So there were lots and lots of people all over my street.

I had to watch them. So nobody would steal our beautiful flowers. That is my favourite job too. Ha. 

But then I was fast asleep and when I was very awake there was a very big police truck. Right in my own driveway. 

Oh my goodness me. 

So I went and barked at Craig until he came into our living room. 

But the police truck did not come to get us. 

They just talked to Miss Ginny. 

I do not know why. Either did my friend Craig. My goodness me. 

I had to have my dinner before Zita came home.

Because I was too hungry. 

And I did not want to starve all away like a skeleton. Oh my. 

But we only had a little dinnertime when when zita got home.

Because we were too tired for a big delicious dinner. 

So we went to our comfy bed early tonight. Ha. That was a good idea.

And we were the only ones here. 

Emmet was in was far away Cork. 

And Niamh was at Tara’s in not too far away Toronto. 

And Auntie Eileen on her do not get lost aeroplane and was nearly back in way far away Dublin.

So it was just us here. Fast asleep. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Four

We had an very busy day today.

Last night my toenail was all bleeding again.

And I thought it was all fixed. 

But I was very brave and zita fixed it all up again. So now I have a brand new sock on my foot. Ha.

And that is why we did not go on a walk this morning. Oh well.

I got up on the big bed all by myself to keep Craig comfy warm. Ha.

Zita went downtown to get a new picture card for Emmet in way far away.

My friend Emmet is very very busy.

Because there is a very big meeting and Emmet and his friends are in charge.

And he had to read everybody one of his brand new stories. 

Maybe the one all about the long long time ago boys who just steal everyone’s cows all the time. Maybe. 

They should have big fierce dogs like me to guard those cows. Then the cows would be all safe. 

They do not steal cows in my country anymore. Ha. Good for us.

Last night Auntie Jane found Niamh in Toronto and then Niamh and Miss Tarryn went to visit cousin Christina’s house. 

And Miss Tarryn and cousin Christina played lovely music on the piano. 

But there was only one piano so they had to share. Oh well. 

At lunchtime Zita and Auntie Eileen went to do even more shopping. That is their favourite job.

But they had to come home.

Because Zita spilled a big bottle of water all over herself. 

So she had to come home to get brand new pants and even new underwear. Oh my goodness me.

Then they went out again.

And I got some chicken right on top of my lunch. That was a good idea. 

Then I had a living room rug nap. So I could mind Craig. 

He was in the living room too. 

We had a nice quiet afternoon. 

Zita and Auntie Eileen got home at dinner time. 

So we had dinner nearly right away. And we had two kinds of sausages.

But I did not have any. I had some tasty chicken instead.

Then Zita and Auntie Eileen were very busy.

They had to fill up Auntie Eileen’s big bags to the top. 

So she can take lots and lots of stuff on the aeroplane. 

And take them back to Ireland tomorrow. Oh goodness me.

Then we had some of professor Jill’s own made pie. With ice cream too. 

That was a very good dessert. 

But we did not watch any detective programs tonight.

Because we had to go to bed early. 

Because everybody has to get up very very early tomorrow. And even Craig too. 

So the black go fast car can take Zita and Auntie Eileen to the aeroport in Toronto. 

And Toronto is where Niamh is too. 

So they will both be there at the same time. But not altogether. Oh well. Too bad for them. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Three

We were very busy this morning.

Because today Niamh went to Toronto. 

On a nice do not crash anywhere train. So she and Miss Tarryn can visit Tara. 

Niamh had to pack everything in her bedroom. Even four pairs of beautiful shoes. Oh my goodness me.

And her beautiful costume for the beautiful costumes party with Tara. 

This morning after breakfast Zita and Auntie Eileen went to visit Craig’s mother old little apartments building.  

To take lots of pictures for Kathy.

Because Kathy’s mother is going to come to our city and live in a little apartment there. Ha. 

And Kathy wanted to know what it looked like inside. That is why Zita took lots and lots of pictures. 

When they came back home Craig got up too. 

And this morning Professor Jill brought us an own made pie. 

And it was a full as could be of raspberries pie. Raspberries are my favourite too. Ha. 

That was a very tasty present. 

And then it was time for Zita to find Miss Tarryn and take her to the train’s station with my friend Niamh. 

In the go fast car. 

I stayed here and Craig and I had fat toasts for our own breakfast. 

Just like we always did. Ha. Good for us. 

It is not such a nice day today. Just a rainy full of all the time clouds day. Oh well.

So I stayed inside and minded Craig when he read his book. 

It is always cosy warm inside my house. Good for us. 

Zita and Auntie Eileen stayed downtown all afternoon.

So they could find some secret Merry Christmas presents for everybody. That was a good idea.

Tonight we are having a very tasty chicken for our dinner. 

Zita told Craig and I heard them. Ha. Chicken is my favourite. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Two

I took Zita and Auntie Eileen on a lovely long walk this morning. 

Because it is a very beautiful day outside today. 

We went to both our all empty as could be ponds. 

And when we got back home my bandage sock was gone. Oh well.

Now my toe is all better. Ha. Good for me.

Then I helped them have their morning relax. 

And we had our together breakfast.

And then my friend Niamh was all awake too.

The present man brought Niamh and me beautiful wings. I do not know why. Oh well. 

But when I had my wings on I could not fly like a bird. 

Maybe I have to practice a lot of times. Maybe. 

Then everybody got dressed and Craig too.

And Niamh had leather pants on. Just like our leather comfy sofa. Ha. 

Craig said she looked dangerous. 

That was not true. She just looked like my best friend Niamh. 

So then Zita and Niamh and Auntie Eileen went to a coffee store. 

For their extra breakfast. 

The one on the busy street with the extremely delicious croissants and donuts. That is a good store.  

So they sat outside in the beautiful sunshine and had their extra breakfast tasty treats. Ha.

Then they went to the new very special store where you buy everything to make you feel better. 

And the man there was from Ireland. Ha.

So they got lots of very free things. Ha. That was nice. 

So when they came home they brought us a very tasty donut for our lunchtime. Ha.

But Craig did not share his tasty treat.

Because I had a very rumbley tummy this morning. Too bad for me.

It was such a beautiful day outside we went for another walk around our neighbourhood.  

And it was a altogether walk. 

Because Craig and Auntie Eileen came too. I was very excited. And I told everybody that. Ha. 

Those are my favourite walks. Ha.

When we got home Niamh was very busy doing her work for her university class. 

And printing lots of important papers. So I had a nice nap beside her. 

Before dinnertime Zita and Auntie Eileen went to see Niamh’s lovely restaurant.

But Niamh is working until late at night tonight. Oh well. 

I stayed here so I could mind my friend Craig.

Now Craig is the only boy in the whole house. Ha. Too bad for him.

Our Auntie Eileen made our own dinner tonight. Ha.

It was a from Mexico dinnertime. Ha. I had a nice nap right under the dining room table. 

So I could mind everybody. All by myself. That is my favourite job. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy One

We are still on our own vacation. And Auntie Eileen too.

But Niamh had to go to her very early in the morning call at her nice university today.

So Zita and the go fast car took her there.

Today is Niamh’s stay at her university until dinnertime day.

So she even had to eat lunch there too. Oh well.

When Zita got home we did not go for our good morning walk today.

Because I still have my sock on my sore toe. Oh well. 

When Auntie Eileen was all awake we had a together breakfast. 

Then Craig was all awake and dressed. 

Because his very nice Doctor Lindsey came to have fluffy coffee with us. 

And to give Craig his do not catch the flu shot. Right here in our house. Ha. That was a good idea.

Yesterday she gave Niamh a shot too. But it was in her office. Ha.

When she was gone Zita and Auntie Eileen went to do some shopping.

And maybe have an adventure walk to see the beautiful coloured trees. 

Or maybe find a delicious restaurant that has very tasty lunchtime treats. 

It is only a bit cold today.

Last night I saw Emmet on the television. 

He was telling everybody all about cutting off people’s heads. 

And sometimes keeping them inside their house. Oh dear me. That is not such a good story.

Emmet should just tell his big story about Mister Cú Chulainn and his brave friends. 

The ones with the giant dogs in them. Those are nice stories. 

There are not any cut off heads in those stories. Just lots of people stealing everybody’s cows. Oh well. 

When he was all finished his story people asked him questions. Oh my goodness me. 

And my friend Emmet even knew all the answers. Good for Emmet. Ha. 

After I had my lunchtime nap I had my lunch. Ha. 

Because I was fast asleep at lunchtime. Oh well. I got some happy cow cheese too. 

Then I looked out my watching window for a long time. 

Now my pond is as empty as can be. 

Empty ponds are not so very interesting as a full of ducks pond. Oh well. 

Zita went and found Niamh and Tarryn near their university. 

Because they made our tasty dinner tonight. 

We had delicious own made pastas. 

Niamh used her brand new machine.  You have to put sticky stuff in the top.

And then when you turn the handle own made pastas come right out. All ready to cook. Ha. 

That is a very good machine. And it is not even noisy. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy

Zita and I had a little sleep in so we went on our good morning walk by ourselves.

Because everyone else was fast asleep.

Then we had our together breakfast when Niamh and Auntie Eileen were all awake. 

But then when I was outside in my side yard there was blood all over everywhere. 

And it was mine. Oh my goodness me.

My toenail was a bit too short and it started to bleed all over.

But Zita and Niamh fixed it all up with some hard soap. 

And then they put two socks right on my foot. So I would be all better very soon. 

Then Niamh had to go to work and Craig had to have his too much coffee so I had a very nice nap.

In the living room. Right beside everybody. 

Craig and I had a tasty peanut butter and honey sandwich for our lunch.

But then Zita had to find the noisy blow everything away machine. 

So she could clean up my side yard. And Auntie Eileen cleaned up the dirt on our patio.

I could not be a very big help. 

Because Craig said I had to be resting dog. Until my toe was all better. 

Auntie Eileen found some full of peanuts candy. 

Peanut candy is Craig’s favourite but she said she would share it with him. That was nice. 

Then Zita and Auntie Eileen went to do some more errands and maybe some shopping too. 

That is their favourite job. Ha.

I stayed here and rested with my friend Craig.

We are very good at resting. It is known. It is not so hard a job. Ha.

Then Niamh came home early. Because the restaurant was all empty after lunchtime.

When Zita was home she took Niamh to visit her nice Doctor. 

And that Doctor is going to come to my house tomorrow morning. To see Craig. 

Because she is my friend Craig’s Doctor too. Ha. That is funny. 

When everybody was home it was my very favourite time. It was dinnertime. Ha.

We had sausages for our dinner tonight. Sometimes I get sausage bits. 

Sausages are very tasty. It is known. And they are good for you too. Ha. 

Especially if you have a sore toe. Ha. 

Very soon Niamh is going on the do not crash train to visit Tara. In Toronto. To go to a party. 

So Tara is making her special for pastas sauce. In the biggest ever pot. Full up to the top with tomatoes. 

But they are not our tomatoes. They are onlyToronto tomatoes. Oh well too bad for her. 

I got some special happy cow cheese on my second dinner. That is very tasty cheese. 

We did not watch any detective programs tonight because everybody was too busy talking.

So I had a nice comfy rest. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Nine

Today is Sunday sleep in day.

But we only had a little sleep in.

Because I had to take Zita and Auntie Eileen for their good morning walk. That is my favourite job.

And when we got home Niamh was all awake too so we had our together breakfast. 

Except for Craig.

Because he had a nice sleep in. 

But when he was all up everybody had the very tasty from Italy cake that Zita and Auntie Eileen found yesterday on their walk. 

And some too much coffees too. 

Before lunchtime Zita read Niamh’s new not very big story for her university.

And then Zita and Auntie Eileen went shopping for lots of things. Ha.

I stayed here and minded Craig and Niamh.

I had a very nice quiet afternoon. 

Niamh was very busy writing her new story this afternoon. 

And then Craig read it again. 

So it was all perfect when Niamh gave it to her professor. That was good. 

It was a rainy day outside so I just stayed in the living room. Right beside Niamh. 

Craig just watched the football games in the den. And ate some chocolate. 

Because Auntie Eileen brought all the chocolates in the world to our house.

And even a giant chocolate bar for Craig. Zita’s mother sent it to him. That was nice.

When Zita and Auntie Eileen came home they had some nearly new used clothes. Ha. 

We are having delicious chicken for our together dinner tonight. 

Chicken is my favourite because there is always extra after dinnertime. And lots of time I get some pieces. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Eight

When we were all awake we did not go for a good morning walk.

Because there was so much rain we could not even see our pond. 

When I was all awake Auntie Eileen was here too.

Because she slept in Emmet’s very comfy bedroom. All night. 

So then Zita and Auntie Eileen just sat in our living room and looked out the window. 

I minded them because they were too busy talking to mind themselves. Ha.

My friend Niamh did not even get home late last night. 

So she got home early in the morning. Oh dear me.

And she has to go to her work this afternoon. Oh my goodness. Too bad for her.

And there is a football game today. 

Right at the same place as Niamh’s giant restaurant. Oh dear. 

So she will be very very busy. Too bad for her.

After Craig was all awake I took Zita and Auntie Eileen on a nice walk. 

So I could show our Auntie Eileen my ponds.

But they were almost empty when we got there. Oh dear.

It is because the winter will come and fill them all up with the too much snow. 

So there will not be enough room for the water too. That is silly.

When Niamh was all awake she had one of Craig’s all rolled up from China eggs for her breakfast. 

And it was really lunchtime. That is silly.

We had some fat round bacons for our lunchtime sandwiches sandwiches. 

Bacons are my favourite too. 

So I got some too. On my food. Ha. 

Because I did not eat my breakfast until our lunchtime. 

Just like my friend Niamh. Ha. 

In the afternoon Zita and Auntie Eileen went for a long walk. Even past my favourite lake. 

So they could visit the very big hardware store and find a brand new handle for the bathroom door. That was a god idea.

I did not go because I had to mind Craig. 

Craig was just watching the football game so I had a very nice nap on the comfy living room rug. 

When Zita and Auntie Eileen got home it was nearly our dinnertime. 

So they went up to the busy street to the special tasty grocery store. 

And they found a very big tasty pizza for us.

And I got a very crunchy piece on top of my dinner.

Then I minded Zita and Auntie Eileen because they had to have their after dinnertime tea. That is an easy job. 

Craig just watched his football game and the hockey game. At the same time.

But both his teams lost. Too bad for him. 

Day Three Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Seven

It was a very busy morning this morning. 

Because today is the day that Zita went to Toronto to find Auntie Eileen at the giant aeroport. Oh my goodness me.

So she was very busy putting lots and lots of tasty snacks in a very big bag. Some very big pieces of cheese too. Ha. 

So Zita and her sister would not starve when they drove back to our house. That is a good idea.

So we only had a very little just around here walk before she put everything in the go fast car. 

I watched out my windows when the go fast car left. And Zita waved to me. Ha. 

Niamh was at her favourite class early today. 

So after Zita and the black car went to a bit far away Toronto it was only Craig and I in our house. 

Zita told me to mind him. 

Because he still has the sneezels. Too bad for him.

Last night when Zita and I were busy packing everything for her trip Craig watched the hockey game. 

It was their first game and they even won. Ha. 

Then we watched the new detective program with Zita’s favourite lady detective. I had a very nice nap. 

Craig and I had the especially delicious other kind of round toasts for our breakfast.

With blueberries jam from our nice farmers. 

But the strawberries jam was all gone. Oh well. 

And I got little bit of used ham on my lunch. 

But then I was a bit tired so I had my after lunchtime nap. 

That is a good time for a nap. It is known.

The present man brought Niamh even more shoes. Oh my goodness me.

And these are fat shoes. Oh dear. 

Then Zita talked to us. Right on Craig’s flat computer. Not even on his own telephone. That was silly.

She wanted to know if I was being the very best minder ever. 

And he said I was. 

Because he always tells Zita the truth. It is the rule. Ha. Good for me. 

Craig showed me the magic map. Zita found Auntie Eileen at the aeroport. In Toronto. 

Her aeroplane did not get lost. That is good. 

But now they have to drive back. And eat all the treats Zita brought. Ha.

At dinnertime a lady brought us lots of tasty food from way way far away China. And tasty soup too.

But there was so much Craig could not even eat it all. 

So he put it into the refrigerator. 

So we can eat it again tomorrow. 

That was a good idea.

Then I had a very nice quiet nap.
