Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Seven

Everybody had a very nice quiet day today.

Because everybody is very busy doing their work.

Zita and the go fast car had to go the the giant post office again this morning.

So I had our together toasts with Craig. 

Then I looked out my watching window until Zita came home.

And then it was time for me to be her own very busy special helper. 

So I was very busy so I only had one toast today. Oh well. 

And Niamh was reading a very big book for her nice university class.

Craig was not so busy as the rest of us.

But he was tired too. Because of the wrong clocks. Too bad for us.

I nearly forgot all about my lunch time. Oh dear me. 

Craig had to remind me. Oh dear me. 

Then Miss Tarryn came to visit Niamh. 

So she could read her own interesting book for her university class.

This afternoon Craig was looking for blinds for the windows in the bedroom.

Special ones that go up and down when you talk to them. Ha. That is a silly idea. 

And Craig has started a brand new book. 

It is another story about the very nice detective who lives in the city that has nearly only canals. 

And only just some side walks. 

But they are only in front of the giant churches. Oh dear me.

I do not think I would like to live there. Oh well.

When Miss Tarryn came over she helped Niamh make a tasty lunch.

I did not have any. I was way to busy being a big help in our rascal ladies office. 

When we were all finished our work I took Zita for a nice walk with Professor Jill too.

I had to have my very red warm coat on. 

Because it was windy cold today. Oh dear.

And we were almost frozen into icicles when got home. 

But my house is cosy warm so our noses did not just fall off.  That is good. 

And then we made toasty bacon sandwiches for our dinner. Ha. 

Bacon sandwiches always makes you warm inside. Even your nose. 

I like crunchy bacon. A lot. It is known.

Then Zita had to go another important meeting on her computer. Even after dinnertime. 

So I stayed with her in our rascal ladies office. To keep her company.

Maybe we will watch the detective from way way far away Australia tonight. 

Or maybe we will go to fast asleep early. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Six

I thought we had a nice sleep in but we did not.

Because the clocks are different again today. That is silly.

Zita said we lost an hour. I do not know why. 

She said we get it back before my sing happy birthday day. 

Maybe we put it in our nice bank. Up on the busy street. 

Maybe I will get a giant treat when we go to get it again. Maybe.

Nice polite dogs always get giant treats at my bank. Ha. That is a good bank. 

Zita and I went for a little walk this morning. Not for a long walk.

Because it was very windy cold this morning. 

So it was not such a good day for a lovely go all over everywhere walk. 

When we got home Zita made her own coffee and talked to her way far away parents. 

Today is the special just for mother’s day today. But only in Ireland. 

They have a different day from us. I do not know why.

Maybe Emmet’s old Gods’ mothers were in Ireland before our mothers were only here. Maybe. 

Maybe it is a story in one of Emmet very fat interesting books. Maybe. 

Craig had a very big listening to his book sleep in today. Until nearly my lunchtime. 

And when he was all awake Zita and doctor Susan and Miss Chris went for their adventure walk.

But not for a long walk today. 

Because it is was still all windy nasty cold outside.

So they did not go so far today. They even had cold ears.Too bad for them.

Niamh was very busy today. Because of her too many clothes. 

She had to make special places for them. 

So she will know when they are all dirty as can be. Oh dear. 

After lunchtime Zita and Craig and I looked for nice sinks. 

But there are way too many sinks. Even in just our own stores. Too bad for us.

Then Zita had to paint the bedroom again. 

And not even with our very colourful beautiful paint. 

Just with the do not see the old paint paint.

Because I could not be Zita’s very best helper I had a long afternoon nap. Right on my comfy rug. Ha.

We had a very delicious together dinner tonight. It was very early. 

Because of the wrong clocks.  

We had all folded up chicken and lots of cheese on top. Ha.

Then Miss Sash’s Jeep found Niamh so they could go to Miss Tarryn and Miss Anna’s apartment.

Then I minded Craig and Zita in the den. 

The rug in the den is very soft. And I have my own pillow. Good for me. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Five

We only had a little sleep in today.

Because it was a very busy morning.

Craig had to go to his old friends breakfast coffees on his computer.

Because it is old friends Saturday.

And Zita and I had to find a beautiful new sink for our little new bathroom. 

A nice sink. 

Not a way too expensive sink. Oh dear. 

Some sinks are too expensive. Dear me.

Then Zita and I went for our nice just around here walk. It was a very cold windy day today.

So I wore my coat. 

So I would not just be frozen and ice. Oh dear.

At lunchtime Zita started to paint the bedroom. Oh dear. 

But I could not help her. I could not even go in the bedroom for a nice helper nap. 

Even nice dogs like me are not such very helpful painters. Oh dear. Too bad for us.

And Zita has to paint all the walls one not so nice colour colour before she can put our beautiful colours on the wall. 

I do not know why. 

Beautiful painting is very difficult. And Craig could not help either.

Because you have to start at the very top. And not just the very middle. Or the bottom. Oh well. 

Zita drove Niamh to her downtown work today. But not until newly our lunchtime.

That is when I had my lunch with tasty turkeys on top. Ha. 

And then I minded our house. Until Zita came back home. 

Then it was time for my afternoon nap. 

Afternoon naps are my favourite. 

So I had a very quiet afternoon.

Because I was just fast asleep. Ha. 

And when I was all awake Zita was all finished painting. 

But not the real beautiful paint. 

It was just the cover up the old paint paint. 

I do not know why she has to paint everything two times. That is a lot of painting. Oh dear me. 

My friend Niamh is going to work until nearly late again tonight. At the beautiful clothes store.

So I only have to mind Craig and Zita for our dinnertime. 

Last night when we watched the detective program Craig had some ice cream. 

But he dropped some right on the floor in the den. Ha. 

It was very delicious ice cream. 

Maybe we will have more ice cream tonight. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Four

Everybody got up very early this morning. 

Nearly before the very bright sunshine got here.

Because Mister Mat’s friends came to make the tiny bathroom even before my breakfast. Oh dear.

But I even knew the two men. 

They were were before. 

They made the other bathroom in the basement.

So I did not bark at them so very much. Ha. 

Craig and I had a very early together breakfast today. 

We had two cookies. Ha. 

Then Zita and Niamh and I looked and looked at lots of brand new colours for the big bedroom. 

Because we are going to move everything all around. Oh dear me.

I do not like it when everything changes. 

And we are even going to paint some of the walls a brand new colour. Oh dear me. 

So Zita and Niamh had to find the just perfect colour. 

But it was very hard to find that colour. It was in a just full of different colours book. 

So they asked me to be their helper. Ha. That is my very best job. 

I was a big help too. 

After we found a very beautiful colour Zita drove Niamh to Miss Tarryn’s apartment.

To help her with her university homework.

And when Zita came home it was time for our lunchtime walk. Ha. 

Professor Jill came with us too. That was nice. 

I did not have to wear my very warm coat today. That was good. 

You cannot feel the lovely breeze blowing all over you when you have to wear a coat. 

Then Zita and the go fast car went and found the sell only beautiful paint store. Ha.

So when they came home Zita brought the new beautiful paint home too.

But we are not going to paint everything right away. Just some things. 

Because the very little bathroom will not be finished for a little while. 

Because we are going to find a beautiful brand new sink.

Then the the nice men will make it work just right for my friend Craig. 

And then they will fill the hole in the wall that they made. Oh dear me. 

Then we will paint the walls and move everything. Oh dear me. 

Maybe there will not be any room for my comfy on the floor bed. Oh dear me. 

I do not like anything to change. It is known. 

After Mister Mat’s friends were gone Craig and Zita went on an adventure walk. 

And Craig did not even forget where to go to see everything. Ha. 

He had not gone on an adventure walk in a long time.

Because of the too much snow.

And the way too cold. 

But it was only a bit cold today. 

And lots and lots of the snow has gone away. 

So he could not get stuck in it forever. Ha. That is good.

I minded the house all by myself. 

But not for such a long time because it was a brand new adventure walk for everyone. 

We had some very tasty special hamburgers for dinner tonight. 

And they were not even made with hams. Ha. 

But Niamh did not have dinner with us. Oh well.

I think we will watch the detective from Australia. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Three

We did not get up so early today. 

Because today Zita is on a little vacation. Me too. Ha.

And Craig listened to his book all about a long long time ago King. I kept him company. In the very comfy bed.

When we were all dressed Zita came home. And she had a brand new bendy as can be hose.

To make sure all the melting snow goes far away from Niamh’s window. 

We had to make it just right. So we fixed it all up in the side yard. I was a very big help. 

I watched everybody when Zita was cutting the bendy hose. 

She put up a little gate so I could see everything.

Being the very best minder dog ever is my best job. 

It is nearly warm outside. 

So everything is very messy and dirty.

I was so dirty I had to have a bath. Oh dear me.

Maybe Mister Mat’s friends will come today to make the new tiny bathroom. 

Right inside the closet. Maybe.

So we covered everything all up so it would not get all covered in the lots of too much dust. 

But now it does not look like my comfy bedroom anymore. Oh dear me. 

At lunchtime Zita and I went for our nice walk. 

I did not have to wear my very warm red coat today. Ha. That is good. 

Then Zita took Niamh to her downtown work. She will be at work until late tonight. Oh dear.

So we waited until she was all finished so we could have a together dinner tonight.

Zita and Niamh went to the especially delicious lots of tasty cheese pizza store.

So everybody had their own pizzas for dinner. Ha. 

Mister Mike’s friends did not come here today. Oh dear. 

They are going to come tomorrow. Very early in the morning. Oh dear me. 

We cannot watch lots of detectives tonight. 

Because it is Craig’s squeaky clean shower night. Ha. Too bad for him. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Two

Today is our Wednesday do not go to work day.

But we were very very busy today.

Today is a make the house spic and span day. And it was not even Saturday. 

I do not know why it is today instead. Oh well.

Craig and I had cookies for breakfast.

Then it was time to move nearly everything out of the big bed room.

Because tomorrow Mister Mat’s friends are going to make a very little bathroom right in our bedroom.

Right in the big closet. 

I do not how they are going to do this. 

Even all our friends the just full of stuffing animals had to go in the den. 

So they would not be all covered in lots and lots of nasty dust. That was a good idea. 

So they are going to sleep in the den tonight. Oh dear. 

Oh dear Craig and Zita and I are going to have to sleep all by ourselves tonight. 

And Zita said it was going to be very noisy. Oh dear me. 

Mister Mat’s friends have very loud dangerous machines. 

Maybe I will just hide with my friend Craig. Oh dear me.

It was not cold today so everything is all melting and messy.

Zita went outside to chop up the slippy ice. Before it was all frozen up again. 

But her ice chopper just broke broke. Oh dear me.

So we went on our nice walk instead. 

My leg was a bit too tired when we got home. 

So Craig gave me one of my do not be too sore pill. And then I was not sore. Ha. 

Then our friend Kathy came for a far away visit. 

She brought us tasty treats. That was very nice.

I do not have so many visitors because of the do not get sick and die rules. Too bad for me.

So I was very happy to see my friend Kathy. Ha. 

Then my friend Niamh came home. With a present.

A beautiful old soft as can be leather jacket. Her friend gave it to her.

Because it did not fit his friend. But it fits Niamh. Ha. That is a good present. 

We had an early together dinner tonight. 

Because we had a cooked all day long dinner. Ha. 

So it ready before it was our dinner time. 

So we had dinner anyway. 

We had chips last night. 

Maybe we will have chips again tonight. 

When we watch the detective program. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty One

The very big important meetings are all over. 

But we did not have any nice sleep ins.

I do not know why.

Even Craig was all awake and dressed before Zita came home from the downtown.

So we had two very fat toasts. We used Niamh’s own made delicious bread. 

With lots of raspberries jam. 

When Zita got home we were all finished our toasts so I went right to work in our office.

And Craig made her some very fluffy coffee. 

Because she had to talk to lots of people on her computer. 

It is easier to listen to people when you have your own coffee. It is known. 

So I was a very quiet dog all morning. Good for me. 

It is a melting everywhere day outside today. 

Because it is not even a little bit too cold.

When Zita went to get people to sign some important papers I had a very lovely nap. Right in the kitchen. Ha.

And when I woke up Zita was home and it was time for our before dinner walk. My goodness me. 

And it was not even a bit dark outside. 

And soon it will be bright as can be until nearly my bedtime.

That happens all the time when the snow goes away and all the trees are full up again. I do not know why. Oh well.

When we got home I was so dirty I had to get right in the bathtub. Oh dear. 

But then it was time to help Zita make our dinner. Ha. 

Niamh had dinner at Miss Anna’s apartment tonight. 

Miss Sash’s not so very fast jeep took her. 

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita for our dinner. That is a very easy job. 

We had delicious sausages. 

We made one for Niamh too. It was a just in case sausage. 

We got more chips today. I saw them. Different kinds of chips. Ha. 

Maybe we will have some when we watch the detective program tonight.  Good for us. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty

Not even one person in my house had a nice sleep in today. Ha.

Because it was another very busy morning for all the young rascal ladies. 

Lots of important people wanted to talk to them. 

Even the Prime Minister too. And the lady who used to be Prime Minister. Ha.

And they talked to them right in their own houses. Ha.

And Zita had to be there on the computer for the Just In Cases. Oh dear me.

And as soon as I helped Craig eat his cinnamon bun I went right back to be Zita’s best helper. 

One of the young rascal ladies brought her little dog to the meetings too. Ha. 

That was a good idea.

Maybe it was a lady dog. Just like me.

Today is the day for ladies all over everywhere in the whole world. 

Everybody in my house is a lady. Except for my friend Craig. 

And Emmet too. But he is still in his far away university. Oh dear me.

Now there are special days for everything. That is good. 

But my favourite days are the ones for delicious foods.

Like the eating pancakes day.

And the eat lots of smelly cheese day.

And the everybody should have lots of ice cream day too. 

Those are very good days for everybody. It is known. 

Niamh was very busy today too. She was reading new stories for her nice university.

She was so busy she forgot to put her pyjamas away. So she wore them all day.

But they were covered in nice dogs pyjamas. Ha. The are very lovely all the time pyjamas.  

And she was cooking her own made very delicious bread too. 

You cannot just let the bread cook all by itself. 

So Niamh had to run up stairs each time the oven made the all ready noise. Oh dear. 

I did not know that there was so much to do when you are making your tasty breads. Oh dear.

But now the kitchen is a bit very messy.

So I just stayed in our office so I could help Zita. Just in case. Ha.

And just like that all the rascal ladies meetings were all over. Ha.

But now Zita and all the other ladies who made all the meetings are very tired. Oh dear me.

Everybody should have a very nice nap. With a comfy pillow. 

That is what I do when I am too tired. And now I even have my own bedroom pillow. Ha.

This afternoon Zita is going to a place so they can tell her if she is sick. 

So maybe she can go to visit Craig’s mother. In her own little apartment again. Ha. 

When Zita came home we went for our before dinnertime walk. We went for a long walk.

Because it was not very cold today. 

We are going to have to very nice together dinner tonight. We are have pastas with our delicious own made sauce.

Maybe with some of the brand new own made bread. Maybe. 

We cannot have it right away.

Because Niamh is writing a new story for her university. 

And when you are writing something very interesting you should not just stop.

Or you might forget all your very best words ever. It is known. 

Then maybe we will watch the detective from way way far away Australia. Maybe with chips too. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Nine

It was our sleep in Sunday today.

But Zita and could not have a lovely long sleep in.

Because we have way too much work to do for the giant meetings. All the time.

Craig had a nice sleep in. 

So he could listen to his book. 

But when he got up he was so hungry that he had to have a cinnamon bun. 

And he warmed it all toasty in the oven while he made Zita’s fluffy coffees.

I heard the oven go on.

So I came out from our office and helped him eat the cinnamon bun. 

It was way too big for just him. Good for me.

And my best friend Niamh was all awake too. 

Because she was making delicious own made bread again.

The perfect for tasty toasts kind of bread. Ha. 

But it takes a long time for own made bread to be all ready for toasts.

Because it has be puff itself all up until it is big.

So Niamh put it in the den where is is toasty warm. 

And I went back to our office to be Zita’s best ever assistant. 

There are meetings for the young rascal ladies all day long. Even past our own dinnertime.

So we were very busy. All day. 

And I had to be very quiet. That is not such an easy job for me. Oh well.

We are going to have squashed sandwiches for our together dinner.

Squashed toasty cheesie sandwiches. Ha.

Niamh and Miss Tarryn made them with our sandwich squashing toasty machine. Ha.

It is not even a bit noisy. That is a good machine. It is known. 

When the squashed sandwiches were all ready Zita was all finished her meetings. That was good.

Then we watched the new detective program. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Eight

I had a very busy be very quiet day all day today.

Because of the very important young rascal ladies meeting. 

Even on a Saturday. Oh dear me. 

Before anything happened Zita and I went for a very long lovely walk in the very cold outside.

But when we came home we had to go to right to our work.

And Craig had to have his old friends coffees in the den. On his computer.

So we did not have our together toasts today.

Craig did not even have anything to eat this morning. Just his too much coffee. Too bad for him.

Then Niamh walked all the way to the beautiful clothes store.

Because Zita could not drive her today. Because of the important meetings. Oh dear.

When Craig was all finished talking to his friends I had my lunch.

And Craig made a peanut butter and honey sandwich and a toast with honey on top too. Ha.

So we had sandwiches and toasts for our lunchtime.

That was a very tasty lunchtime.

But then it was time to be Zita’s best special helper assistant again. Ha.

But all of a sudden Zita had to be in charge of one of the rascal meetings. 

And nobody told her. Oh dear me. 

And she had to talk with lots of the young ladies. Right from our own office.

When you are in charge of important meetings everything has to be very quiet.

So I went into the kitchen and had a nice nap on my own soft towels.

Then I went into the living room. Because of the very comfy rug. 

And Craig came in to keep me company. That was nice.

So I had another very big and very very quiet nap. 

And Craig read his brand new detective book. Ha. 

Then Zita’s meeting was all over. 

And she did not even forget anything. 

And I was the quietest dog ever. Good for me. 

Zita did not finish her work until after dinnertime.

So a man brought us delicious all filled up to the top bagels. 

Right from Mister Kettleman’s tasty bagels store. Ha. That was a good idea. 

Then after dinner we will have to find a new detective program for us to watch.

Maybe we will have chips too. Maybe. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Seven

I had a very quiet day today. 

After Zita took Niamh to her downtown work it was time for our rascal ladies work.

Because today is the big start of all the meetings for the young rascal ladies.

So lots of rascal ladies talked to everybody. Right in their own houses. On their own computers.

Just like we do when we talk to my friend Emmet in his way old and far away Cork university. Ha.

And Zita has to be there on her computer watching everything. 

So it was very important that I was a no barking at all dog today. Oh dear me.

When Craig was all dressed and awake we had brand new croissant. With a tasty stuffing. 

That was so delicious that we had another. 

So we had two croissants for our breakfast today. That was a good idea.

Then I went back to our office to be a big help. 

Last night we had toasts. 

Right in the den. When we watched the detective program. Ha. Good for us.

Then this afternoon Zita went to downtown as quick as could be so she could get my friend Niamh. 

Niamh is very busy she has another big story to write. But not right right away. That is good.

We are going to have pizzas for our dinnertime tonight.

But it is not our own made pizza. And it is not Mister Tony’s pizza. It is refrigerator pizza. Ha.

Because everybody is too very busy to cook pizzas tonight. 

Except for Craig. He was not so busy. 

But he is not such a good dinnertime cook. 

He is only a tasty toasts and fat peanut butter sandwiches cook. Oh well.

But toasts are my favourite anyway. Ha. Good for us.

We got a big write on it board for free. From a nice lady. 

So Emmet and Niamh to write important things on it. 

Maybe how to make their favourite tasty treats. Maybe. 

Miss Tarryn is going to have her dinner here tonight.

Because she has to do some university work with Niamh. 

I think we will watch the from far away detectives again tonight. 

Maybe we will have some cheesie popcorn. I saw some on the kitchen counter. Ha.

Cheesie popcorn is very tasty. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Six

Craig had a big sleep in today.

But everybody else was wide awake early.

Because Niamh had to go and see our very nice dentist Doctor Don. Up on our busy street. 

Zita drove her. Because it is another too cold day. Oh well.

When Zita got home we were very busy with all the very important young rascal ladies meeting.

And when Craig was all dressed he made Zita her fluffy coffees and then he made our toasts.

We had raspberries jam on our toasts today. 

But just when we finished there were trucks and men looking at my own corner.

Oh dear. I do not know what they were looking for. 

They did not tell me. Too bad for them.

Last night the present man brought us a box. 

And it was a box full of brand new green rubber boots for me. 

They are brand new so they do not have any holes in them. That is a good idea. 

The truck with a giant picture of nice dogs on it was on our street today. 

Because some people cannot see anything. Even with their own glasses on. 

So their lovely dogs take them all over everywhere. 

To make sure they do not get squished by one of the falling over on top of you trains. 

Or fall into giant holes. Like the giant hole that caught Craig’s go fast chair when he fell right out. 

Or chased by fierce lions.

Or nasty little dogs. Ha. 

But the dogs have to go to the special school to be such good and brave helpers. 

And their school is sometimes our own street. 

So we see them lots of times. 

And today the dog who was going to helpers school was a Bouvier dog. Just like me. 

But she was not as old as me. 

That is a very good job for very brave and fierce dogs like us. 

We are the very best helpers ever. Zita told me. 

So it is true. Ha.

It is another special day today. Today is just for all the very interesting books in the whole world. 

We have lots and lots of books in my house. They are everywhere. Even on the floor in Emmet’s bedroom.

Because he has nowhere else to put them. 

And he has even more in his university in way far away Ireland. Goodness me. 

And he finds lots of his very very old fat books in very old libraries. 

Even in way far away Dublin.

But you have to be very careful or maybe you just might get all lost reading those books. It is known. 

After lunch we left the special own made delicious cake on our outside steps. For Mister Tom to find. 

Zita had just finished making the very tasty icing. 

And she made even extra icing and put in in a can. 

So that Mister Tom could have it. Maybe for his dinner. Maybe.

Chocolate is Mister Tom’s favourite dinner. Ha. 

I saw him when he found his cake and I did not even bark one time.

After I had my good afternoon nap Zita and I went for our before dinner walk. 

I wore my brand new boots. So when I got home I was not soggy at all. Just cold.

Because it was another nasty cold day today. 

It is not even a bit cold at Emmet’s very old university.

They even have beautiful flowers right in front of Emmet’s building. Ha.

His grandfather and Nana have lots of brand new flowers at their house. 

We do not have any flows yet. Just lots of snow. And scary snow take away machines. Too bad for us.

We are going to have lots of very tasty used food tonight. 

After Zita’s another important on her computer meeting.

But my friend Niamh will not be here.

Because it is a work until a bit late night for her. Oh well. 

She took lots of our tasty just full of green beans salad with her. For her dinner time. That was a good idea. 

Craig and Zita and I will watch the new detective program tonight. But I will have a lovely nap.

Because it is a words on the television program. And I cannot read them. Too bad for me. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Five

Everybody got up early this morning.

Craig was even all dressed before Zita and her go fast car took Niamh downtown. Ha.

Then Mister Mat came to our house. To talk about making a very little bathroom in our bedroom.

And everybody wore their do not get sick masks. I do not have a mask. 

Craig says it is because my nose is too big. That was not so nice. 

I have a lovely nose. Everybody says so. Ha. Too bad for him.

Mister Mat’s company made the bathroom in the basement. 

So I already knew him and I only barked a little bit.

When he left we had together toasts. Ha. 

Then Zita and I went for our good morning walk. 

But we had to be very careful because it is way too slippy everywhere. My goodness me. 

When we were back home and all warmed up Craig talked to his sister in Toronto.

And Zita talked to her own sister in way far away Celbridge. All at the very same time. 

So everybody talked to their not right here sisters. Ha. That was nice.

And while Zita was talking on the telephone she was making a very delicious cake.

But it was a not for us cake. It was a for Mister Tom cake. 

Because he brings us lots of Zita’s very favourite detective programs. He is a very nice man. 

So Zita made him his favourite delicious chocolate cake. Ha. That was a very good idea. 

We had a very busy day today.

When the delicious cake was in the oven Zita went and found Niamh at her beautiful clothes store. 

So I guarded the cake. Right on my very comfy rug. In our own kitchen. Ha. 

Zita was very busy with an important meeting this afternoon. It was a very quiet meeting. 

So I did not stay in our office. Just in case.

I stayed in front of the den and our office at the same time. Then I could mind Craig and Zita both together. Ha.

We had a very delicious dinner tonight. We had the not really a pie for shepherds. And green beans too. 

I got some green bean tails for treats. Ha.

Last night we watched the detectives from the other part of Ireland. 

One of the detectives was called Niamh. Ha. That is silly. 

It was not my friend Niamh. It was a different one. 

I did not know there were two Niamhs. Nobody told me. Oh dear me. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Four

Zita got up early to drive Niamh to her beautiful clothes store.

So I got up too. Ha.

When Zita came back home we had lots of work to do. 

Because it is our very busy very important meeting week. Oh dear.

Craig did not have a nice sleep in today. 

So we had our together breakfast right away. We had a cinnamon bun. Ha.

But I had to wait a very long time. 

Because Craig is a slow coffee drinker. Too bad for me.

Then I went right back to my office to be Zita’s best helper. 

There is a very nice warm spot right beside the do not sit down desk. That is my favourite spot. 

After our lunchtime I helped Zita put all the garbage outside. That is my very favourite job.

It is very very cold outside today and now everything is very slippy everywhere. Oh goodness me.

So we were very careful when we went for our lunchtime long walk today. 

And we put on all our warmest clothes too. 

And we did not even fall down once. Ha. Good for us. 

But we were a bit frozen when we got home. Oh well. 

Last night the giant scary take away the snow machines came to our beside us street. I was very brave.

And they did not chop up our house. Ha. Good for me. 

I only got into a little bit of trouble. 

Because it was not in the middle of the night. So everybody was still fast awake.

Last night Niamh had an all green everywhere face. She said it was to make her all beautiful.

That is silly Niamh is already as beautiful as can be. People are not beautiful green. 

The hoppy frogs in my side yard are green. They are not so beautiful. It is known. 

This evening when Zita’s work was all finished she came into the kitchen. 

And I was fast asleep. Oh dear.

I was not such a very big help this afternoon. 

You can not be such a good special helper if you are all fast asleep. Oh dear me. 

But for our dinner Zita made the very famous salad full of delicious green beans. 

So I helped her. Good for me.

And I had my own dinner too. 

With tasty turkeys on top. Just for our Uncle Bill. Ha. He will laugh at us. That is why we do it. Ha. 

Niamh and her friend Nathan did their very difficult homework together. But they found out they got a number wrong. 

And now they have to do the numbers all over again. Oh dear. But they are not even a bit late. That is good. 

We had delicious flat pastas with Zita’s own made just for pasta sauce for our together dinner tonight. 

Then we are going to have to find a brand new program for our after dinner detective watching.

Sometimes I do not watch the detectives. Sometimes I just have a lovely nap. 

And Craig and Zita do not even notice. Except sometimes when I snore. Oh dear me. 

Day Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Three

The last month is all over and we now have a brand new month today. Ha.

But we are very busy.

Because this week our very important young rascal ladies meeting is going to start.

So Zita and I are going to be very busy. We will not even have our do not go to work Wednesday.

Because we will be too busy.

Craig only had a very little or maybe not at all sleep in today.

So Zita had her fluffy coffee early today.

And Craig and I had Emmet’s cinnamon buns.

But we are going to get him a big brand new box of cinnamon buns when he comes back home.

He told Zita he would be home nearly soon. 

Not right now soon. A little bit of a long time soon. Oh dear me.

Today is Mister Saint David’s day. 

He is like Mister Saint Newton, except for all the very nice dragons in Wales. 

Like Mister Tre’r Ceiri. But he does not live in way far away Wales. He lives in the den. Ha. 

When we watch the detective programs from far away Wales he does not have to read the words on the television. 

Because he always understands what the people are saying. All by himself. 

It is always nice to have friends like that.

And it is the day for all the go fast chairs everywhere in the world. Ha. This is a good day. 

We have three go fast chairs.

Because sometimes they just break and then they do not go anywhere at all chairs.

Not even slow. Oh dear me. 

So you have to have just in case extra go fast chairs. Oh dear. 

It is still not so cold today and everything is messy melting again. 

Zita says it is a good thing that I am all black or I would have to go into the bath tub everyday. Oh dear.

The present lady brought us a nice big box of brand new coffees. That is good.

Because we are going to be very busy this week. 

We cannot have a nice together dinner tonight.

Because a man brought Craig and Niamh very tasty fat rolled up tight sandwiches. Right from his restaurant.

So they had a very delicious early dinner already. Oh dear me.

But Zita did not get one. She was too busy. 

Maybe Zita and I will have a tasty treat dinner just by ourselves. Later. 

Maybe in the den. Ha. 

The very scary take the snow away noisy machines are on our other street. Oh dear.

Maybe they will come on my own street too. Oh dear me. 

Then I will have to bark at them to protect our house. 

And I will get in trouble again. Oh well. Too bad for me.
