Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Seven

Zita and I had a little sleep in this morning. 

Then we went of a lovely not very long walk. 

Because I was a bit tired.

So when we got home I had a very nice nap.

When Niamh was awake the go fast car took her to the lovely store. 

And when Zita got home Craig was all dressed and nearly awake too. 

Because today is his have coffees with his old friends on the computer day.

And when he had his cinnamon bun I came in to say good morning to everyone 

And have a bit of cinnamon bun too. 

Then Miss Bruna came to visit and look at our beautiful new bathroom. 

And talk to everyone. And my friend Emmet too.

Then Zita and I started to make the side yard neat and tidy.  That is a good job.

But then it was time for Craig to go for a practice adventure with the giant wheel. Ha.

So I stayed here to mind the house.

Because Emmet went for his own adventure walk. 

Because it was very beautiful outside this afternoon.

And when he got home he had a chocolate donut. 

From Mister Horton’s tasty donut store. 

Craig and Zita’s practice walk did not go so very far.

Because they stopped to talk to Mister Lyndon and Miss Bruna. 

And Auntie Eileen called Zita on her phone from far away Wexford so Zita could help her.

Because she had to make a beautiful dress fit better for a friend. Oh my goodness me.

When Craig and Zita came home I got brand new delicious peas on top of my breakfast.

Because I did not eat my breakfast this morning. 

Because I was a little bit fast asleep. Oh well.

Mister Aidan sent me more from way far away pictures. 

And they were of very very old buildings. 

And they were even Roman buildings. Just like in Emmet’s old classes. Oh my goodness me. 

Maybe they will see those fierce Punic Elephants. Maybe. 

This afternoon Emmet was in our side yard with his new little saw. 

He was making something for his dragons game.

I could not be his helper. 

Because saws are very sharp. And maybe cut your nose off. Oh my goodness. 

So I went into our living room and had a nice relax. Good for me.

Niamh did not have a tasty dinner with us tonight.

So I only had to mind Craig and Zita and Emmet. 

We had delicious omelettes with cheese. And vegetables inside. Ha.

Then everybody talked about all the silly people downtown. With their noisy motorcycles. 

They think that only they know everything. Oh my goodness. 

I do not like noisy motorcycles so I would not like them either. Too bad for them.

After dinnertime we watched the all about dangerous spies movie. My goodness.

Then it was time for us to go to our comfy beds. 

That is always a good time for me. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Six

Today Zita and I had a very nice good morning to everyone walk.

And we had our together breakfast before we had to go to our own office. 

When it is a full of sunshine day my spot gets as comfy warm as can be. Ha. That is a good office.

But I forgot to help Craig with his cinnamon bun breakfast. 

Because I was fast asleep. Too bad for me.

This morning Niamh went up to the busy street to go to work at the for ladies clothes store.

But she is not going to work there all the time anymore. 

Because she likes working at the lovely store even more. Oh my goodness.

Today all the Mahoneys are not here. 

They are in way far away Italy. All of them. Oh my goodness me.

When you go there your aeroplane has to go very high in the sky.

So it does not just crash into the very very big mountains. 

And I saw pictures of beautiful sunshine and very very old beautiful buildings. 

Mister Aidan sent us the pictures. Ha. 

I do not know why they went there. They did not tell me.

Maybe they went to find new delicious cheese stores.

Because all the Mahoneys love tasty cheese. Just like me. Ha. 

This afternoon Emmet had to take Niamh her flat computer. I do not know why. 

Then he went to our little hardware store to find a special saw. 

So he can make something for his dragons game.

When he was coming home he talked to Professor Alec and Miss Francis all about his university.

Professor Alec used to be Emmet’s professor. At the nice university. Ha. 

So she was very interested in Emmet giant story. 

When he got home I had my first dinnertime. 

And I had very delicious cheese. From Mister Saint Albert’s store. Ha.

After work was all finished Zita went outside to take hats off our beautiful bushes.

And took away lots of the fallen down leaves too. 

But I had to stay in my side yard. 

And only mind everything from behind my gate. Too bad for her.

When Niamh got home Miss Tarryn came here too. 

Mister Tony made us two giant pizzas for our altogether dinner. 

And his very nice friend brought it all hot and delicious right to our house. Just for us. 

And now they can find our house right away.

Because of our brand new very big house numbers. Ha. Good for us. 

After dinnertime everybody stayed at the dining room table and told stories.

And laughed and laughed.  

Until it was too late for us to watch our detective program.

So we all went to bed. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Five

It was a very full of sunshine day today.

But it was not very warm.

But Niamh and I went for a nice walk around anyway.

When we were finished and at home Zita went downtown to her other office. 

Because it was downtown Thursday. 

My friend Niamh was still very busy writing her remember everything exam.

And Emmet was getting all ready to go to Mister Mike and Miss Morgan’s house.

Because they are playing their very very long dragons games. At their house.

When Craig was all awake he had his coffee and his cinnamon bun in the den.

Because he was reading Niamh’s story at the very same time she was writing it. Oh my goodness. 

But I could not help him with his breakfast today.

Because I was way too busy helping Niamh in the living room. 

 So I had a very busy morning.

And after lunchtime Mister Paul came for a visit.

And he brought Zita’s favourite especially delicious cookies for her.

From way far away England. 

The do not get lost aeroplane brought him home just yesterday. Ha.

And today he was here. That was nice. 

When Mister Paul and Craig were drinking some coffees in the dining room Niamh and I were in the den.

We were finishing her remember everything exam. 

And just after Mister Paul went home we were all finished. 

And Niamh sent her last exam to her university. Ha.

We were very happy. 

Now we are nearly all finished at our nice university. Just a few other classes to do. Ha.

I got peanut butter on my lunch today. 

Zita rode her bicycle all the way to downtown today.

Because the go fast car is still at Mister Mike’s garage. Getting its go fast tires for the summer time. 

So after her work she had to go and bring it back home.

I do not think it liked to be away from its own home.

Sometimes when I was at my little hospital I had to stay there even all night. I did not like that at all.

This afternoon I went outside for a little relax.

Because it was not as cold as this morning. Ha.

And some of my flat stones were even warm. Ha.

And after her remember everything exam Niamh was very busy cleaning her bedroom.

She even had the clean the floors machine on. Oh my goodness me. 

Then the go fast car brought Zita home just in time for our dinner. 

And it has its very shiny wheels with the fat man go fast tires on. 

So it would be as beautiful as can be for the summer time. Ha. Good for it. 

But Zita did not have dinner with us.

Because she had another rascal ladies meeting on her computer. Oh dear me. 

Miss Tarryn came to visit us at dinnertime.

Her nose was not all run away anymore. 

We watched the last part of the detective program before we went to fast asleep. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Four

Zita and I got up early today.

So we could have a nice walk but it was all raining outside and we did not want to get all soggy.

So we cleaned the refrigerator instead. 

We took everything out. Even all the insides. And washed them all clean as could be.

Then Niamh was all awake.

Last night she finished writing her remember everything exam. 

So now Craig and Zita will read it too. To make sure it is all beautiful. 

And Emmet is just writing the very last part of his giant story. Oh my goodness me.

He told Craig and I that it feels very strange to be nearly all finished. Oh my goodness me.

So he had a very fat chocolate croissant and Irish tea for his breakfast.

That was a good breakfast. 

Then when Craig was getting all dressed the go fast car took took Niamh to her lovely store. 

So Craig and I had a toasty warm cinnamon bun for our together breakfast. 

Then it was time for my morning nap.

Auntie Eileen called us today to talk to Zita. 

Because today is our do not go to work Wednesday. 

Emmet went for his long afternoon walk today. 

And then Craig went to a new barbershop today. 

Because his old barbershop was not there anymore.

And this is a for ladies barbershop. Oh my goodness.

But the other just for men barbershops have lots and lots of stairs.

And the go fast chairs can only jump up one step. Not lots of them. Oh my goodness me.

This is the first time in a very long time that Craig went to a barbershop. 

Maybe they will cut all his hair off again. Oh dear me.

I did not like that very much. 

When Craig and Zita went up to the busy street they had to have warm clothes and gloves on.

Because it was not so warm at all today. 

When Craig got to the store they sprayed him with water. But only his hair.

He did not have to get in the bathtub like I did. That is good.

Then they cut his hair. Oh my goodness. 

But Craig said that the man who cut his hair was very nice. That is good.

When they were gone I minded the house all by myself.

Because there was nobody here except me. 

But I got peanut butter treats.

When Craig and Zita got home Craig put some very tasty chicken on top of my first dinner. 

And his hair was all beautiful and shorter again. 

And then Zita read Niamh’s remember everything exam. 

Emmet did not get home until after Craig and Zita were home. 

Because here had to find some special stuff to make something for his dragons game. I do not know what

I think it might be a secret. Maybe.

After Zita read Niamh’s story she washed Craig’s hair. 

So that he would not be all messy. That is good. 

Then Zita and the go fast car went to Mister Mike’s car store. 

But the go fast car did not come home with Zita.

Because it had to stay at Mister Mike’s to have its go fast in the summer tires put on. 

And to get some news stop as quick as can be brakes put on. Oh my goodness. 

So Zita walked home. 

Because with the brand new just for people bridge it is not so far any more. 

We had a together dinner with Emmet tonight.

Because Niamh was with her university friends writing more of the remember everything exam.

Then everybody talked for a long time so I had a nice nap.

Then we only watched one detective program before it was time for us to go to our comfy beds. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Two

We had a very nice quiet day today.

Before Zita went to the other office we went for a nice good morning walk.

And then we had our own breakfast.

My friend Emmet was up very early too. Because of the wrong clocks.

But he made his Irish tea and went downstairs to write even more of his giant story. 

Craig was all awake even before Zita was gone to downtown.

So I only had to keep him company. I did not have to get him all awake.

And Niamh was up early too because of her remember everything exam.

So everybody was very busy so I just had a lovely nap. 

Right in the kitchen so I would know when anybody came in to make something tasty. Ha.

It was not very sunny outside today. But the rain was all gone before we had our walk. 

When Emmet made his lunch he had a bagel with cheese. I got some.

They do not have very tasty bagels in way far away Cork. Too bad for them.

Craig had a peanut butter and honey sandwich for his lunch. 

But I did not help him because I was too busy helping Emmet.

After lunchtime Emmet went for a walk. Nice long walks are Emmet’s very favourite. 

And it was nearly sunny outside too. Ha.

Emmet did not think our brand new bathroom is very small.

Because the bathroom in Cork is even smaller. Oh my goodness me. 

We had a lovely just for shepherds pie for our altogether dinner tonight. 

And we do not have even one sheep. Ha. 

Then Niamh went back downstairs to write more of her remember everything exam.

But we did not have any ice cream for Niamh.

Niamh has to have ice cream when she is writing important papers. Oh my goodness me.

So Emmet walked to the get you ice cream here store up on the busy street.

Because he is her big brother. Ha. 

When he was gone Craig and Zita and I watched a new detective program. 

And we watched it until our bedtime.

Then we went to fast asleep. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty One

Zita and I went to our work very very early this morning.

Because we have to stop working early today.

Because my friend Emmet is coming home from way far away today.

When Craig looked at our magic map Emmet was right up in the sky on top of us.

But the aeroplane did not stop to let him off. I do not know why. 

Maybe it was an aeroplane that did not know that Emmet lives here. Oh my goodness me. That is not so very good.

That aeroplane went all the way to Toronto instead. 

And Emmet had to find another aeroplane that knew that he lived right here with me. Oh my goodness me.

When Craig was all awake we had two cookies.

And when he had his next coffee we had toasts with jam. 

Then we looked out my watching window.

The teaching nice dogs to be helpers for people who cannot see anything truck was here. And two dogs too.

They practice right here on my street. Ha. 

That is a good place to practice. Because I am here to mind everything. So they are safe. 

At lunchtime Zita went to Mister Kettleman’s store.

To get lots and lots of delicious bagels.

Because bagels are Emmet’s favourite. 

When she was on that street there was a giant crane right on the street.

And it was lifting something right to the very top of the brand new building. Oh my goodness.

But it did not fall down and squish anybody. That is good.

Niamh is very busy studying for here last remember everything exam. 

After lunchtime she talked to Mister Holden and he is going to help her with some questions. That was nice.

When Emmet got to the aeroport in Toronto he told us that he would be home very soon. Ha.

And this afternoon it was nearly hot outside.

So I had a very nice outside nap. Good for me.

Then the black go fast car took Zita to our own aeroport to find my friend Emmet. And he was there. Ha.

So the go fast car brought them home all safe as could be. That is a good car. 

I had to find my favourite toy to show Emmet.

And when he got home I was very happy and I brought my toy to show him right away. Ha.

And he showed me the brand new writing on his other arm. And it is Mister Cearnach’s name. 

And the writing is only straight lines. 

Because it is in the very very very old writing. 

Just like the very big stones in his university. Oh my goodness me.

But on his arm. 

Mister Cearnach is Emmet’s favourite very very old person. 

But Emmet never even met him and only reads about him. 

Because he died a very very very long time ago in way far away Ireland. Oh well. Too bad for them. 

After Zita and I had our before dinnertime walk it was time for our very early dinner.

Because my friend Emmet had to go to bed early tonight. 

But we had an altogether dinner again. 

That is my very favourite time. When my family is altogether. Ha.

And we had bagels. 

With Mister Kettleman’s very tasty for bagels cheese. Ha. 

But Emmet was very tired. 

Because he had to get on a very big bus in Cork in the middle of last night 

And find the aeroport in Dublin and not be late at all. 

So Emmet did not have a lovely sleep with comfy pillows last night. 

So after dinnertime Emmet went to bed on the big full of pillows comfy bed. 

In the very comfy big bedroom. With all his very own stuff. 

It is nice to be back with your own stuff. It is known. 

After dinnertime Craig and Emmet talked for a long time. In the kitchen with me. 

Then Emmet went to find a good night’s sleep. Ha. 

But Zita could not talk with us.

Because she had to have a rascal ladies in meeting in our office before our detective program relax. Too bad for her. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty

Zita and I had a bit of a lovely sleep in.

Because it was sleep in Sunday.

Craig had a long sleep in.

Because he had to watch the little fast cars on the television. 

But I jumped up onto the big bed and gave him lots and lots of good morning to you kisses. 

Then I kept his feet toasty warm. 

Niamh only had a little sleep in because she was working today at the clothes for ladies store. 

Zita talked to her own parents in far away Dublin for a long time this morning and I minded her. 

When Craig was all dressed and spic and span Zita went to the grocery store.

She had to buy lots more tea and milk and even more cheese. 

Because Emmet will be home tomorrow for his summertime visit. Ha. 

When Zita was gone Craig and I had our together breakfast. We had two round toasts with tasty jam. 

Then it was time for my lunchtime outside nap. 

It was a beautiful and sunny day outside today. 

But I did not stay outside very long. Because my kitchen duvet is very comfy. 

Last night on the television I saw a war. Right on the television. 

And I saw some very brave people in way far away.

They are fighting some nasty people who want to steal their county. Oh my goodness me. 

That is not all right.

So we gave them some of our own giant canons. 

Too help them. Because they are very brave. 

But even very brave people need giant canons. It is known. 

And they have very brave and fierce dogs in their army to help them. Ha. That is a good idea. 

I do not know why the nasty people are just shooting everybody in way far away. 

Nobody can tell me why. Maybe it is a secret. Oh my goodness me. 

So now lots of countries are giving the brave people lots of very fierce things. 

Even lots of very noisy tanks. 

And very fast aeroplanes. 

And very fast rockets to blow up the nasty helicopters. Oh my goodness. 

Maybe it will be over soon. Maybe not. Oh dear me. 

When Zita got home the silly bunny ran right across my own patio.

And it was gone before I could even bark at it. My goodness. That is a fast bunny. 

And Zita brought us brand new floor covers. 

Because maybe I broke the old ones. Oh dear. 

Then Craig and Zita fixed Emmet’s favourite chair. Because it was a bit wobbly.

And soon Emmet will be home. And nobody want to have a lovely relax in a wobbly chair. 

When that was all done Craig and Zita went for an adventure walk. 

I thought I was going too.

But I was not going with them. 

So I was a bit sad. Zita got me a peanut butter treat when they left. 

But I was still a bit sad. Too bad for me.

They were not gone for so long. Because it was get strong again walk. Not have an adventure walk.

So when they got home I took Zita for our before dinnertime walk. 

Because it was still a beautiful sunny day. Ha. Good for us. 

We had a very nice slow walk just around our big block. 

We were not even a bit tired when we got home. 

When Niamh got home she had to talk to her friends from her nice university. 

All about their remember everything exam. Oh my goodness me.

So she did not have her dinner with us. 

Because she was meeting with her friends on her computer. Too bad for her.

Then I won our rope game with Zita so it was time to watch our detective program.

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Nine

We had a very busy day today.

Everybody got up early.

But we did not go for our good morning walk. 

Because today was Zita’s day to go to the make you beautiful store. 

And Niamh had to go to the lovely store. And Miss Tarryn is not there today. 

Because she is at home with a nasty cold. She has a runaway nose. Oh my goodness.

Niamh rode her brand new bicycle to her work today.

Because it was a very nice day. And it was nice all day. Not just sometimes. 

And today is Craig’s breakfast coffee with his old friends. 

When Zita went downtown I had my after breakfast nap in our office.

Because that is where the sunshine makes the floor toasty warm. 

But then I was all awake so I could help Craig eat his toasts and say good morning to his old friends too.

And when Zita got back home she was as beautiful as could be. 

Craig said all the ladies in our house are very beautiful. Me too. Ha. 

But then Zita remembered that it was our make the house spic and span day. Oh dear.

So Zita and Craig were very busy all afternoon. 

When Zita used the make the floor clean machine Craig made the tower for plants as shiny as could be.

With lots and lots of paper towels and some smelly stuff. So we left the back door open.

I went outside when it was too noisy inside my house. 

Sometimes I had a nice outside relax too. 

When the whole house was spic and span it was just the right time for our before dinnertime walk.

So we went and found Professor Jill and Mister Wiley. 

Mister Wiley is not so very big. But he is very furry too. 

But we took him back to Profesor Jill’s house. 

Because he has too short for long walks legs.

So we had our long walk with just us and Professor Jill. 

And then when we got home we made our dinner right away.

But Niamh went to Miss Linsey’s house to make a delicious for everyone. 

So we had a by ourselves dinner. 

Then it was our detective program relax time. Ha.

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Eight

We had a quiet time today. 

Because everybody was very busy. 

Zita and I had a little sleep in this morning. 

And because it was a full of beautiful sunshine day we had a lovely walk.

But it was a little walk. Because of our sleep in. 

And when we came home Craig was all awake and dressed.

Because a nurse came to give Craig new bandages for his other foot.

But she was not such a very happy nurse. Too bad for her.

So I stayed right beside Craig until she was gone. Good for me.

Then Craig made his next coffee and two tasty round toasts. I helped him. Ha.

Then I went into our own office to be Zita’s helper.

Niamh was up not way too early this morning. And she just walked to her work. 

Because the beautiful ladies clothes store is just up on the busy street.

And another lady who works there is Niamh too. 

So now they have two Niamhs. Oh my goodness me. 

But her parents spelt her name wrong. I do not know why.

She goes to the nice university too. 

At lunchtime Craig and Zita went for an adventure walk. 

But Craig did not put the giant wheel on front of the faster chair. 

Because he said he needed more exercises. Now that summertime is nearly here. Ha.

And when they got home I got some very delicious chicken with my lunch.

Because I did such a very good job minding the house when they were not here. Ha. 

Then Zita went for a little ride on her not so very fast bicycle.

But first Zita and I had to use the push up and down machine to make the tires very hard. Ha.

Then she went for her lunchtime ride.

And when Zita came home she told me that the not so fast bicycle only needs a little bit of fixing.

And then it will a good bicycle again.

But still not so very fast. Oh well. 

Then it was time for me to have my afternoon nap. 

Zita did not need my help this afternoon. 

Because she was just talking to people on the telephone. 

I have to be very quiet when she is talking to people.

So then I have a nice nap. 

Because it is very easy to be very quiet when I am fast asleep. That was my good idea. 

When I was all awake Craig was very busy. 

He moved books all over everywhere. 

From the living room to the hall to the dining room. And then back again. All over the whole house.

But not the bathroom. 

So I went outside for a nap.

When Zita was finished talking to all the people we decided to go for another little walk.

Because it was still very sunny outside. 

And we saw that the giant beside the pond tree has brand new leaves everywhere. 

Soon all the beautiful trees will be all full up again. Just in time for summer. Ha. That was a good idea.

When Zita and I were on our lovely walk all of a sudden there were men with big trucks.

Right there.  On my own corner. Oh goodness me.

And they were not there when we left our house. I do not think that is all right. 

And when we got back home they were all gone. Craig told us.

And it was the very noisy chop up the sidewalk men. 

And they made a fence on that sidewalk. Oh dear me.

Professor Jill went with us on our walk. That was a good idea. 

When Niamh was back home Zita made pastas and Niamh cut my bangs. 

Right in the living room. 

So I could see everything again. That was nice.

After dinnertime we watched the new program. 

The one all about dangerous spies. Oh my goodness. 

Then it was time for us to go to fast asleep again. 

I went first. So I won. Ha. 

That is my favourite time. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Seven

Zita and I had a very quiet day today.

Because our holiday was all over and we had to to back to our rascal ladies office. Oh well.

Today was another just full of clouds and rain day. 

And they were not the lovely sheep clouds. Just everywhere grey clouds. Oh well.

I could not help Craig with his toasts this morning because I was too busy helping Zita. 

But at lunchtime Craig made us another toast. And then I could help him.

When I left our office for lunchtime Niamh was not here.

She was going to go for a ride on her brand new Christmas present bicycle. 

But it just all the time raining outside.

So she went for an adventure ride with Miss Sash in her noisy Jeep instead. 

Miss Sash has a brand new little apartment. And it is not even a bit far away from my house. Ha.

It is our nice Queen’s happy birthday day today. And she is even older than my friend Craig. 

And today she and her very favourite big horse went for a little ride. Just around her giant castle. Ha.

She has lots of castles. And some are very big. Oh my goodness me. 

She is a nice queen so she always have lots of castles. 

Because her horses have to have nice places to live. It is their rule. Ha. 

This afternoon Zita had to go downtown to the other rascal ladies office. 

Because she had an important meeting. 

I stayed here and had my afternoon nap in our own office. 

So I guarded everything too. Ha. 

When Niamh got back she had to out right away.

Because she had to learn how to lock the very beautiful clothes store all up tight. 

Because some nighttimes she is going to close the store all by herself.

When Zita got home we got our together dinner all ready. 

And l got some lettuce for being a big help. Ha.

After dinnertime we watched a brand new detective program.

One that Craig and Zita did not have to read. I had a very nice nap.

With my own comfy den pillow. Ha. 

. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Six

It was still our holiday today and we had a nice good morning walk.

We went to our still empty lake.

But it was so cold that Zita had to wear her long very warm coat and her toasty mittens too. 

When we got home Niamh was all awake. 

But she had a bit of a upset tummy. So Zita drove her to her lovely store.

But before they could leave Mister Vinnie was here. To finish our brand new little bathroom. 

He put a beautiful giant tile behind the little sink.

So you can be all messy when you are washing your face. And the wall will not get all wet. Ha.

Now the bathroom is all finished. Good for us. 

Craig and I had a round toast this morning. 

But there was only one left.

So when Craig had his next too much coffee we had two cookies too. Ha. 

Before lunchtime there were lots of men with very loud machines cutting the sidewalk all up. 

On the other street. Right across from Niamh’s bedroom. 

I was glad she was gone to her lovely store.

Because you cannot have a nice sleep in when there are very noisy machines outside your window.

Then it was time for my nap. So I went in the kitchen where it was not so noisy. 

I got ham on top of my lunch. But I only ate the ham. 

Because I did not have enough time to finish my lunch before it was time for my afternoon nap.

So I had my nap instead. 

This afternoon Zita went out to do important errands and go to get my nighttime medicine. Ha. 

And she saw Craig’s mother too. And she did not forget everything today. Ha. That was good. 

And when Zita got back my nap time was all over so I ate my first dinner. Ha. 

Zita and the go fast car went and brought Niamh home from her lovely store.

And then it was our together dinnertime.

And we had cheesie toasties. Ha. And some soup too.

I got a piece of a toastie for my after dinner treat. Ha.

And after dinner everybody had a nice relax.

Niamh had a bath in the brand new bathtub. But she did not drown. That was good.

But she was very clean when she was all dry. 

And Craig and Zita and I watched the last part of Mister Tom’s detective program.

Then we all went to our comfy beds. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Five

We had another vacation day today. Ha.

So we had a very nice quiet day.

When Zita and I got up it was snowing outside.

But it was only not so much snow. 

And it was all melted away before it was the time for our walk.

But it was not such a nice day outside.

So we did not go for our good morning to everybody walk right away. 

But when we looked out our window we saw even more brand new soon will be beautiful flowers. 

They were right in my front garden. Today was not very good weather for flowers. 

But Zita and I were inside our house and toasty warm. Ha. 

We said that it was good we had my make me beautiful day yesterday. 

Because was not a bit nasty yesterday. 

But when Craig was all awake he and I only had one round toast today.

Because he said we are both too chonky. On my goodness me. Too bad for us. 

Niamh was very busy all day today.

Because she writing her very long remember everything exam. 

And Zita made my friend Emmet’s big bedroom as neat and tidy as could be. 

And she took all our extra stuff out. 

And then she looked in the little room by the front door. 

And it was full of lots of too many clothes.

So she took all our too much stuff to the nearly free clothes store. 

And she took a not so very comfy for doing your homework chair too. 

At lunchtime I only ate my delicious ham treats and not my lunch. Oh well.

Then I had a lovely nap. 

Because we had a very quiet day today. 

I did not have a nice outside nap today 

Because it was not even a bit nice outside this afternoon. Oh well.

But my kitchen bed was very comfy. Ha. 

Before dinnertime when it was not so very nasty outside.

So Zita and I decided to go for a nice before dinner walk.

And we went right to Professor Jill’s house. 

And we brought her a present. A big box of our extra ham. Just for her. 

Because she is our best walking friend. 

And when we got back home it was time for us to think about what to have for our tasty dinner.

That is always a nice thing to think about. 

It is not so hard to think about what to have for dinnertime after a special dinner.

Because we always have lots of very delicious extras. 

And that is what we had tonight. Extra delicious ham. And the special potatoes and even green peas too. 

Tonight was Niamh’s night to go to the ask very hard questions restaurant. 

And to have treats with her university friends. 

So we had an early dinner just by ourselves. 

And after dinner we had lots of time to watch our detective program. 

Before our bedtime. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Four

We had a sleep in today.

And it was not even sleep in Sunday.

Because today is still a holiday for Zita and me.

Craig and Niamh had big sleep in.

But when Zita and I came back from our lovely before lunchtime walk Craig was already nearly dressed.

So I could not get him all fast awake. Oh well too bad for me.

Craig made Zita some very fluffy coffee before he made his toasts.

I was having a nice outside nap but I smelled the toasts right away.

So I came in to help him. Ha. 

There was a nice dog who had a little relax on my corner. 

He was a bit tired so he stopped right on my corner. Then when he was not tired anymore he went home. 

We had a very nice party last night with Niamh’s friends. 

But I fell fast asleep on my comfy kitchen duvet. 

Because everybody talked until past my bedtime. Too bad for them.

My friend Niamh brought her Merry Christmas present bicycle up from the basement.

Because when all the snow is gone you can ride your bicycles all over. That is known.

She said it is a very fast bicycle but you have to be very strong to make it go fast. Oh my goodness me.

But today was a make me beautiful day. Oh my goodness me.

Zita and Niamh and I were in the side yard and there was lots and lots of my too much fur everywhere. Oh my goodness me.

And Miss Tarryn and Miss Emily came by to help too.

I was outside for a very long time.

Because I was way too furry .

So it took a very long time before I was all beautiful again.

But getting very beautiful made me very tired. 

Because I did not have my nice after lunchtime nap. Too bad for me. 

And when all my fur was nearly all gone I had to have an in the bathtub bath. Oh my goodness me.

So I would be squeaky clean and smell as beautiful as could be too. 

And all my friends came into the bathroom to help me. That was was very nice.

It is very nice to have friends. 

Zita said I was very brave. That is true. Ha. 

Then I went in the kitchen because I was all soggy.

But my friends had the make you dry as a chip machine. It was only a bit noisy.

And after a while I was all warm and nearly dry and beautiful. Ha. Good for us. 

Then I stayed in the kitchen for a while and Craig came in to keep me company.

When I was very dry I went to look out my watching window.

Because there was nobody looking out the window all afternoon. Oh my goodness me. 

So I went in right away.

So I could make sure that everything was still just right. Ha. That is my best job. 

Then when Zita came in to look out the windows too I minded her. All by myself.

Then it was time for our dinner.

We had very tasty used ham for dinner. 

But Niamh and Miss Tarryn and Miss Emily were too busy talking downstairs.

So only minded Craig and Zita before it was time for our relax with our detective program.

And nice Mister Tom brought us one this afternoon. Ha. That was good. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Three

The Easter Bunny came to my house this morning.

When I was all awake and I looked out my watching window there it was. Ha.

Some people do not believe that there is an Easter Bunny. Too bad for them.

It just came to say good morning to us. 

Because the Bunny did not bring us lots and lots of chocolates.

Because way too many chocolates are for all the little children. Not us anymore. 

Because now we are too old. Even Niamh. Oh my goodness me.

So it just said good morning and hopped away. That was a very nice visit. 

Then Zita and I went for our early good morning walk.

But it was so cold she had to wear warm mittens. Oh dear. 

When we got home Niamh and Tarryn and Miss Sash were nearly awake. 

They did not go to fast asleep until this morning time. Oh dear me.

After they had some breakfasts Tarryn and Miss Sash went to their own homes and Niamh went back to sleep.

Then Craig made Zita her fluffy coffee and we had the hot special buns for our breakfast. 

Because it is only Easter time when you can eat those buns. I do not know why. 

There were nasty squirrels trying to eat our beautiful flowers this morning.

But I barked them all away. And got into trouble anyway. Oh well.

So then I stayed at my watching window until it was lunchtime. Ha. Good for me. 

After our lunchtime we talked to my friend Emmet in way far away Cork. 

He is going to be here in a little while. Oh my goodness.

And then Miss Emily came here. 

Because she and Miss Tarryn and Mister Holden are going to have the special dinner with us. Ha.

But as soon as Mister Holden got here Niamh and Emily got in Mister Holden’s very very old car.

Because they had to go and find some more vegetables for dinner. 

So Niamh could make her for special dinners only salad. 

There are lots and lots of green beans in that salad. Oh my.

After we talked to Emmet Zita had squeaky clean bath. Because it is a special dinner.

And you cannot go to a special dinner if you are all dirty and smelly. It is the rule.

But before the shower time she put our giant delicious ham into the oven. Ha. 

But when it is still in the oven we put lots of stuff on it. 

Even special rum from far away Newfoundland. Ha. 

We are going to have green beans for our dinner. I saw them in the refrigerator. Ha.

That is a good refrigerator. It always has very tasty things inside. 

We had a cheese party. 

When everybody came back Zita made little breads all covered in hot cheese. 

It was the squishy smelly cheese. That is my favourite cheese too. 

We did not watch our detectives tonight because we had a party.

And I had my dinnertime nap. Right until it was my bedtime. Ha.

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty One

Zita and I did not go on a nice good morning walk today.

Because we went on an after lunchtime walk instead. Ha.

So this morning Zita and I had a nice relax. And looked out the watching windows at all the people.

Lots of people are here to have a delicious special dinner with their own families. 

When Niamh got up it was time for her to go to her lovely store. 

And she walked there because it was a very nice day outside today.

And when Craig was all awake it was time for his old friends coffees time.

But before he made his too much coffee he made our toasts.

And they were the full of holes round toasts. And he put jam on top. Ha.

Then we saw everybody right on the flat computer. And I helped Craig with the toasts. 

When Craig and I were very busy with our toasts Zita went to the especially delicious meat store.

The one Zita always goes to for very very delicious hams. 

And this time they made a special ham just for our dinner party. Ha. That is a very good store. 

Then she went to the other store and found lots of green beans too. Ha.

And the store even had the special just for this time angry buns. 

So now we have some too. 

When Zita got home it was just the right time for our walk. 

And it was as sunny as could be. Ha.

So we had a nice slow walk today and we went on doctor Susan’s street. 

And she was there. Right outside on her porch. 

So Zita talked to her for a long time and I waited. 

Because I am the very best waiting outside dog. Zita told me so. 

And when we got home Craig and Zita went for another adventure walk.

And it was not even very short today.

Because Craig had to practice steering the go faster chair with the giant wheel on the front. Oh my goodness me. 

He told me that it is not so very easy because the giant wheel just like to go straight. 

But it does not fall into the too many holes in the road. That is a good thing. 

I stayed here to guard the house. That is a very important job for me.

When they got home I got my lunch with some crunchy Cheerios on top.  

But then Zita and the go fast car went to the store where you can give away all your too many clothes.

And then people who do not have enough clothes at all can have them for almost free. Ha. That is a good idea. 

But when she was there she found very beautiful only made of leather shoes from Italy. 

And they were new just like new. 

And one pair was red. Oh my goodness me.

And a leather jacket too. So she bought them all. Ha. 

That was a good store to go to. 

When Zita was home I had a very nice outside in my side yard nap.

And Zita went out to make the other garden neat and tidy. 

Because it is spring time in my neighbourhood. Ha. 

Zita is cleaning up Emmet’s big bedroom.

Because it is full of stuff. Even the dangerous cut the grass machine. Oh dear. 

And it has to be full of just Emmet’s stuff before he comes home. Oh my goodness me. 

When Niamh came home Miss Tarryn and Mis Sash came here too. But they did not eat with us.

Because they were going out for a nice diner. 

So only Craig and Zita and I were here for dinner. Oh well. Too bad for them. 

Then it was time for us to watch our detective program. 

And for me to have my before bedtime nap. Ha. 

Day Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty

We are still on our own vacation.

So we had an very nice long walk this morning all along our canal. To our little lake. 

And all the ice is just melting away. That is good.

We saw even more beautiful little flowers. 

Because it is spring time for us. That is a good time to be outside.

But when we got home Zita had to go downstairs to do even more painting.

So I had to look out my watching window all by myself.

Then Niamh was all awake too.

But she went to her other job up on the busy street. Oh well.

Last night she went to a very nice restaurant with a boy. Even after she had dinner with us.

Maybe she had two delicious dinners. I always have two dinners. Ha.

Craig did not have a sleep in today.

So when he was all dressed he helped me look out the window at the whole world.

There were lots and lots of people waking on my street today.

We even saw doctor Susan and Miss Ashley and the little babies too.  They waved their hands at us. 

Everybody is visiting their families because it is the special holiday time. 

Because a long long long time ago Mister Jesus woke up and he was not even a bit dead. 

Everyone was so surprised that they had a party. 

That is why we always have Zita’s very delicious ham for our own special dinner party.

Sometimes we even have nice Mister Nicastro’s very delicious cheese too. 

Mister Nicastro has a very smelly store. It is my favourite store. 

Maybe Mister Jesus liked cheese too. Just like me. Ha. 

Miss Tarryn and Miss Emily are going to come to my house for the party. Ha. That is a good idea.

I saw a brand new picture of my friend Emmet. 

At his very old university.

Emmet was teaching everybody all about his favourite way way way long ago Irish stories.

Maybe all about the boys who always stole everybody’s cows and sheep.

Because a long long time ago did not have any very lovely and fierce Bouvier dogs like me to guard their cows. Too bad for them. 

And maybe because they did not have any television to watch.

And have a nice after dinner relax instead of stealing cows. Oh well. Too bad for them.

Very soon Emmet is going to be here for a while. 

Because now the brand new bathroom is all finished too. 

So he can have his very very long squeaky clean showers downstairs. Ha.

At lunchtime Zita was all finished her painting so she and Craig went on a adventure walks. 

In the almost sunshine.

It was the very first adventure walk they had in a long time. 

And they put the new very big another wheel right on the front of go faster chair.

But they did not go for even a bit of a long time.

Because Craig has to learn how to drive the chair with that another wheel. Oh my goodness.

So I stayed here to guard the house. 

But when they were outside a very windy day came to our street. 

And everything was blowing everywhere.

So it was our good idea to go on our lovely walk early today. Ha. Good for us. 

Today a lady gave us a beautiful blind for our den. And it is all pictures of dogs.

Maybe it will be just perfect for the big window in the den. Maybe. 

My friend Niamh will know when she comes home from work. Ha. 

This afternoon I had my nice afternoon nap on my favourite comfy rug. 

But Zita was downstairs and cleaned up everything in the brand new part of the basement.

Because after everything is all painted and beautiful sometimes it is a bit messy. 

So now it is spic and span again. That is nice. 

Then we went on another all over walk. 

And we took Profesor Jill with us so she would not get too lost. Good for us. 

But it was not a bit warm outside so after our walk I only stayed outside for a little while.

Then Craig found me my first dinnertime. That was a very good idea. 

Mister Tony’s very nice friend brought us our very delicious dinner. And it was a giant pizza. Ha. 

Mister Tony makes very delicious pizzas. It is known. 

Tonight we will watch our favourite lady detectives. 

They live in France. In very old very big apartments. 

With lots and lots of stairs. I would not like those kind of apartments. 

I am not so very good on stairs. 

Craig is not so good on stairs either. Just like me. It is known.
