Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety

We only got up a little bit early today.

And after Zita took Niamh downtown we went for a long good morning walk.

And when we got right back home the rain tried to find us.

But we were just all gone so it did not find us. Ha.

So I was just a very little bit soggy. 

Then Craig made some too much coffees and Zita made some toasts.

So we could have our together breakfast. Ha. That was a good idea. 

We had a very quiet day today.

Because we are still on our vacation. 

You always have quiet days when you have a vacation. It is the rule. 

We did not watch the rascal men on the television last night. 

Craig said he did not want to have such a very bad headache. So he did not watch them.

Me either. I had a nice nap on my comfy rug. 

Emmet is very busy in far away Cork. He did not have a quiet day. Oh well.

Because the very old library is open. But not the university. Oh dear.

So he got lots of very interesting books all about way way old Irish people.

So he can read them and write even more of his very interesting giant story. Ha. 

Zita went to the wood store again. To get some shingles for the roof for the bicycle’s little house. Ha.

But we did not go for a before dinner walk.

Because there were sometimes lots and lots of rain. 

But not all the time rain. It was the just catch you rain. 

We did not want to be caught so we just stayed in our cosy house. Ha.

We will have a nice together dinner tonight. That is good. 

We are having bacon and eggs bagels. Ha.

But the very loud save us save us machine went off. 

I think it does not like bacon so much. I like bacon. It is my favourite. 

And we can watch a detective program tonight. That is good. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Nine

We had a very nice quiet day today. All day.

Because it is still our holiday.

Everybody got up early this morning. Except Craig. Ha.

The go fast car car took Niamh to her early in the morning job at the beautiful clothes store.

When Zita was back home Craig and Zita and I had our toasts for a together breakfast.

Then Craig read Emmet’s new very long letter about finding some brand new way far away money.

So Craig could make sure it was as beautiful as can be.

My friend Emmet was very busy today. He had a meeting on his computer. In far away Cork.

And this afternoon after Niamh was back home she had an important meeting on her computer too. 

With the beautiful clothes store people. Ha.

Craig and I had very tasty cheese on crunchy biscuits for our own lunch. 

Then I had a very nice nap.

I did not dig any holes today. Good for me.

But nobody said that I was very good for not making any holes today.

People only tell you when you make a big mistake. That is not so all right.

But Craig always tells me I am the very best minder dog in the whole world. 

Even when I am a too much barking dog. That is good. 

This afternoon Zita found some brand new dirt for our beautiful patio. And it was all free too. Ha. 

And she put it all over the ground. Right beside Mister Fred. 

And she lifted the big flat stones so the brand new dirt can hide underneath. 

And Mister Fred can have a comfy place to scare away the awful squirrels. Ha. 

That was a good idea. 

Then we went for a nice before our dinnertime walk and we found professor Jill too.

It is only a very cloudy day outside today. Oh well.

We had very delicious lasagna from Mister Nicastro’s all full of cheeses store. 

Because we are on our vacation. Ha.

And Zita made the very delicious made from our own picked apples and oatmeal and brown sugar dessert. Ha.

Sometimes we just have it. Not only even for just dessert. 

Because it is just delicious. Ha. 

After dinner Zita and Niamh went downstairs to put her brand new desk altogether. 

So Niamh can have a special place for her just all at home university. Ha that is a good idea.

I had a very nice nap.

Maybe we will watch some detectives tonight. 

Or maybe just go to our comfy bed. Ha.

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Eight

We are still on our vacation. Ha. Good for us.

Zita and I went for our good morning walk this morning. 

It was a very warm outside morning today.

Niamh was up early too. 

Yesterday she and Miss Sach and Miss Anna got lots and lots of brand new apples for us. 

They found them right on the trees. All by themselves. Ha. That was good. 

But she had to be all awake this morning because she was going to her university.

Right on her television this morning.

In my friend Emmet’s very old university nobody could go to their television classes.

Because their computers broke. On the very first day. Oh dear. 

Emmet is not so happy about this. 

And his own professor in not even in Ireland. 

He is still in his own house in far away London. Oh dear. That is not so all right.

The computers at our nice university do not break so much.  

Maybe they just buy lots and lots of good computers. Ha.

Craig was not up so early as everybody else. Too bad for him.

When he was wide awake we all had our toasts together and looked out my watching window.

But then Zita went outside to our own patio.

Because she saw some giant weeds in the garden. Oh dear me.

So she went out right away with her very sharp saw. Ha. 

There was a giant weed. It was so big I thought it was a tree. Oh dear.

So Zita had to pull and pull and pull until it came right out of the ground. Oh dear.

Then she had to find all the other just hiding away everywhere weeds too.

When she was looking for more nasty weeds her father called to her. 

From way far away Dublin. On the new take it with you telephone.

So Zita talked to him while she was just sitting in our beautiful outside patio. That was nice.

Then Niamh came upstairs so she could talk to her own Nana.

Our cousin Orlaith was right there visiting in Dublin. Ha. It is her Nana too. Ha. That is silly.

So Zita talked to her. That is good. 

Now our cousin is a scientist and she has a job. Nearly in Galway. 

But not so near the dangerous ocean. 

Way far away Galway is where she went to her be a scientist university. Ha. 

Now Cousin Emma is going there. To be a scientist too. Ha. 

Everybody was talking on the telephone for a long time. And I could not be a big help. 

So I dug a very big hole instead. And I got into trouble. Again. Too bad for me.

Zita and Niamh went in the go fast car to visit Mister IKEA’s store. To find a nice desk for Niamh. 

I could not go with them. I just stayed here to mind Craig. 

Maybe because of the very big hole. Oh dear. Too bad for me. 

When they came home they brought a very big desk for Niamh.

And some very tasty fat cinnamon buns. For Craig and my breakfasts. Ha.

Then auntie Eileen talked to Zita for a very long time. 

She is in way far away Ireland too. Like all our far away relatives.

Then Zita and I went for our little before dinner walk. But I already had my dinner. 

Craig got it for me. So I would not just starve. That was good. 

Then we had a very nice altogether dinner tonight. 

Before we watched the detective from far away Holland. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Seven

It is sleep in Sunday so Craig and I had a little nice sleep in when Zita went to visit the nice farmers.

When she came home she had a very big bag full up with delicious vegetables. Ha.

And then it was time to talk to her own mother in way far away.

The brand new baby Mister Rían came to her house. For a visit. His mother and father brought him. 

Because little babies cannot drive a car. Or ride a very fast bicycle. That is good.

I stayed right there in the living room. So I could keep Zita’s toes toasty warm. 

That is my favourite job 

And when she was all finished talking Craig and I had a brand new Scotsman’s scone for our breakfast. 

The nice farmers made it. And we had jam on top too.

We had one for our lunchtime too. Ha. Good for us.

Niamh is going with Miss Tarryn and Miss Anna to pick tasty apples. Right off the trees. Ha.

She had on her beautiful sweater that her Nana made. Just for her. Ha. That was nice.

And her from France hat. It is a just because hat. Ha.

She is going to take lots of pictures with one of Craig’s old cameras. 

We have lots of old cameras. I do not know why.

Some are even way older than even Craig. That is silly.

And Emmet sent us a brand new picture from way far away in Cork.

Because he can go outside nowadays.

And not have to stay in his very little apartment.

Because he was not even a bit sick. That is good.

But now nobody can go to his university. You can only go on your computer.

Because now they have new different rules. Oh dear. That is not all right.

But now Emmet does not have any classes that need his help.

So now he can only write more of his important story. And talk to his friends. Oh dear. 

Then Craig and Zita went for an adventure walk.

Because it is a beautiful day today. 

I stayed here and minded the house. All by myself. Ha

When they were back home Zita went to the other side yard to make it as beautiful as can be. 

Before the wintertime finds us. Oh dear.

Zita even put pieces of our old tree for us to sit on. Ha.

And look right at our own lovely pond.

Craig just watched a football game. He did not need so much minding. 

So I had a nice nap. In front of my watching window.

Then Zita and I went for our little before dinner walk.

I will only have to mind Craig and Zita tonight.

It is very lovely outside this afternoon.

So Niamh and her two friends are going to have an outside dinner. Too bad for them. 

Maybe we will find a new detective program tonight. 

The messy lawyer is not so very interesting. Oh well.

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Six

We had a not so very busy day today.

Zita drove Niamh downtown to her beautiful clothes store.

But she was not even a bit all wide awake.

Because she was still awake very very late last night. Making the happy birthday cake.

Because she made the tasty icing wrong. 

So she and Miss Tarryn had to find a still open way too late at night grocery store. Oh dear.

So they could finish Miss Sach’s cake. Oh dear. Too bad for them.

Craig did not have even a little sleep in today. He even woke me up. Oh dear.

Because today is the day for Craig’s old friends to have their breakfast picnic in the park

Right across the street. Ha.

Mister Paul came to get the take it with you so you do not get a wet bottom chair. Ha.

Then they went to the park.

And then Zita and I went for our good morning walk with Professor Jill and Mister Willy.

We saw Craig in the park. With his friends. And Mister Tom waved at me. Ha. That was nice. 

And Mister Tom got a way too fast motorcycle. From way far away Italy. 

To ride when all the snow has gone away again. Oh dear me. 

And it is a very loud motorcycle too. Oh dear. Too bad for him.

We are nearly all finished putting the new roof on. 

Today we put fat plastic on the inside of roof in the little house. 

So the new nails do not stick into your head. Ha. That is a good idea.

Then we had to put everything away so our side yard would be spic and span again.

Even very nice dogs like me are not so good at cleaning things all up. It is know.

So I played with my big red ball instead. 

Then Zita went to our other side yard. And there were more brand new raspberries. Just for us. 

They are our own especially delicious raspberries. Ha. 

It was a very beautiful sunshiny day today 

And Mister Fred was guarding our last beautiful flowers. 

So the nasty squirrels do not steal them. Ha. Good for him. 

And Zita was putting big bags of our old trees in the other side yard. 

So nasty weeds will not grow there anymore.

We did not have a together dinner tonight.

Because Niamh was at Miss Sach’s sit far away sing happy birthday party.

So only Craig and Zita and I were here and we had used from far away China tasty food.

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Five

We were not way too busy this morning. Ha. That was good.

Because Zita and I are on our vacation. 

When Zita and the go fast car took Niamh to her downtown work Craig had a sleep in.

So I minded him. Right on the comfy bed.

When he was fast awake we had very tasty cookies from way far away Holland for our breakfast.

And as soon as Zita was back home Miss Daphne came for a nice stay far way walk. Ha.

So I had a very nice nap. Right beside Craig and the watching window. That was a very nice morning.

After our lunchtime Craig and Zita went for their adventure walk. All around our pond. 

And they found even more very colourful trees. All around the ponds. Oh dear. 

But there were some nasty geese there too. Oh dear.

Craig and Zita found our friend Professor Jill. And the other very little dog. 

They were on there very own lunchtime walk too. Ha. 

But when Craig and Zita came home we were very busy again. 

Putting the new beautiful shingles on the brand new roof. Ha.

So went outside into the side yard so I could be Zita’s best fix it helper. That is my favourite job.

But I could not stay so long.

Because of the too dangerous ladder. Oh dear.

I had to go to the den so I could mind Craig. Too bad for me.

Emmet is still very busy writing his important letters to people.

But now he can go outside of his little in way far away in Cork apartment. 

Because he had stayed inside for long enough.

So now he can go out and buy some of his favourite tasty treats.

Maybe some very old very old delicious cheese.

And some very long bread from France too. With lots of butter too. Ha.

That will be a very tasty treat.

But not everybody in way far away Ireland listens to all the do not get sick rules so well. Oh dear me.

I do not know why. Nobody want to get way too sick. 

Maybe they do not understand so well. Maybe. 

A nice man brought us big bags for of very delicious food from way way far away China.

For our together dinner tonight. 

Because Zita and I are on our vacation. Ha. Good for us.

And after dinner Miss Tarryn came here.

Because she and Niamh had to make a sing happy birthday cake for Miss Sach. 

Because tomorrow is Miss Sach’s own sing happy birthday day. 

But tonight we will have to find another new detective program. Oh well. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Four

We had another very busy day today. And Zita and I are on our vacation. Oh dear.

We put the special keep the rain out paper right on the roof of the little house. 

Because it might be a rainy day this afternoon. 

So then we put some on the roof of the bicycles’ house too. Just in case. Ha. Good for us.

And Zita hit everything with her hammer. Lots of times. Ha. 

And Niamh took lots of pictures too. Ha.

But then we decided that we did not like our shingles so much. 

So Zita is going to get very pretty ones instead. Ha. That is a good idea.

Then Zita went to visit Craig’s mother. At her little apartment. 

But it was an only outside visit.

Because of the rules. 

I stayed here to mind Craig and Niamh. That is my best job.

So Craig and I looked out my watching window.

And all of a sudden we saw that the across the street tree was turning red. Oh dear. Oh dear.

So soon the trees will be all empty again. Oh dear me.

Zita found some beautiful shingles for our own little roofs. That is good.

Before dinnertime the go fast car took Niamh to her beautiful clothes store. 

It is not a very beautiful day today. It is a sometimes rainy day. Oh well. 

Emmet is still very busy writing some people about find hm lots of money. 

For his very important interesting giant story.

And it is just for him. Ha. That is a good idea. 

When we went out for our before dinner walk and Professor Jill and the little dog was right there. 

In front of my house.

We did not have to find her today. So we had a very nice slow walk. Ha. 

There was only Craig and Zita for me to mind at dinner. 

Because Niamh was still at work. Oh well.

I think we will watch more of the messy detective again tonight. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Three

We had another very busy day today.

And I was a big help.

After the go fast car took Niamh to her downtown work Zita and I put the brand new roof on the very little house. Good for us.

We had to use the noisy little machine to make all the just right holes. All over.

To keep the roof right on. Even when it is way too windy outside.

I was so busy helping Zita I did not even have time to help Craig with his breakfast. Oh dear me.

And Zita even had her fluffy coffee outside. On the roof. Oh dear me. 

Because we were very busy today. 

And this morning we found lots of tools in the basement. Ha.

And there was a brand new noisy machine that Craig forgot we had.

And he never used it before. That is silly.

Craig has lots and lots of the just right tools. That is good.

But sometimes he cannot just find them. Oh dear me.

Now we have to put the special keep the rain out paper right on top of the giant piece of wood.

Then it was time for the go fast car to find my friend Niamh. Downtown at the beautiful clothes store.

When Niamh was having her squeaky clean shower our friend Kathy came for a far away visit. Ha.

And she brought us lots of very delicious cheeses. 

From the giant cheese store. Ha. That was a good visit. 

I was very happy that Kathy came for a visit. Not so many people visit me now. 

Because of the do not get sick and die rules. Oh dear. 

But I like to have lots of interesting visitors. Too bad for me. 

After Kathy went home to her lovely cottage Zita had to go to the wood store.

To buy some special fat nails for our band new little roof. Ha.

We are going to have a together dinner tonight. When Niamh’s on the television class is all over. 

Then we can watch the messy lawyer detective. 

Before it is time for our good nights sleep. Ha.

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Two

Zita got up very early this morning so she could drive Niamh to her early in the morning work.

But Niamh was nearly late. Oh dear me.

I did not stay all awake. I went back to fast asleep on the big comfy bed. Right beside Craig. Ha.

Because I am on my vacation. Ha. Good for me. 

When Zita was back home she talked to her mother. In way far away Dublin. On the telephone.

They talked about the brand new baby. And all the cousins. In way far away.

Then we were very busy. All day too. 

Because it was time for Zita to make lots and more of our own made for pastas sauce. 

You have to make it until all the long tomatoes are all gone. Ha. 

Now the kitchen is all neat and tidy again. With all the special tomatoes in the giant pot. 

They have to stay there. 

Right in the pot on the stove until they are not tomatoes anymore. Ha. 

Then they will be brand new own made sauce. Just like that. 

Because we have a magic kitchen. Ha. Good for us. 

Then Zita and I went for a very little walk. Just to see our other park. And see how my sore my leg was. 

And it was not so sore today. That was good. 

But it is not so cold today. So I played with my red ball a lot. Ha.

After lunchtime Zita and the go fast car went downtown and found my friend Niamh. 

And brought her back home. Safe as can be. 

Then Zita and I were very busy again. 

We had to take the old full of holes roof off our little house. With a noisy little machine. 

And Zita had to use our ladder. 

Because she is not so very tall. Oh dear. 

I stayed right outside.

So I could be her best minder. That is an important job. 

Craig was not such a very big help. He found all the just right tools. Oh well. 

Then professor Jill came for a visit to my house.

So then Zita and I went for another very little walk. Ha. Good for us. 

And when we came back Zita and I worked very hard. And then just like that the old roof was off.

So now the little house has no roof at all. Oh dear me. 

Maybe tomorrow we will put the brand new giant piece of wood on top. 

Then we have to put scratchy shingles right on top. To keep the nasty squirrels away. Ha. 

We have a brand new scare away the squirrels alligator. It is Mister Ted the alligator. 

Zita found him. He did not have a nice garden to guard anymore. 

So he was just sitting on the sidewalk being very sad. Oh dear me. That is not alright. 

So Zita brought him here so he could have a nice new home and a beautiful garden to guard. 

So right now he lives in the front yard. Guarding our beautiful flowers. Ha. 

But Mister Ted cannot catch the squirrels. Only scare them.

Because he is only a very slow alligator. Maybe he is old like Craig. Maybe.

We are going to have own made pizza tonight. 

Because Zita went to the store very early this morning and found lots of the especially for pizzas cheese. Ha.

Then we will watch the detectives on the television.

Until our bedtime. Ha. Bedtime is my favourite time. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty One

Zita and I did not get up so early today. 

Because we are on our own holidays. Ha. That is good. 

Zita read Emmet’s please can I have a bit of brand new money story. So it was all beautiful. 

And when Craig was all awake too we had our Scotsman’s scones altogether. 

And we looked out the watching window at the whole world. Ha. That was a good breakfast.

Niamh was all awake too.

Because she had to finish a new story for her nice university. Before our lunchtime. Oh dear me.

Then the go fast car had to take Zita to the get big pieces of wood store. 

So we can fix the roof of the very little house in my side yard. 

Because soon the too much snow will find us again. And there is a hole in roof. Oh dear. 

I just stayed here so I could mind my friend Craig. 

Right beside him on the living room rug. Ha.

That is a comfy rug. 

After lunchtime Zita went outside. 

So she could make our front yard all ready for the wintertime. Oh dear. 

I could not be such a big help today.

Because of all the dangerous outside tools. And even an alligator. Oh dear me. 

So I just watched everything from my watching window. 

And I was a too much barking dog again. Oh well.

I saw more pictures of the from way far away in Ireland brand new baby. 

And the brand new baby has a name too. That is good. 

Because everybody should have their very own name. 

It is Mister Rían. Ha. That is a nice name. Not too very long. 

Sometimes they have way too long names in way far away. 

Like Emmet’s very old friend Mister Goire Conaill Chernaig. 

Nobody could remember his name and now he is just all dead. Oh well. 

Zita had to go back to the big pieces of wood store. And she borrowed doctor Susan’s nearly a truck.

Because the wood was too big for our cars. Oh dear. That is a giant piece of wood. 

We were going to have own made pizzas tonight. 

But there was not even a bit of the special for pizzas cheese left. Oh dear me.

You cannot have delicious pizzas without too much cheese. Oh dear.

I think Craig ate it all. Oh dear. Too bad for us. 

So we are going to have pretend sausages instead. Cooked on the outside stove. Ha. 

Tomorrow Zita is going to make even more of our own made for pastas sauce. Ha. 

Maybe I can be a big help. 

Maybe we will watch more of the not so scary detective tonight. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty

We did not have a very big sleep in this morning.

Because Zita and professor Jill went to see all the nice farmers before everybody else was there too.

So I minded Craig.

But he did not have a nice long sleep in today.

So I had two cookies with Craig. When he had his too many coffees. 

Then Zita was home with lots and lots of brand new vegetables and strawberries. Ha.

And some fat scones too.

So I had to help Craig eat the scones. Because they were very fat scones today. Ha.

We did not go for our before breakfast walk today.

Because of my a bit too sore leg. I have to rest my leg for a while. So it will be all better again. Ha.

And Craig gave me my do not be too sore medicine this morning. That is good.

But then Craig said that Zita and Niamh were turned into Italian ladies. Right there in our kitchen. 

Maybe it was magic.

Or maybe it was all the brand new delicious special tomatoes from the nice farmer. 

Because they are making very tasty Italian sauces for our pastas. 

In our giant pot. Right on the stove. Ha.

It was a beautiful sunshiney day today.

So I had lots of very nice naps outside in my side yard. 

When Zita was making all our own made sauce. Good for me. 

Niamh was very busy making her own just for going to her nice university room as comfy as can be. Ha. 

With her own desk. And maybe even a very comfy chair too. 

And now our cousin Simon has a brand new little baby. In way far away Ireland. Ha.

I saw their picture. Right on the flat computer. Ha, 

Miss Laura brought it home with her. Ha. 

So now everybody is back in their own house. Even the baby. That is good. 

We had tasty tortellinis for our dinner. I had some. With our own made sauce. Ha. 

Then we watched the new detective program. It is not even a bit scary. That is good. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Nine

Zita and I got up very early this morning.

But we did not go for our before breakfast walk today.

Because Zita went to her make you beautiful store very early this morning. Oh dear.

I just stayed in the comfy bed so I could mind Craig.

But he only had a very little sleep in today.

Because it is Saturday go to his old friends breakfast picnic in the park.

So he and Mister Paul went right away.

But it was not so warm today so he had to wear his keep you warm coat. Oh well.

And there was even ice on the go fast car’s windows this morning. Oh dear.

And I nearly starved to death today. Right in my own house.

Because I did not get up with Zita she did not put my breakfast in my bowl.

And Craig did not know. 

So I did not have a tasty breakfast this morning.

When Zita came home from the make you beautiful store she remembered. Ha.

So Craig put lots of very delicious bananas on my breakfast. 

Then I did not just starve all away. That was good.

Zita went to get some beautiful cloth for some brand new masks. 

But she could not go in the store. 

Because you have to call them first. 

Because of the rules. Oh dear.

So she got home we went for a very nice long walk. In the beautiful sunshine. Ha. We like the sunshine. 

Then professor Jill came over for an outside visit. 

But I had to stay in the house and keep Craig company.  Oh well.

Emmet is writing another letter. 

It is about why somebody should give him money for writing his very interesting story.

That is a good idea. Craig and Zita will look at it too. 

Mister Saint Francis’s university lets Emmet use their own library. Right on his computer.

In way far away Ireland. 

Because that is where he went to school before he went to his way far away in Cork university. 

So they still like him. That is good. 

I got so dirty in the side yard I had to have a bath. In the bathtub. Oh well.

Then when I was all clean again I ran all around the living room too fast. 

And I hurt my leg a little bit. Oh dear me.

So Craig gave me some of my do not be too sore medicine.

Sometimes Craig has to take some too sore medicine too. Just like me. Ha. That is silly.

We will not have a together dinner tonight. 

Because Niamh is going to make her dinner at Miss Tarryn’s new apartment. Too bad for her.

Maybe we will have cheese. Or even toasts too. Maybe.

Then we will watch a new detective program. On the television. 

Before we go to our fast asleep comfy bed. Ha. Good for us. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Eight

We had a get up early day today.

Because the go black fast car had to be very busy. It took Niamh to the beautiful clothes store. 

And then it took Zita to her downtown office. To get some important papers.

When she was back home she had to go to our own right here office. 

Craig had two cookies for our breakfast. After he made Zita’s fluffy coffee.

I helped him with the cookies. Then I had to go back to work.

Because I am Zita’s very best helper assistant. It is true. Zita told me. Ha. Good for me.

Emmet is still in his little apartment in way far away Cork. 

But he is still writing his very interesting story all about cutting off people’s own heads. My goodness.

But it is only about long long time ago in Ireland heads. Not right now heads. That is good.

But he cannot go to the very very old in England university to tell everybody his story. 

Because of the do not get sick rules.

So he will tell his story right on his computer in way far Cork city.

And then everybody can watch him tell. Ha. 

But now he cannot go to a very tasty treats restaurant with all his friends at that university. Oh dear. 

That is not so nice. 

You cannot have a nice long time eating delicious food with your friends on the computer. It is true.

Maybe my friend Emmet will not be here in his own house for Merry Christmas time. Oh my goodness.

I just heard that. Nobody told me. Oh dear me. That will not be all right. 

How will he get his secret presents if he is not here. Oh dear me. That is not all right. 

I will be sad if Emmet is not here so I can help him open his secret presents. That is my favourite job.

At lunchtime Zita went to our best tasty treats store to get their very heavy bread. 

And a delicious giant scone for Craig. 

And it was all full of raspberries too. 

That was a very good lunch. I had to help. Because it was a giant scone. Ha. 

I could not stay in our office all afternoon. 

Because of a little bit of too much barking. Oh dear me. 

So I had a nap in the kitchen. Too bad for me. 

Then my friend Niamh was back home. That was good. 

I did not tell her about the too much barking. I did not want her to be sad. Good for me.

When we were all finished our work we were on our holidays. 

Because we are going to have a lots of days holiday. Zita and me. Ha. That is good.

We went and found professor Jill so she could have a lovely before dinnertime walk too.

I think we are going to have to together dinner tonight. Those are my favourite dinnertimes.

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Seven

We had a very quiet day today.

Because we had a very busy day all day yesterday. 

You should not have too many busy days altogether. Or you will get way too tired. 

We did not go for our good morning walk this morning.

Because Zita had a little bit of a too long sleep in. 

So we had to go to our work right away.

Craig and Niamh did not have any sleep ins either. 

Because Niamh had her very early in the morning watch it on the television class.

And Craig had to get up so he could have the last chocolate croissant. Ha. 

But he made Zita’s fluffy coffee first. 

Before she had her important on the computer meetings.

When we were finished those meetings Zita and I went for our nice not so early walk.

Then I helped Niamh move the giant outside sheet. 

But then I got in a bit of trouble.

Because I ate some of the dirt from Niamh’s beautiful flowers. Too bad for me.

Craig and Emmet were writing to each other. On their computers. Ha. That is nice.

But my friend Emmet just has to stay in his little apartment. And not go outside. 

Because of our do not get sick rules. They do not have such good rules in way far away. Oh dear. 

Zita had another very long on the computer meeting this afternoon. 

I did not stay in our office.

Because it was not even a bit interesting.

So I had a very nice nap on my comfy rug instead. Ha. That was a good idea.

We had to find Professor Jill today for our before dinnertime walk. 

Maybe she would get all lost if we did not find her. Ha. Good for us. 

Niamh went to her work this afternoon and will not be home until later tonight.

So we will not have a nice together dinner tonight.

Because only Craig and Zita will be here. Oh well. They are easy to mind. 

We watched the new detective program last night until past my bedtime. It was not scary.

So we have to find another new detective program tonight. Oh dear. 

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Six

We had a very busy day today.

So nobody could have a nice sleep in. Ha.

Because Niamh had to go to her work and Zita and I had to have a nice walk.

Before the man came to fix something smelly in the basement. Ha.

He is a nice man. He was here before. When he helped make the new downstairs bathroom. Ha.

Then Mister Paul was here. And he had his good morning coffee with Craig and Zita. 

And he brought croissants. Ha. But they were all full of chocolate croissants so I could not have any. Oh well.

Then Zita and Mister Paul changed the lights in our own office and in the bathroom too.

Because it was so bright in our bathroom everybody thought they were at their own dentist’s. Oh dear me.

So we changed it. So now it is only a nice bright bathroom. That is good.

And now we have lots of light in the rascal ladies office too. 

So we we can see everything. Even at nighttime. Ha. That is good. 

But I could not be a very big helper.

Because of the ladder. Dogs are not so very good with ladders. 

So I had to stay and mind Craig in the den until everybody was nearly all finished. Oh dear me.

Because sometimes I get a bit in the way of everything. 

Because I am just a bit big. Oh dear. Too bad for me.

But when the ladder was a gone I was a very big help. That is my favourite job. 

Then we had more too much coffees. Outside in my side yard.

Because it was a beautiful nearly warm day today. Ha. 

So I minded the very very very big just for outside sheet. 

It got all wet when Niamh was in the forest. And had to be outside to get as dry as a chip.

So I had to mind it. Ha. That was an easy job.

After Mister Paul went back to his house Zita made the house spic and span again.

With the noisy keep the floors clean machine. So I stayed outside. 

The machine cannot get me outside. 

Because it is not a go outside machine. Ha. That is good for me.

When the house was all squeaky clean again Zita and I went out to find Professor Jill.

And take her on our before dinner walk. Good for us.

Then Zita and the go fast car found Niamh downtown and brought her home for a together dinner. 

We will have to find a new detective program for tonight. 

Because the too scary one is all finished. That is good.

Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Five

We had a get up very early morning so Zita could drive Niamh to her downtown work.

Then we went for our good morning walk. It was not a very long walk.

Because we were very busy at our rascal ladies office today.

So I helped keep Zita’s feet toasty warm. All morning.

Craig was not so very busy.

Because he is just all retired. Ha. So now he has only little jobs to do.

He always makes Zita’s fluffy coffees and then he reads interesting stories. In the living room. 

And has his too many coffees.

And makes tasty toasts and peanut butter sandwiches for us. Ha. 

That is what you do when you are all retired. Ha. Retired is a good job.

This afternoon the little truck brought us lots and lots of boxes of very tasty food. 

Because we did not have any lovely for toasts bread this morning. Oh dear. 

And all my cheesie treats were all gone too. 

So I had nice Mister Kettleman’s special bagel cheese on my lunch instead. Ha. That was a good idea.

Craig had the round toasts for our lunchtime. 

Zita made them. With the special from just near here jam. Ha.

Then Zita went outside to see our garden. And she found our very own raspberries. 

So we had some of them for our lunch too. Ha. 

We have a very tasty garden. 

When Zita was outside I stayed in the house so Craig would not be too lonely. 

That is an easy job for dogs. 

But then I had to back to our office. 

Because  Zita and I had lots of very important work to do. All afternoon. Ha. 

But she could not have her fluffy coffee.

Because we did not have any more milk to make the fluff. Oh dear. 

Craig was talking to my friend Emmet right on his flat computer. In way far away Cork.

Today my friend cousin Orlaith and Mister Even brought him lots of his own stuff. From his Nana’s house.

And all his clothes were all as clean as could be.

Because that is what Nana’s do to clothes. Ha. 

Emmet says some people in way far away there are not so good about following the do not get sick rules. Oh dear me. 

That is not all right. Maybe they will just die. And then their dogs will be very sad. Oh dear me. 

Before dinnertime a lady brought the little truck to our house. 

And she left lots of full up boxes of lovely groceries right in front of my gate. Ha. 

So now we will not starve away. 

When the little truck left Zita went downtown to bring Niamh home for our together dinner. That was a good idea.

But before we had our dinnertime Zita went to visit Craig’s mother. Outside at her apartment building. 

You have to be outside because of the rules. 

I think Craig and Zita will watch the detectives again tonight. I will not watch it.

Because it is a little bit too scary for nice dogs like me. 

So I will have a very nice nap instead. Maybe on my you cannot see me blanket. Ha.
