Day Two Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Eight

Zita and I and even Craig got up very early this morning. Ha.

Because today is our longest day again. The radio said so. Ha.

Because today is summertime again. Good for us.

And today is the remember all the people who lived here first day.

Sometimes people forget that there were lots of people right here.

Even before the Vikings lived here. But the Vikings did not stay.

They went to way far away Ireland.

To steal everything there instead. They even stole all of Emmet’s old Gods.

That is why they now only have Mister God now. Too bad for them. Oh dear.

Zita and I went for our good morning walk with Professor Jill and the little dog.

It was as beautiful as can be outside today. It was not even a little bit too hot today.

Yesterday before dinnertime Craig pulled up lots and lots and lots of awful weeds.

They were just all over my patio. That is not right.

Then his hands were as dirty as could be. Ha.

He did not ask me to help. I am the best digging in the garden dog ever. Too bad for him.

I get very dirty too. Good for us.

Craig drove Niamh to her important meeting today. Before lunchtime. Ha.

Then she went to the Centre Building.

Because she has to make up lots of things for the little children to do. When their schools are all finished.

And Niamh is in charge. Too bad for them.

When Craig came home we had two fat crunchy peanut butter sandwiches.

With strawberry jam today. Ha.

After lunchtime my friend Emmet went up to the busy street. To our Doctor Don’s office.

So they could fix his broken tooth all up.

When he came home he could not feel his own face. Only a little bit. Oh dear. He told me. That is not all right.

Then he put new pieces in the printer. So he could see all his very old stories. On paper. Not just the computer.

Craig was just reading new stories in the den.

So I had a very nice nap.

It is football game time again. And my street will be full of looking for empty spaces cars. And lost people too.

And policemen with the take you away because you cannot park there trucks. Oh dear.

Maybe Zita and I will not go for our nice walk before dinnertime.

Because of the too many not looking out for us cars.  Oh dear. Too bad for us.
